The room was lovely. Nice and big. Could have had up to 7 people in there but there were just 2 of us. We slept on the main bedroom then used the foldouts/sofa area as cosy areas for sitting and watching TV. The room was clean, and had light cleaning offered every day as well as a deeper clean every 3 days. The staff were really friendly and attentive. They helped us organise a taxi transfer to and from the airport. There was a lovely little cafe next door called the Coffee Factory where we had breakfast each day. The location was good, about 20-25 mins walk from the old town. We used Ubers to try around when we wanted to move more quickly and these were relatively cheap to get places such as the old town, castle and zoo. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Prague.

No complaints.

Staff (Botagoz was our receptionist) was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean, large and very beautiful and interestingly looking. They didn't serve breakfast at the time, but it was advised to go to Coffee factory next door and have breakfast there with discount. It was the most delicious breakfast we had in our whole trip, lots of choices, cheap prices and kid friendly- our kids got a bit fussy in the end and staff gave them lollypops, so that was nice. Hotel is close to centre, good restaurants and points of Interest nearby. Being right beside street didn't ruin our nights sleep, windows were closed.

Something made a lot of periodical noise in the apartment at night. I am not sure what - maybe refrigerator, maybe washing machine that was right outside the apartment and someone decided to was clothes at night.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient place in Prague with metro C and a lots of buses and trams connected. So you can go anywhere very easily. The reception is also served as the tourist information center and the staff there are super friendly and helpful. They worked all day and if you come back late, you may enter with a pin code to keep safety. The room is well equipped with kettle and all necessities for your cooking. The coffee Factory nearby is a plus for good breakfast with 10% off for the guest staying here. I highly recommend you stay in Royal court hotel if you come to Prague!

The floor of the room looked worn but it doesn't hurt the stay.

We travelled with my one year old kid and what I feel uncomfortable about is lack of good accessible entrance while entering the building. I mean the building is quite good and clean but there are 3 huge steps to access the reception from the road and an another step from the reception to lift, which a person cannot access using baby pram or stroller. Staff was very good and offered us help each time we tried using steps with our baby pram. Stay is family friendly but it is not quite friendly to access the rooms, especially if you have pram or stroller or a wheelchair. Also lift is very small and very slow. I mean we as a family of three (2 + 1 kid in stroller) were not able to fit in the lift with our baby stroller and a small bag. Staff was very nice, friendly, and welcoming.

We travelled with older children (12 and 15) and booked a superior family apartment. Very happy, exceeded our expectations. Really spacious, 2 double sofa beds in the living area and another sofa bed in the bedroom. Nice little kitchenette, we only had breakfast at the apartments and tended to eat out for lunch and dinner but more than enough facilities for our needs. Fantastic location very close to the nearest metro station. Lovely friendly staff who are happy to help.

It is on a busy road close to the police station so can be a bit noisy.

We stayed at Royal Court Legerova for 5 nights. At the time of the arrival, we were admitted to our room before the check-in time and we were given a better room than what we had booked, for free. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The breakfast was amazing, everyone at the cafeteria of the hotel were very nice, kind and caring and the food was very good. One of the best things of the hotel is its location. It has both a metro and tram station a few meters away and the National Museum at 5 minutes walking. It is a beautiful zone and one of the main streets of Prague, which also implies that sometimes it can be a little bit noisy but it’s perfectly understandable and not annoying. We would like to give a special shout-out and thank Jane, who welcomed us the first day and who was very sweet, helpful, kind and attentive. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Very spacious apartment. The staff were very friendly. They upgrade our apartment for free which made us very happy. The room was always clean. Not noisy at all even though its in a main street. The day off my birthday the boy at the reception I think his name is Roman knock my door and gave me a present a bottle of wine and birthday wishes. Denis at the reception was very friendly and the girl with the short blonde hair(sorry I forgot to ask her name) was very nice as well.

Maybe a small tray to dry our dishes would very useful.

In May, our family, consisting of two adults and a five-year-old child, embarked on a trip to Prague, and we selected this hotel as our place of stay. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our five-day vacation. From the very first moments at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and coziness of the room. It was spacious and bright, with windows opening to both sides of the building. The interior space of the room included a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub, not an unstable plastic cabin. The addition of a washing machine and comfortable beds with excellent mattresses contributed to the overall comfort. It is particularly worth noting that the level of room service fully matched what was promised - daily towel changes, light cleaning, and a thorough cleaning every three days. I should mention the exceptional sound insulation of the room - I didn't hear our neighbors at all, a feature which is quite rare for hotels these days. A fantastic addition to the hotel services was their in-house café, where guests are offered a 10% discount. This establishment deserves a review of its own, but to summarize - the breakfasts there are unsurpassed, and I would highly recommend taking advantage of this offer. At the hotel, we booked a two-day sightseeing package (HopOn-HopOff), and it was wonderful - all services were organized directly at the hotel, without the need to go anywhere else. I cannot fail to mention the professionalism and responsiveness of the hotel staff. The entire team, from reception to the café, was courteous, helpful, and spoke Russian. In conclusion, without exaggeration, I can say that this was the best hotel in this price range that I have encountered in several years of travel. I will definitely choose it for our next visit to Prague. *Special thanks to Tiffanie!

The rooms in the apartment were spacious and clean with an open plan small kitchen equipped with everything. The free Wi-Fi worked well in all the rooms. Beds were comfortable with an extra blanket provided. The property is attractive with tasteful decor and high ceilings. The reason I did not give 10 points is because it was a little bit noisy especially if you open a window as the apartment was overlooking a main street but it was really convenient for accessing all the main attractions and the city centre. I.P. Pavlova metro station is just a few steps away from the property. The staff at the reception was very helpful and were always on duty 24 hours. There is cosy coffee shop called Coffee Factory right next door where you can have breakfast or if you want lunch/dinner , the pub LEGENDA is opposite the hotel. I really liked Royal Court Legerova and would definitely recommend it because of its convenient location in the city centre of Prague.

The staff upon our check- in Roman is very good he explained and gave recommendations where are the best places to go, very pleasant person..Bota is nice girl as well.

The towels looks old already they should have provided a new ones and at least one towel each guest because we got only 2 and we are 3.
