Very big strong points: location - in city center, close to old city (pub and disco area) and to small tourist port - 20 min. walking, 30-40 min. walk to amazing Nissi Beach, nearby Plus supermarket bus station used for Intercity routes, spatious rooms with pool/sea view, good buffet breakfast and dinner with a lot of options and very hospitable staff (many thanks to the lady from reception who made my check-in and gave a lot of useful information about what to visit and bus routes!). Some useful logistic information: Buses 101 and 102 (for return route) can be taken to visit on your own attractions like Fig Tree Beach in Protaras, Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa, Ayia Napa Marina (modern area like a small Dubai), Sea Caves, Cavo Greko National Park (with views to Blue Lagoon), Sculptures Park, Lovers Bridge (and also a beautiful sunset viewpoint) ; one way adult ticket price is 1.5 euro and a daily pass is 5 euro(valid on all OSEA buses in this area) ; Intercity bus to Larnaca ticket cost is 4 euros ; from my experience, tickets can be paid only in cash at the driver or with a transport smart card purchased and loaded in advance.

Staff were lovley & friendly. Pool bar staff great food was lovley and fresh. Nice big swimming pool. Reception area nice big and cool. Air con in the rooms were great. Overall a lovley complex hotel great stay.

Some of the younger guest coming in from clubbing waking us up all hours shouting & banging. Not enough cutlery, plates, cups or towles we were a party of 5 only caterered for 3 person's.

Our stay at this hotel had to be 1 week and then we had to move to another city but due to the helpful staff we stayed here for 2 weeks. We were with a 4 y.o. kid, so for us the location and food were the most important points. The hotel even exceeded our expectations. Location and food - The beaches were within walking distance and even our kid could walk there every day. The hotel was on the main street surrounded with a lot of 24 hours shops but also it was far from the noisy part. We had HB (breakfast and dinner). Here I want to send a big thanks to the chef who was preparing the best food every day and it was never repetitive for us. I was always saying to my husband that, "I feel like I am at home, eating food prepared by my mom". If you prefer some special cuisines there is a huge variety of restaurants around that you can visit. For us, with a kid, this was the most convenient option. Cleanliness - I would like to thank also the housekeeping staff for their nice job. The room was cleaned every day and the taps of the bathroom were shining after their job. The towels and beddings were changed every 3 days. Inside the rooms - there is a kitchen part with a kettle and toaster and other utensils. We had a double bed and a folding bed for the kid. We liked our big balcony with a pool view. There is also a small gym at the hotel and washing and drying machines. So, you don't need to pack all your clothes and bring as we did :) Reception - here an enormous thank you to Stella. She is the warmest person I have ever met. She helped us with picking places to go, organised for us the Pirate Boat excursion, ordered taxi. She was the most important reason for us to fall in love with this hotel and Cyprus in general. ♡

We really liked our stay in Evabelle. :) The accomodation is located in a very good place, it is right in the centre of Ayia Napa, so restaurants and pubs are very close. You can easily get to different kinds of restaurants by walk, and the harbour is 10 mins walk from the apartment. We got a really good offer from Booking, so we decided to go to this apartment, and that was the best idea. We booked a normal (I think deluxe) room, but luckily they upgraded us to a bigger one, so it was very comfortable for the two of us. The apartment was very clean, the cleaning lady came every day, and she changed our towels after 3 days. The apartment is fully renovated, so everything is new. The pool was big and clean, sunbeds were around it, so you had the chance to find a place for yourself. I would highly recommend you this accomodation if you want to stay in the centre of Ayia Napa for a very good price and in a very good place ;)

The only thing I would recommend is to put more vessels to the kitchen, because if somebody wants to cook something for dinner, he/she will need more things for that, not only a pot and a pan. Since it is an apartment, I think it would be good to equip the kitchen a little bit more.

Very, very clean and spacious apartmen. Lovely kitchen with all you need for short stay. Nice sunny tarace. Sunny pool with restorant and bar - good prices and tasty food. Quiet in april. Lots of shops near by. Walking distance from centar and Nissi beach. Bus station close to the hotel.Very caring and friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel in a good location - close to the sea and to the town center or bus stop. Very large room with large bed and a large balcony. The possibility to use the swimming pool. A very good breakfast and a rich buffet dinner.

The kitchen in the appartment is very poorly equipped with dishes - not suitable for cooking. In addition, anything for washing dishes is missing. The price of the breakfast and dinner was higher than stated here (breakfast 7 Eur, dinner 12 Eur). But the staff is helpful, and partially refunded it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my solo trip. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to unwind and enjoy my stay to the fullest. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a nice choice for a solo traveler seeking tranquility.

Everything was amazing. The only suggestion from my side would be adding those "do not disturb " papers, so then it could be hanged on the door so the cleaning ladies do not wake you up when you do not want to be woken up.

No soap or toiletries in the toilets, towels exchanged every 3 day, cleaning service only washed the floor in the living area of apartment but never washed the bathroom/toilet within our 4 days stay
