It was a hotel that we decided on by reading the comments on Booking.com. It is very close to the city center and within walking distance to everywhere. I would like to thank the reception staff who greeted us with a smile from the moment we entered the hotel. They were very interested and concerned, and helped us sincerely. The hotel's facilities were very nice. The room was very comfortable. (coffee machine, tea machine, iron, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.) In short, everything had been thought of. The open buffet breakfast was simply perfect. If you have a trip to Prague, you can choose this hotel. You won't regret it. See you on my next trip to Prague :) Thank you.

As I was on a long, multi-stop, holiday, I needed a hotel that was a bit more than just a basic hotel so I opted for this as it was a 5 star hotel that was reasonably priced. I loved all the nice toiletries that were provided (including separate shampoo and conditioner, which you do not normally get in hotels). Rooms was always cleaned, even if I didn't go out until lunchtime. It was a nice space to come back to after a lot of sight-seeing.

The only slight disappointment was that there was no comfy chair to sit on in the room, there is a chair in there, but its an old leather chair that is very low down to the floor, and it felt really out of place with all the other modern amenities in the room too. I also asked a young male staff receptionist if he could recommend a nice place for dinner and he just shook his head then pointed to a place across the road (which isn't nice), I got the feeling he wished I hadn't asked him. Usually if you book a 5 star hotel, you expect that they can recommend/book places for you, but this was a very minor issue and I would definitely stay here again if returning to Prague.

Customer service was excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. High ceilings in the room we had. Comfortable bed and pillows. Overall, I don't know if I'd call it a 5 star hotel. Not that there are any obvious issues, but 5-stars I've been to are quite extra. Definitely a strong 4-star though. That said, customer service was an easy 5-star service. Everyone was friendly and helpful with good attitudes.

More of a concern, because I don't know the full details. But after using the mugs and having Housekeeping come, the same mugs were present in the room. Seemingly clean now, but unsure of how they were cleaned? The fact that they're the same ones (identified by the imperfection each mug had) makes me worry it was just wiped down with a rag and not properly sanitized with dish detergent...but maybe they keep those with them and do it in the bathroom sink or something? Seems unlikely. Bath tub/shower was of the type that are quite high off the ground. Could be difficult for some to get in and out of safely.

It was fabulous. Not only the location is close to every landmark and the old town, the staff are beyond lovely. We checked in late at night and we were greeted by a very understanding and friendly man who made our check in process super smooth. The room was spacious and quiet - exactly what we needed. Everything was spotless clean. As for the check out, it can be done via your phone as they have a service for it, but we did it at the desk and again staff were excellent and processed in seconds. Great stay, definitely worth it and will come again!

The room had motorised blinds but not all were actually motorised, so it ended up being a bit confusing to close/open upper ones via buttons and then others manually. There was also a shower that was a bit difficult to understand (which valve does what and how to properly shut it off). It took a while to figure it out. Perhaps some instructions would be handy.

The hotel is in a really nice location, close to many places by foot or by tram. The staff members are kind and friendly. They were responsive and quick at problem solving. E.g. sink was leaking and it got repaired in 30 minutes. There are many facilities in the hotel.

Not that I didnt like it but for those who do not like a lively street, just be mindful that the hotel is on a street where there is a tram line. Sometimes you hear the tram or the people (on the streets) who become a bit loud in the weekend. We booked a room with one double bed and one single bed. Single bed was not very stable as it was on wheels. It did not bother me to be honest but for some people this might be a problem.

Hotel was in central location, roughly a 10 minute walk to old town square. Room was bigger than expected, exceptionally clean and bathroom had heated flooring which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly and approachable.

Although being central was a plus, this meant quite a lot of noise from the busy street outside as well as trams going past. I know the hotel can’t do much about this, but maybe looking into sound proofing the rooms if not done already. Also, we had problems with the heating, room was very warm on a night and we couldn’t turn the temp down. Lobby and corridors could maybe be decorated a bit nicer but that is being picky.

The staff were all super friendly. The receptionist was really nice and understanding when it came to my room lock not working first time, and he compensated me with the mini bar which was really nice of him. The rooms were beautiful & clean. Only downer is the bath and not walk in shower so just have to step in and out safely. And I’m not a fan of the boy urinal next to the toilet but it is what it is. The location is great! Walkable distance to everywhere so the whole time i stayed there, i walked everywhere without public transport. Next to great food or last minute food if you’re partying late at night. Overall i had a fab stay & definitely would stay here again :)

Polite and welcoming staff. Super comfortable bed and a clean room. Great location, very close to the main attractions. Check out was at 12 which is unusual and was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very good!

Light sleepers - get your earplugs. Other travellers can be quite loud and the sound travels very well. Also,it’s very close to tram lines which can be heard in the room late at night (we stayed on the 4th floor). However, earplugs did the job and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, with easy access to all the sights and restaurants but not in the noisy centre of the old town. The room was spacious with a proper additional bed (not just a sofa bed, as at many hotels.) The main double bed was huge. We had our beds remade and fresh towels supplied every day, which we certainly weren’t expecting. Our room was at the rear of the hotel, which meant it was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet with loads of choice.

Nothing to dislike - it was all great!

Location is great. a bit away from the noisy square, but still within a small walk. and also close to the bridges. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel which was very convenient. staff in the breakfast restaurant were fabulous. special mention to the restaurant manager and Ms Lucie who was very kind and attentive.

Staff at reception could be a bit more helpful when it comes to special request. we asked if possible for a late check out for 1PM intead of 12 pm. she did not even make an effort to look at the computer to check , atleast try to look helpful. As a hotelier myself, this is an area we train the staff a lot to go the extra mile to help whereever possible. she just said sorry no chance as we are full. The balcony in room 104 (only room with balcony) should be cleaned (lot of bird droppings) and would be great if 2 small outdoor chairs could be put there. will make the guest experience better.
