Our stay was perfect, the place was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Good interactions with the staff, even though we really didn't need to go to reception with many inquiries since there was a booklet with clear instructions for pretty much everything in the apartment (how to set the coffee maker, Wi-Fi password and so on). Close to the main landmarks, subway and tram station next door, a lot of shops and places to eat nearby. I don't think we could have made a better choice, the place really checked every box on our list!

My room was spacious and well equipped. I loved the washing machine in the bathroom; and the drying rack. The bathroom amenities were high quality.

Reception hours are VERY limited - and even when they are meant to be there...often aren;t. you can call them however but you have to build time to see them.

My wife and I spent four days in Prague. We stayed at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located near the National Museum. We really liked the room. Large and cozy. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The best recommendations!

Great location close to metro and a busy tram station. Walking distance to numerous bakeries and coffee shops. Clean and surprisingly spacious. Well equipped for even an extended stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a fridge, hob, and cupboards. We didn't use the hob or the utensils. There was a coffee maker, with one or two pods, you have to purchase more from the reception, which was a little bit disappointing. Cleaning only once a week, which I feel like is a bit of a stretch, we only stayed 3 nights but I think the towels should be changed more than once a week. A washing machine is available but there is only a small airer to hang clothes in the bathroom. We didn't wash because I felt like they wouldn't dry in time. The bed was big and comfortable. There were slippers available, we appreciate this. Location is good, a bit of a walk to old town, but doable, there's also a tram and metro at the corner that takes you straight to town. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Not enough coffee pods for 2 people, but that's just my opinion. Cleaning only once a week. I think the towels should be changed more often than that.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures, it was quite spacious, well equipped, we had some ammenities that we appreciated (toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairdryer, kitchen utensils, coffee pots). The location is great, it's within walking distance from the old town and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby (+ Narodni Museum at a <5 min walk), but also close to the metro station if you want to opt for that. Communication with the host was easy, and so was the self check-in (we arrived outside the working hours of the reception desk). It was very good value for the price and if we're ever back in Prague, we'd look into booking this location again. The place was clean, everything was new and well maintained. We fully recommend this place

I have spent 4 nights at this place and it was perfect. The key instructions (check-in and off) were clear and understandable, the room was beautiful and super clean. The public transport from this location is super good. If I visit Prague next time, I am sure I will book a room from this hotel. I really recommend Vinohradský dům to stay in for a few nights.

The only negativity that I can highlight is the streets' noisiness what you can hear if your room's windows are looking at the streets. But for me it wasn't annoying.

The room was superb, very clean and it looked like in the photos! Everything looked new, modern, and well planned for a comfortable stay. There were many things I haven't noticed often in other accommodations before which made the stay feel like at home: tea, coffee, sugar, washing machine pods, dish washing liquid, kitchen towels and sponge, trashing bags, ironing board, hairdryer, vanity sets, slippers, etc - I was pleasantly surprised and felt really great not to have to buy all these just for a couple of days. The kitchen had all types of pots and pans you might need, there was even a strainer and a cutting board - just perfect to cook your meals comfortably. We had the Attic Studio and it was very very quiet, the whole building seemed very quiet although there is a tram line nearby. The windows had blackout blinds which were very helpful for having a good night sleep. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk away from the main train station, and about 25 minutes walk away from the Old Town. There are a lot of stores nearby if you feel like clothes shopping, as well as food places and parks, as well as the view point Riegrovy Sady. I definitely recommend for any single or a couple stay!

As I was staying with my partner we took a room with double bed but there were two single beds put together. It was just a little uncomfortable as after a couple of days (we stayed 4 nights) the beds were moving slightly away so we had to push them back :) Not extremely inconvenient, and it was the only downside we had for this room. Everything else was superb!

The apartment is modern and well equiped. It was clean and the heating can be adjusted manually (central heating), ideal for those cold days in town. The building is located less than 1 minute away from metro station I.P.Pavlova and you can go walking from there to the National Museum or the Dancing Houses in less than 10 minutes.

The lift stops on the mezzanine floors and you have to go up/down half a floor using the stairs. Therefore, this option will not be suitable for people with wheelchair or mobility problems.

It was easy to find and in a great location. It was very clean, separation of kitchen was a bonus and it was roomy. Beautiful tile work in the entry way along with a great little elevator. Staff were very helpful when they were there. The only downfall was the noise of the sirens on the street BUT once the windows were closed you hardly heard any noise which was GREAT. I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone and if we were in Prague again we both would hope to get the same apartment. (Could use a toaster in the kitchen).

A toaster would be nice.
