It was our fourth stay at Ferdinandhof, and hopefully not the last one. We are huge fans of the place, especially the private wellness. The room was the same as last time and we really liked it then as well.

Waiting for the owner at the reception desk. I know that it's hard to run a hotel these days, but maybe the owner could consider hiring a part time receptionist, like there was before COVID.

My stay at Ferdinand Hoff Apart Hotel in Karlovy Vary was simply wonderful. The location is perfect — just a five-minute walk to the heart of the spa area and the famous hot springs. In the other direction, also within a five-minute walk, there’s a supermarket and a fantastic Italian restaurant, making everything incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a cozy stay regardless of the weather. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The service was exceptional and very responsive. When I mentioned I prefer brewed coffee over instant, they kindly brought me a coffee maker. They also made sure to regularly replenish the dishwasher tablets, which I appreciated. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly toward my dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a truly relaxing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ferdinand Hoff Apart Hotel for anyone visiting Karlovy Vary.

I would love for the kitchen to have a pop-up toaster and my dream: espresso coffee in the mornings. But this is just a suggestion to improve an already wonderful property

The central location was excellent although up a steep hill (hence the very reasonable room rate). Our room was much nicer and more spacious than the online photos with lovely updated bathroom, well equipped kitchen, big windows & comfortable seating area.

There was not often a person at the reception desk and when there was, he spoke very little English so communication was difficult. Also the restaurant pictured was not open and the man at reception acted as though it was not even a thing since this was an "apartment-hotel" with kitchenette in the room.

The apart hotel is quite spacious. We loved the high ceilings and many windows, wonderful birds singing day and night. The cleaning was exceptional as the towels were changed nearly every day. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the chance to wait for our check-in at the property's restaurant and the chance of having some tea/coffee self-service option there. If you are a walker, be ready to walk uphill as you get to the hotel from the center. But hilly landscape is quite typical for Karlovy Vary. Thank you for making our stay so cozy and at home. We will recommend the place and will choose to come here again next time we are in KV. It's a pity we had to go on Sat and missed an opportunity of Thai massage...another reason to come back ;)

The shower was not fixed properly and had only one position where one could wash themselves using both hands (without holding the shower). The shower sealing should be reconsidered and redone as the floor was flooded after each shower. Anyway, we reported that to the property and hope it will be tackled.

I was in Karlovy Vary for the film festival and the apartment was an ideal base - very spacious and clean, quiet and private, and close to many of the local landmark buildings and more. The hill up to the apart-hotel is steep so it's best to book a taxi to get there rather than drag your bags up - but after that it's fine to walk up and down, and good exercise!

Ferdinandhof Apart-Hotel offers a great experience with its good location, inviting entrance, and convenient amenities. The presence of a lift adds to accessibility, and the cleanliness of both the apartment and bathroom is commendable. The kitchen have a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Very clean, cosy, comfortable rooms. Ideal for staying with children. Excellent staff, great location, luxury interior, the apartments have everything you need.This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel with family and we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent, and we had a great rest. The hotel is clean and equipped with everything needed for both short and long-term stays. There's a short walking path to the river and parking. Of course, you have to go up and down to get there, but that's the point of this place :)

Very clean. Kitchen in the room. Comfy couch, although not quite big enough for two people to sit on it. Just a short walk to the town center.

Spa & wellness facilities aren't included and the cost is prohibitive if not part of a large group. While having a kitchen is great, the supermarkets are at the other end of the town. There are probably better deals right in the center for travellers who don't want a kitchen.

The apartments was perfect, so clean and quiet. The building is good renovated, we had everything we needed in apartment. Exeptional location👍 We are going definitely to come back)
