Myself and my partner came to this hotel for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! This property is by far the best on the island in all aspects. Value for money is amazing, the facilities and hotel are beautiful and the staff go above and beyond. We couldn’t quite believe the quality of the food and drinks provided by the hotel in the all inclusive package and the hotel felt like we were in the Caribbean at times. The pool and poolside were stunning and there was no morning battle for sun-beds (that may be as it’s only May) however it was lovely to not have to battle with rude guests who insist on putting a towel on a sun lounger at 5am. The hotel was absolute bliss and we will be booking to return for a week in August! Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel for making us feel so welcome we had such an amazing stay!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in until we had to check out. We had originally reserved a one-night stay, but two minutes after entering our room, we decided to extend our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and caring, and the hotel and rooms were really gorgeous and clean, with wonderful meals and cocktails. I definitely regret not staying longer. I can't wait to be back!

A wonderful hotel with a great GM and team looking after us. All modern, clean and with lots of special and personal touches. Breakfast and the food at Salty’s Bar were a highlight for us. Also the Hugo cocktail! Special thanks to Lori, Julieta, Maria and Kostas. Also the lovely ladies on reception and the kind man who replenished the breakfast buffet. The pools were spotless and cleaned by a super-friendly man. You are all stars! Green Bay is a very special place and was a real November sun-trap…

The wet lawn! Maybe the irrigation could go down a little in November? The Hamman and sauna need a sign or a rope across the entry when they are booked and in use. Maybe shorten the times too, 20 or 30 minute times rather than an hour?

I had an exceptionally good stay at Cavo Zoe. The grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere was beautifully relaxed throughout. The hotel was fully booked during my stay but I had no issues getting a sunlounger and good seat at breakfast every day (no need to run down early). The interior decor and external landscaping were complementary: modern and tasteful, and the rooms come with a sea view. My room was cleaned promptly each morning (often while I was at breakfast). The location was far enough away from the tourist centres to feel relaxed but an easy bus ride or longer walk to Protaras. All staff, from the cleaning team to reception to the restaurant were lovely and made me feel really welcome.

I would have loved some vegetarian protein options like chickpeas or tofu at dinner (the veggie options when I went were only carbs and salad) and veggie sausages at breakfast. The syrup cocktails were sickly sweet which discouraged me from using the Salty Bar.

We realy liked the design of the hotel and it's facilities The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly (best welcoming at the reception we have ever received!). Breakfast was tasty (big variety of the options). There is a little parking at the hotel which was cool. The hotel has a good size (not too small and not too big).

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The most and foremost we appreciated the staff that made our stay soo special. We felt great. We want to thank everyone especially staff at restaurant Edina for making the best omelette, Marta, George, Zdravka, Kostas for providing the best service at breakfast lunch and dinner. Maria and Juliette for preparing the best drinks at pool bar. The food was good quality with variety of choices. Go for a all inclusive option you won’t regret it. The facilities were amazing. The sea view with church was incredible. The music playlist at bar was awesome. We found this hotel kidsfriendly. You can get everywhere with your stroller and there are also quite and nice spots for having a baby a nap outside. The room was fully electronically managed. We love d it.

Cavo Zoe was the best hotel we ever visited! We loved the style, facilities and peace around the hotel. The food was simple but very tasty, rooms are big and super comfortable. Special kudos to Stefan from the staff - always happy, helpful and very nice :) We would give 10 if not the small flaws mention below.

The gym needs a lot of improvement - some of the equipment is almost falling apart. It is also very dirty inside. The hairdryer is mounted to the wall and comes out through a drawer which makes it impossible to normally dry your hair - you need to squat to dry it. It also doesn't have temperature adjustment.

We picked this hotel because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint. Right away it feels like luxury: the facilities are excellent - the rooms, the pools, the gym! The all inclusive is great, the snack bar is definitely the highlight but the themed food nights are nice too, beds are super comfy, and it’s all very clean as well. The staff go above and beyond to help, and it really makes a difference, everyone is so friendly and helpful, none more than stefan, dimitris, darnia, emilia, and tomas! You’re a short bus ride from the town protaras and close to lots of beaches which are great for snorkelling (we saw a turtle our first time at Green Bay). We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Cavo zoe

Nothing at all

Really lovely hotel, stylish, pools are great, view is amazing, beach is close, lovely stuff, great breakfast, reasonably priced food and drink. We had a triple room (stayed with a baby) which was a comfortable size (unlike many other hotels), and the bed was large and comfy! They have lots of high chairs for kiddos which is a small gesture that makes a world of difference for those with young children. They even had 3 weddings while we were there, and you can see why! We wouldn't mind our wedding to take place there either! We walked to town center a couple of times which takes about 35 min (or 7min in taxi for a fiver)

A couple of things could be improved: Even though it's a newly refurbished hotel, there are lots of signs of wear and tear - especially in the bathrooms, a refular maintenance review would certainly pick those up. Food in the Salty Restaurant is a bit underwhelming. The menu sounds good, but the food lacks flavour. It's ok for a couple of times when you don't want to go out but we couldn't eat it every day. The curtains are not really blocking out light which was quite a problem for us as we had a west facing room and at baby's bedtime it was just completely bright in the room.

Very quiet and peaceful. Just spacious enough for the number of guests. Variety of food is really really good. You can make your own coffee using the machines which seems like a small thing but makes a world of difference. Things are set up with common sense in mind at this hotel so you always feel comfortable. Friendly staff. Cocktails are excellent. Actually the sheer variety of the food and drinks menu in all inclusive is superb.

Slightly slow service at lunch at times. More salt in the food across the board. Though I do think the reason behind this is they are trying to cater for different pallets and want to avoid over-salting the food they could do with seasoning more anyway. But these are very minor points and wouldn’t stop us coming back at all.
