the location was very good, the design, the lighting, the tv was nice and big.

they gave us a room on the first floor and we had a stroller to move every-time without lift. breakfast was ok but the place is a smoking area and you have breakfast with people smoking around you. with a baby 3 months this was not very good. additionally despite the fact that the property has its own parking the space is limited and when is rush hour especially for the luna park which is inside the property you can not find any parking.

The staff were very attentive, especially the ladies at the reception, they resolved the noise issues we were having with our neighbors next door in a very promptly manner. We are highly appreciative of this and if we will return to Ayia Napa, we will stay here again.

We stayed there for 10 days. All staff were super friendly. They change towels every day. Washing machine station is 5 minutes away so you can clean your dirty stuff for 4 euros. Breakfast was simple bit good (oats, eggs, bacon, cheese, toast, fruits, yogurt...). We ordered food on wolt every day and food is amazing (Lorenzo pasta the best, Yo thai for chinese food and for indian food Rasoi indian cuisine) and they bring food very fast.

We didn't like thin walls because you can hear your neighbors. Also if you like peace there is not any. Every single night there is a parking 50 meters away and there are bickers and loud cars. They are revving them and loud music until 3-5am every single day and you can hear every thing even if you close balcon doors.

We loved everything, the vibe was very chic and minimalistic, the room was clean, spacious, the interior design was modern, the view from the balcony to the terrace and to the sea was perfect, the location war right next to the harbour which was amazing for our boat trip, 2 minutes of walking to/from the beach and 10-15 minutes of walking to/from the Ayia Napa Square. On our last day, we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception and the staff gave us great suggestions about what we should do that day when we asked them about it, they even wrote it down for us and they were very friendly and helpful! I really recommend staying here for an amazing experience!

A beautiful boutique hotel with creative and sophisticated architectural and interior design solutions. We stayed in a sea-view room, and we were instantly enchanted by the room's size and the huge terrace. It's a perfect choice for almost all age groups: the beach is 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants, and the city center is a 5-minute walk, with plenty of shops nearby. An interesting feature is the small adventure park belonging to the hotel, where both kids and adults can have a great time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel and restaurant staff for their work—it was an unforgettable experience!

Location was great, within walking distance from Agia Napa harbour and centre. Booked a family studio (2 bedrooms), the rooms were comfortable in size, and the beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

To reach our family studio (upstairs), you had to go up a tight spiral ladder which was not convenient with carrying luggage (or with kids I would expect). Cleanliness could be better, access to veranda was only from the one bedroom making it difficult for persons in the other room to access whenever, and the common space could more welcoming.

The best about the hotel is the staff, starting from reception to breakfast service. We totally fell in love with Thanos, the most welcoming and helpful person in the world! The location is very central. There is also a beach in five minute walk, though we didn’t use it, as we were by car and preferred to go to Nissi.

The bathroom could be cleaner. We asked at the reception to clean it properly for the next day. The shower and toiled were really clean, but the floor especially behind the door and the door itself definitely needed to be cleaned.

The location was absolutely amazing. We had everything within a few hundred meters… the rooms were clean and daily the staff were restocking the coffee, changing the sheets and leaving fresh towels, like the first day we checked in. The receptionist Tijen was super attending, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us some tips, insight… the place is absolute gem in Ayia Napa and Tijen made our stay even better! Highly recommend the place!

The breakfast was kinda boring. Every morning we had the same food, but it’s bearable.

I loved the staff. Always very warming and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and very peaceful. The room has the perfect size and it is ultra comfortable (loved the bed). Overall- everything to ask for: well located, clean, cozy and great staff!

The only thing to mention is the fact that it is too close to a public parking lot where I experienced a bit of noise coming from people partying. Since it was mid season it lasted one night only. I wonder how it is on high season.

Central location, but still quiet around the rooms. Reception staff very polite and friendly. I asked for a late check-out (2 hours extra) and they didn't charge me. Thank you so much! Restaurant staff very polite and helpful too. I asked for coconut milk and they immediately served it for me. Thank you guys! I liked the smooth blue lights in the evening around the building. Parking has enough space. Rooms decoration is original. Artificial waterfall outside the rooms creates a nice atmosphere.

Breakfast could have some more options. Nothing else.
