The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of rich, flavorful options that seamlessly blended local Cypriot and Mediterranean dishes with international tastes. Every morning felt like a culinary journey, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse choices to suit all preferences. The hotel’s location was also stunning, nestled on the east coast of Cyprus with direct access to a beautiful beach. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, creating an unforgettable start to each day. The beach itself was pristine, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Overall, a truly exceptional experience!

The beds and the pillows (I know weird) but never have I stayed in a hotel where it was so comfortable, my husband said the same. The view from our balcony was sensational even though it was pretty high up. The standard of the rooms were very high. With robes and slippers provided.

The pool area and the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel, the sunbeds were always reserved although comfy but there was no beds left even at 9:30am and we visited mid October (so peak season would be awful) The staff in the outside restaurant were pretty slack (end of season maybe) but we had to ask to order drink after waiting 20mins and food they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered especially a lady called Nazda or Nadia.

No coffee/tea facilities in room which i found a bit weird for a 4 star hotel (the kettle is there but no coffee/tea bags)! Also there is an espresso machine however you have to pay for the capsules. it would be nice to provide at least basic tea and coffee. Also no vanity kit in bathroom. Other than that everything else was great!

Amazing place! We loved everything - brand new common spaces, nicely decorated big rooms, fantastic breakfast and breath-taking view from the balcony to the seaside. The hotel is on the beachfront - one step and we were at the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful! We wanted to stay more but they didn't have availability. The beach was big and very nice and clean.

The only downside is that it is very difficult, almost impossible to book this hotel - it is always prebooked. We got lucky to get the last available room.

Decided to go on a weekend getaway to Protaras and noticed a great deal or Sunprime. It is a really nice hotel for the money you are paying. The neighboring hotels are a bit more for basically the same experience. The rooms were really clean. Views are incredible. The staff was really polite, especially the receptionists. We would have extended the stay if it were not for that dreadful Monday. The breakfast was good. Some nice local delicacies. Didn't have a chance to see all the facilities but they seem to be kept very clean. Overall, great for the money you are paying. Would definitely visit again.

Not much to dislike for that price. The only issue I noticed was that it was time to renew all the towels. They are just too old in my opinion. Everything else was really nice. I highly recommend it for a visit to the main beach on Protaras!

Location was very good and it offered the quiet surrounding expected. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options offered. Staff was extremely nice and helpful all throughout our stay.

There was an espresso machine in the room but there were no espresso capsules. When we inquired about it at the reception upon departure, we were informed that we could purchase capsules from the hotel mini mart. A notice for the above should be put next to the machine instead of letting the customer wonder about it.

Location of the hotel is just great - first line of the clean and nice beach. Big rooms, good facilities, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and were dissapointed when we change this hotel to another one.

The sea can be wavy on this side of the island with red flags and restriction to swim. Not nice smell in the bathroom when you are having shower.

This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are so helpful. The manageress is fantastic. Housekeeping is perfect. Louika in the breakfast area made us feel so special and told us some amazing things to visit. We had the royal suite which was out of this world.

There was nothing not to like

The view was really incredible. Strongly recommend room with sea view! Beach near the hotel (50m) is the best part of Sunrise beach. Clear! Breakfast was good, a lot of healthy food, vegan too, gluten free.

Of course the sunbeds was “reserved” by guests with towels since early early morning, so if you sleeping until 9 am, you just skipping the chance to have the sun bed 😂😂😂 Sometimes in bar near the pool barmen make poor cocktails, it was just spoiled juices

Absolutely everything was AMAZING! Right on the beach (which was stunning), excellent views, food was fantastic, most relaxing part of my holiday.

The one thing that was a little frustrating — I was in the extra bed in the Royal suite, and the sun would shine brightly in my face every morning. The blinds need to be closer to the windows, or alternatively there needs to be extra blinds against the window where the extra bed is.
