All the receptionists were very polite and helpful ! I like the location, as it's not far from the main attractions of the city and there is a tram station (Arbesovo namesti) near by. The metro station "Andel" (Yellow line) is in few minutes walking. There are many Cafe, restaurants near by. Shopping mall very close to the hotel as well. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. The room itself was pretty comfortable and my stay in this hotel was safe, pleasant, calm and quiet .

Not enough electric sockets in the room. One of the available electric sockets didn't work (Same thing happened at this hotel, during my previous stay in another room) I couldn't recharge all my devices at the same time. When recharging my phone/Tablet, i had to put it on the floor, as there is no other option. The Wi-Fi signal was pretty weak during my stay and at some point it's just stopped working.

Our stay at the Arbes hotel was during Christmas. We had booked five rooms for the whole family and parking lots for an additional fee of 17 euros per lot.The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The distance from the hotel to the tourist attractions is about 30 minutes walk. We were pleasantly surprised that for Christmas there was a compliment from the hotel-two small bottles of wine, Christmas cookies and chocolates in each room.

In the last room on the fourth floor, near the stairs, the heating did not work well and it was quite cold.

Staff is wonderful. Hotel is so conveniently located with trams just steps away. Organic grocery right across the street. We loved the electric kettle with ceramic cups and real glasses, coffee and tea provided. Breakfast buffet was great in a lovely grotto-style room decorated with many oil paintings. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Super quiet. We did find the mattress to be quite firm for us, but likely would be fine for those who prefer a firm bed. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

The location was perfect. a calm neighbourhood but near the centre and with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice, no noise, good breakfast.

A bit awkward was opening the main door. You have to ring the bell every time you want to enter but also get out. The same for the parking area (quite expensive), there is a big lock and you have to ask for the key and open and close manually a big gate.

Location is excellent. 10 minute walk from Andel Metro Station- or one stop on the tram (No. 9 from just round the corner) Breakfast is mainly cereals, cheese, meats, pastries, cakes. Scrambled eggs also available - think you can ask for other eggs, if you want to. Hotel is a little dated, but very comfortable. Bar sevice available in the lounge on the ground floor. Take a Bolt from the airport - it's about £10. Recommend download the pid App and buy a three day pass, then just hop on Trams, Metro, Buses at your leisure.

Another Pillow would be handy. Probably could have asked for one.............

Almost everything! Great place that exceeded my expectations, especially the room interior and the bathroom. =) Breakfast was also nice! Location itself is very convenient, too (in a walking distance to all main tourist attractions).

If I really have to nitpick - then maybe the lighting in the room could be a little brighter (there are a few lamps in the room, but no "central" ceiling lighting), but that's just personal preference.

Breakfast was very good. Our room had the shower and sink in one room and the toilet in another which was helpful with three in the room. The toilet room did have a certain smell to it though that was "funky." The room was cleaned everyday with new towels. Good elevator. Very convenient location in a safe neighborhood. Friendly staff, especially Olga at the front desk...very pleasant and helpful, even when dealing with people who were nasty and cranky!

The bed was rock hard and the pillows barely had anything in them. Getting into the tub for a shower could be rough for some as it was a high step to get in...there was a grab bar in the tub to help.

This is a old hotel with some interesting decor. Friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and cover the basic needs for a stop. There is limited secure parking which is available at an additional cost. There was a surprising selection for the buffet breakfast; both hot & cold foods. Easy access to the tourist areas of Prague using the tram network, and it is possible to buy tickets from the hotel reception.

No aircon, although a small fan is provided. No restaurant.

It was really peaceful. My sister recommended this hotel after staying here and I’m glad I booked a room here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast had a nice variety. The room was very cosy with lots of lamps and was warm. Plus in close proximity to trams which was great for getting around. Will definitely come again.

The bathroom was very tiny. I had no problems with this but someone who is larger/bigger build would struggle.

Breakfast was good. Is it great place, near almost everything, clean room.

We need to call inside when we want to entry in the building(every time, even to go outside the receptionist opened the door). I didn't like the idea of leting the key on reception, each time we go outside. Room was small.
