I stayed in Unitas hotel 7 years ago as a solo traveller, it was good. Therefore this time I chose to stay here again with my husband and my parents. It is located very close to all sightseeing attractions, almost walkable to everywhere. The hotel is absolutely clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast has quite good variety and changes everyday. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Mr Ivan gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for local food, sightseeing route, etc. He greeted my parents who cannot speak English in Chinese which made him feel warm like at home. Mr Denis is also very helpful. Last but not least, one day I left two of my rings in the room, they were sitting right on the bedside table. I was a bit worried but when I got there, the room was made but my rings were untouched. Unitas made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed, just like 7 years ago. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Prague. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Staffed 24/7, we had no problem checking in and out. Just take note that city tax is not included in booking.com payment so be prepared to pay on site when checking in. All staff we met were friendly, professional yet with a smile on their faces. Room is quite dated (this building carries some historical significant so make sure you ask for more info from the staff) but very spacious. Room was also clean and with all the basic amenities provided. Only less than 10 minute walk to old town square, the location is also pretty convenient. The street was surprisingly very quiet and we felt safe given the police station was just across the road.

Not much. Room a bit dated but still well maintained. Only one lift to service the whole building but we didn't have to wait long each time.

It was my second visit to Prague. We have made wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel that reflects the spirit of the city. First of all, we would like to thank them for upgrading our room. It turned out that we should have stayed in the family room. It was very comfortable. It was the first time I used a hotel's towels, they were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very sufficient, having breakfast at the hotel every morning and leaving saved us a few hours. There was a very cute Montessori playground for children, which also caught our son's attention. The location was within walking distance of the central places. The fact that it was close to the tram was a lifesaver on rainy days.

This is a charming hotel in a great, central location in Prague. But don't mistake charming for small. My room was a regular room, but generously sized with a king bed, nice desk, open space and of course a coffee station and bathroom with bidet. Walking to key sites is easy, but when you're in your room, things will feel quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is both tasty and beautifully presented.

Nothing. My views were of the courtyard but even this was pleasant and attractive. Anyway, if you're in Prague, you should get out and about and look out your window less, regardless of what your view is.

We booked a classic double room. It was perfect for our needs of a place to stay that was a place to sleep that was close to the center of Prague. Very convenient location and we were offered Czech sparkling wine as a welcome drink.

The only caution I have is that they use traditional keys, so you need to remember to lock your door when you leave. Additionally, the keys come with a large item dangling, which makes it unconventional to carry with you, so you can leave it at the front desk. The issue with that is that you can just say the room number and they give you your key, but that seems like a huge security issue to me if someone overhears your room number. We stayed for 3 nights and came in and out so frequently. Only once did the front desk staff ask for the name under the room.

Our room was larger than expected and very comfortable and well appointed. Slept well as the bed was very good. Bathroom was very spacious with an enormous bathtub! Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of food choices, quality, and service, including accommodation dietary needs like gluten free (celiac friendly). The location was central to different parts of the city we wished to explore so we were able to walk to everything. The street was quiet at night and yet sights, restaurants and shops were easily accessible. As well, the entire staff, every one we had contact with in our 4 night stay, was wonderful!

Some people may be disappointed that there is very limited access to television stations in english, but that was not important to us. Honestly, there wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy about this hotel.

Spacious, clean room with all the facilities I needed. The location also couldn't be better: walking distance from any Old Town attractions, yet very quiet. Great bars for the night out are also just a quick walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped to get me an iron, print my ticket, give recommendations for how to get around the city, it really felt like they cared about ensuring a great experience.

My main annoyance was the old style keys to the room with a big, bulky keychain which doesn't fit in your pocket. In addition, if you come back relatively late at night (after 1:00) the gate might be closed and you need to call the reception.

I loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I arrived before check-in and was offered a glass of sparkling wine while I waited. My single room was huge! It was very bright and comfortable and included a fridge and a kettle, coffee/tea. The location of the hotel was great. It's on a quiet street, quite close to the river, and it was easy to walk everywhere. I actually walked to the hotel from the train station, which took about 20 minutes.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I would happily stay here again!

The bathrooms are great, large Tub/showers. Beds are comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Very clean overall.

The rooms have A/C, it states 16 C but it felt more like 19-20 C.
