Hotel location is perfect, it is only a 6-8 minutes walk to the National Museum, 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram and subway stations, and 15-25 minutes walk from the central train station (it can take more if you have your suitcase with you). For those who enjoy walking - you can reach the old city by foot in about 35-45 minutes which is great. If you want to explore city's public transportation system, which is really great, you can download and use "pid litacka" local app also available in English, and use it to build your routes through the city (you can also buy tickets through the app using Google or Apple pay). Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. You can exchange currency at a good rate at the hotel's reception, or even buy some tours from them. Breakfast was really good. Room cleanliness was exceptional ! All the towels and bathroom accessories were replaced on a daily basis. The room was vacuum cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed every couple of days, so in my case the room was spotless. Also, the room is very spacious, has high ceiling and big windows. There are a central heating radiator, and an air conditioner in the room.

Lovely spacious rooms with traditional decor. Very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very helpful and generally very friendly apart from the one security man who didn’t smile or speak and sometimes made us feel a bit uncomfortable! Bathroom was nice with a good powerful shower. Restaurant was great and reasonably priced, delicious food and good service.

We had a triple room with 3 single beds 2 beds were very comfortable, one was very hard and was like sleeping on a board which really wasn’t comfortable.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and all was very clean. We liked the location as it is around 20-25 minutes by walk from the main station and around 30-35 minutes from old town. We walked all but if you don't like that, the public transport in Prague is also quite good. The area still has a lot of good bars and restaurants around without being too crowded.

On booking.com it isn't super clear if the sauna and spa is accessible with or without fee. In fact there is an extra fee to use the sauna (we learned that only 5 star Spa Hotels offer sauna free of charge in Czech Republic). The breakfast was okay, nothing special and the breakfast area is quite cramped with other guests and hotel staff often standing in the way if the only walking pathways.

Lovely staff, especially the day time receptionist. Super helpful and very friendly. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight and they made sure we are as comfortable as possible. Even opened the bar earlier for us to try their beer 😊 We loved our room, spacious and very clean. Great location, amazing breakfast selection.

We returned back to the hotel two days after we checked out for travels around Prague. We arrived back to the hotel at night and the night receptionist wasn’t as helpful and nice. We had a bit of an emergency situation and needed to book with the hotel for another three nights. There was availability but the receptionist was not helpful which unfortunately forced us to book elsewhere for the rest of the stay. Otherwise we would have stayed again.

The location is perfect indeed. In the center of everything, yet peaceful enough to sleep without noise. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough and the bed is extremely comfortable. I've had a breakfast included as well and can't complain. Something for anyone's taste. Hotel really exceeded my expectations. I've stayed there for 2 weeks and I'll surely go back again.

The only thing one can point out is slightly week wifi. This only impacted me because I was on business trip and needed stronger connection. Otherwise, I wouldn't even pay attention to it!

I spent 5 nights in this hotel with my family. We had very large and comfortable room. The room was very quiet despite being close to a busy street. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. All main attractions are easily accessible on foot or by subway. Choose this hotel without hesitation.

By priority: 1. Cleanliness - clean room, clean toilet and shower. 2. Staff - kind, welcoming, willing to help. Everyone. 3. Quiet. 4. All the services included were excellent. (means for making coffee, a safe, changing towels, the elevator, etc. 5. There are many sockets for electricity. There is a metro station and a tram about 500 meters from the hotel. We used it a lot. When standing on the side of the hotel, you can see the National Museum located in Wenceslas Square. The hotel is in Prague 2, close to Prague 1. A little far from the center. You can get anywhere by metro. It suited us. We had a great time. No doubt, on the next visit, we will return to this hotel. We did not eat at the hotel. We eat only kosher food. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There is a bar. Thank you

The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially since we stayed there for 9 days. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Andrea. We also had several nice dinners at the restaurant. Finally, the location was great with an easy access to the Pavlova Metro station. We were able to get quickly to the major sites in Prague.

No issues

I always stay at the Green Garden when I am in Prague. It is very conveniently located up the street from the IP Pavlova Metro, and the pleasant neighborhood it is in offers lots of restaurants and so forth. The rooms are a good size; many of the staff have been around for a long time (which must prove something!) and the Green Garden's own restaurant is very nice. Also, laundry is very reasonably charged and returned on the same day!

It was well situated and very clean. Nice character and reasonably well equipped. The windows were 2nd to none, shutting almost all the outside noise out. The reception staff were great, very friendly and effective

The restaurant and bar staff. They seemed not to care and came across rude. Their service was awful, this was a shame as it would have been convenient to eat at the hotel more but after our 1st night experience we thought better of that.
