I did not expect a much after reading reviews , but I was nicely surprised. Yes, it is not like a german 4 stars hotel, the hotel needs some updates, bathroom especially, some spots on carpets in public areas etc., but on the other hand it was very clean because of good job of cleaning. The room was of a good size, town view (we knew it ). The food was excellent, tasty, fresh, many choices (also fish and some seafood),the staff in restaurants was fast and effective.We had halfboard. Staff we met was always nice to us. Overall we had nice stay there.

You have to pay for a safe box in room 13€/week, 20€/2 weeks)

Fabulous hotel. Nice furnishings, cozy sofas, great decorative lighting around the communal areas, bars and restaurants. Great location Themed buffet dinner nights. Breakfast was buffet style, good selection, and it was hot, which a lot of hotels fail to achieve. We only stayed on a HB basis, so can't comment on the quality of the drinks etc

I travelled with my mum, she was disappointed that the access to the pool was via basic metal steps - no gradual walk-in section with added handrail. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get in and out of the pool.

The experience was quite decent considering the price paid. While there is still room for improvement, my overall experience was positive. The food was exceptional, much better compared to other places I’ve tried. Kudos to the chefs and staff for their great work!

The pool area could benefit from better management, particularly regarding the organization of sunbeds and towels. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall experience Rooms and corridors needs renovation.Definetly not a 4* hotel.

Location and the staff.

Some parts in need of refurb… The food wasn’t the best but it was edible and filled a hole, we got a bargain so can’t complain, BUT avoid the taverna that comes in all inclusive! (No wonder it was the only place we could book), not very tourist friendly… didn’t feel clean and food was cold in middle, lettuce black on ends etc. Obvs giving the drabs to the hotel package and service without a smile. (I know it’s not etc but other restaurants are friendly).

Food was excellent, multiple choices and plenty of variety. The staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Beds comfy, room was not too small. Adequate for the time we were there.

The system for beach towels could do with extended hours, 10:00 - 13:00 does not allow guests arriving afternoon to have a towel until the next morning @ 10:am.

The breakfast was very good, with many options and a station for omelettes. Internet was good and the location of the hotel is just within minutes from the beach and the restaurants. Some staff at the reception very friendly. Overall our stay is worth the money for the offer we found via booking.com.

The cleaners didn't replace the used mugs, and didn't bring extra coffee/tea and milk when they cleaned the room. Also they didn't bring more toiletries. When asked though, the man at the reception was very helpful and they brought us immediately what we needed.

“Odessa Beach Hotel” really surprised us. We only spent one night before our flight home and didn’t expect much, but ended up wishing to stay longer and considering it for a longer stay another time. It is conveniently located literally one minute from the beach, but also close to all the “action” of Protaras. Also the bus stop is close by. Reception was super busy when we arrived, but they never lost their professional attitude and friendliness. Especially Eleni is an ANGEL. The room was cozy with very comfortable beds, a huge balcony and lots of space to put things. The biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet: Huge choice, amazing pancakes, excellent coffee and plenty of tables outside on a beautiful terrace. Can’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

The price, the location and the bed

The hallways are horrendous, they are taken right out of the shinning. Also there is only sun in the pool area to like 15.30-16.

Everything is near and accesible. The pedestrian area, shops and beach on the other side. And of course, Costa Cafe at the corner. Food was delicuos and I can say that I am pleasantly surprised by the service. Next time going to book AI

There aren’t much of the stuff that I could say I didn’t like. Children amusment area might be a bit more arranged and settled and maybe could contain more mobiliar for the next season Rooms on ground floor are a bit noisy. Maybe not all of them, but the first one next to reception hall was. But that’s not something that worsen my holiday since I only slept there for couple of hours.
