I like the location because it's near the transportation (bus and tram). And near the other Asian restaurants.which is nice for the traveler and that I am always looking for it because I always travel every 3months in my work as well.

I didn't like the response of the staff.when I told them the television is not working?she told me that I need to wait until tomorrow morning which is when I'm going out NXT day. honestly that's rude. I've only responded only okay I just wanted to watch the news only. If no one can't fix it tonight?no worries about it.but the lady told me?maybe they will fix it at about 10 pm. Thankfully they were fixed by 10 pm.

Hotel location is excellent, All visited objects are close, easily accessible on foot. Nearby metro station, railway station. close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a terrace. Delicious and filling breakfast. Services and friendly staff. The reception is open around the clock. The room is clean, cozy.

there is no teapot and a cup of coffee. It can be obtained at the reception for a €5 deposit. Inconvenient bathroom layout.

I loved the location, the city centre, Vyšehrad, ... Were all in a walking distance. I loved the room, it was simple, but had everything needed for a city break. The breakfast was delicious 😋 and I really appreciate the staff, they were very nice and helpful. PS: I loved the Summer garden PS2: For the price it's exceptional , hats down

Summer garden was not available during late hours ( but there was a park-like place right in front of the hotel, so it wasn't that bad) When the neighbours got louder, I could hear almost everything... Not sure if thicker walls could prevent it though

• Incredibly clean room and shower. ❤️ • Good, fresh and tasty breakfast with warm and cold food options. Amazing buns. • Perfect location - close to the metro/tram/bus stations. One stop from the old town. Almost int the center however not in the noisy area. • Friendly and helpful staff. • TV with the channels on different languages. • Room is fully equipped - wardrobe, kettle, bedside tables with the lamp above, dressing table with the mirror and chair, also full length mirror, mini fridge.

• It was pretty cold in the room when we arrived. We were informed that the heating season is already finished and immediately got 2 extra blankets. But somehow later radiators also became warmer 🤷🏻‍♀️. • The kettle was placed on the minibar but the cable wasn't long enough to reach the socket so we had to put it on the floor to heat. • Even though breakfast was included, the lack of teabags, sugar and water in the room (with the kettle) was a little bit upsetting for me. • The double bed was actually two connected twin beds with the small between them.

Great value for the price. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of options. The room was clean.

There is a metro running below the hotel’s street. We were on the first floor but we could hear and feel in every 5-10 minutes as the metro went by. Our window was facing the terrace garden where it is allowed to smoke and all of that smell came directly in to the room. Walls are very thin. For 1-2 nights it is bearable but for longer stays it could be very bothering.

Very good location not very far from the center, has two metro stations nearby, but we mainly were on foot. Friendly staff and helpful and open with our request for the room change because we needed twin beds. Very good breakfast which was included in the overall price. In general, it is a good budget friendly hotel with very good location. :)

We only had one inconvenience which was solved quickly, we requested twin bed when booking but ended up in a room with double bed. However the reception lady quickly solved this problem. In the first room considering it was ground floor, it was a little bit humid and the cleaning materials were not absorbed yet. So a better ventilation would be better for those rooms.

The location was perfect to get anywhere and everywhere. Breakfast was good for a week. Staff was perfect, especially Maria. She was of great help. 😁

It was said that the walls were thin. But we thought for the inside not the outside. The amount of sirens would make you think there’s a murder every two seconds. No exaggeration. On a last note the mattresses were pretty thin, so beds weren’t that comfortable, unfortunately.

The staff at the reception,restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and helpful! The room very comfortable and warm and always with hot water when needed.

Breakfast with many choices but every day the same. Also there was no soundproof at all!! We heard everything from the next rooms and really clearly because it's plasterboard and we had to knock every night to make some quiet so we can sleep.

Well located (30 min to Moldau by foot, tram available). The room was clean and contained everything necessary for a short stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but very nice, tasty, everything was fresh and refilled frequently. Coffee was good and strong.

The parking in the basement of the hotel was quite expensive (20€/night) and had so small parking lots that it took us 20 mins to park. To be mentioned that it was the last free lot and we drive a quite big car.

Cleaning room. Friendly staff, good position.

Caffe. The room whihc they gave us the first evening had a not confortable bad and pillow. Also there was no water in the morning because we were at the 6th floor and it was not able to reach our room. So we asked to be moved in a better room: they moved us at the 4th floor, the room was quite new, the bed and pillow ere confortable and there was running water. Also the breakfast is quite poor.
