The residence met my expectations. Petr at the reception was very accomodating and answered my questions and requests.Location was perfect for my needs, close to public transport, supermarket nearby as well. I would gladly stay here again. It was very quite and calm.

If they can put a bedside table with lamp that would be great. If they could put cameras on the floors for security. Also if they could just put the basic things for cooking like salt and sugar so you dont have to buy and leave a big package behind.

I'd prefer to have basic cooking ingredients, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. since there is a fully equipped kitchen. Otherwise, you have to buy the whole pack and leave it. I'd advise that staff could use what's left for other guests.

It was quite modern and clean, and it had a nice balcony, with a lot of cooking pants.

There was no oil, cleaning products (soap), or cooking essentials like salt and pepper…

The facilities were good. The kitchen has everything we needed. Nice bathroom, with washing machine. Place was clean. 8 min walk to the tram and metro which are easy to use. The area is very quiet, almost too quiet but it’s about 10 min from the city centre so you’re not too far from the hustle and bustle.

Bed was a bit hard and the pillows weren’t great. We didn’t mind the view but if you’re wanting one, the studio room probably isn’t the best option for you then. The check in process was easy enough but the man doing the night shift wasn’t much help when he could clearly see we had trouble opening the door. Also they don’t change sheets or give you new towels.

The building has a garaje and that's very useful if you are travelling by car. Very close to the tram station and metro. Kaufland and Alberto shops close by in case you need to buy stuff.

The Kitchen was not so well equiped ( fried pan and pot missing). There is a whashing machine, but no place to dry the clothes. Living room had some shades on the windows, but during summer it's not enough for ensuring shade.

Lovely location - very quiet yet close to the metro. Huge apartment, stunning view from the balcony.

No cleaning during a two week stay. No cleaning utensils. Bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. Shower on the broken side.

Really large apartments, with balcony. Much bigger than I was expecting. Modern, recently refurbished bathroom. When I asked for an iron one was provided quickly. Location is great, slightly out of the centre but 8 minutes walk to the metro that takes you in to the old town very quickly. And the area of Karlin has a lot of nice coffee shops and bars anyway.

I arrived very late at night and it would have been nice to have a couple of basics (like coffee!) in the flat. I didn't cook any meals but there were no basics like salt etc. which are useful in self-catering places.

Nice and quiet place for a longer stay. It has a kitchen if you plan to cook. Nice and friendly personnel. The room was pretty large and tidy. The location near a metro station is definitely a plus, moreover it's just a few stations away from the centre. There is a choice to take a tram or metro or even go on foot to the centre if you want to have a walk.

Initially we got a wrong set of keys, but this was resolved quickly once we called the residence support number. Not a very nice view from the window - abandoned building sites, garbage - but the hills look nice if you don't look down :). Neighbours can play loud music at night sometimes. Some lamps did not switch on.

Prague City Residence was a perfect self-contained apartment for us: • Karlín is a hip neighbourhood with a beautiful hill by its side worth a hike up every visit to Prague. • Only a few metres to our favourite cafés & multicultural eateries (great eating options). • Proximity to public transport & equally convenient to walk/ride everywhere from. • Ample space for two people (couple) & main living area with a window (loved it with a view). • Fantastic bed (it was the most comfortable bed we've slept on ever in fact!) & good sized bedroom with a window (with a view). • Ample closet spaces & hooks by the door. • Good bathroom with bidet, washing machine, large basin, cabinet with mirror & heating. • Well sized 4-seater table for eating & working. • Good kitchen (only used microwave & fridge, so can't review dishwasher or stovetop). • Self-check-in was super easy & instructions provided very clearly. • Possibility to park in its own secure building garage or right out the front in designated parking area. • Well priced (though, we realised the building's secure parking was too expensive in the end - would love for it to be offered cheaper for our next visit). • Both lift & "proper" (i.e., not emergency) stairs options. • We would consider staying for a longer period next time (up to 2-4 weeks). Unfortunately, upon our arrival (late evening with self-check-in), we found ourselves with no hand soaps in the apartment and had to go out of our way to purchase to use the same night. Not sure if this was a mistake, but hand soap should absolutely be a given and be remembered as a priority (health & safety). • No hand soap for the kitchen sink. • No hand soap for the bathroom basin. Also, a note for future guests: did not come with any shower gels/soaps, or shampoos. We normally travel with our own, so this was not an issue for us.

Everything was excellent. Even I checked quite late check-in process was seamless. The room itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. Despite the windows faced railroad tracks trains were going unnoticeable. Metro and tram is walking proximity. The property is far enough from touristic areas so you do not see the crowd, but you can easily reach city life, you may not even need transportation for that.

There was only one thing to notice that there was no power outlet in the bedroom, not a single one! And the one you can plug your phone to charge was on opposite side of the apartment. I use my phone as alarm while it charges overnight and this produced quite of inconvenience, having at least power strip with long cord would be beneficial.
