Good location, nice clean room. Staff was very kind, we got a good eary breakfast when we had to leave super early.

You can hear the noice from outside quite clearly and the shower had low water pressure (7th floor).

What I really like about this hotel was the location wise because it’s very near to Prague museum, restaurants, metro station as well as the main train station. The receptionist name Kate was very helpful and pleasant. She greets everyone with passion and very knowledgeable at her job. Breakfast was good, they clean our room neatly, bed was very comfortable for our sleep and wifi was working fine. They also accommodate our request to keep our luggages to tour before and after of our stay which made us decide to cancel our first hotel option.

Compared to other 4stars hotel that I’ve been..i think it would be great if they put more toiletries like toothbrush, or usual complimentaries like the others. Also, improvement of the reception that will look like cozy and tidy.

Excellent modern, recently refurbished hotel 3 minutes walk to metro or main tram stop or 15 minutes walk to the centre,friendly helpful staff and comfy bed and good bathroom-very quiet to considering the location- the breakfast is great plenty of choice and quality ingredients- really recommend this place especially when you look at the price

Nothing not to like

The staff was kind and helpful in all our interactions. The breakfast had a nice variety. It was mostly the same during options each morning, but varied enoght not to be boring. The fresh pastries were especially delicious. Our rooms were cleaned daily, (which we did not ask for tho), so we always arrived home in cleanliness.

The internet was borderline useless. It's fine in the morning, but in the evening, it can't handle the masses. With a whopping, freshly measured 0.2 Mb/s, we had to settle for bad quality Youtube videos. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It was an enjoyable stay, don't get me wrong, but even discounted, the price felt a bit too much for what the place offered.

Very nice, clean hotel, extremely varied breakfast with very good and tasty food (although less tasty coffee and beverages). The reception staff was great! Their English was impeccable, and they were very polite and helpful. The room was nice, with very comfortable beds, the bathroom was modern and very clean!

No critical negative points. Just a few details: the TV was basically useless. Very few channels and nothing international. Not a big deal for us, as we went out most of the time, but still... The coffee in the morning (at breakfast) was rather poor quality. Same with the juices. (But the food was very tasty!) Also, depending on the room and where (on which side of the hotel) it is located, it can be a bit noisy sometimes, as the hotel is located next to a large boulevard with plenty of traffic. Nothing excessive though. And for those facing the side/back of the hotel (where the streets are small) it is very quiet.

Very convenient location not far from the city centre, easy to walk or get public transport. Room was comfortable & bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast was great - good value for money with breakfast included.

We had to keep the window open the first night as our air conditioner wouldn’t turn on from the wall and there was no remote, but being on a busy road it was so loud that we barely slept. Second night we asked for the aircon to be turned on and staff had to turn it on from their computer; after that was fantastic and can’t hear much of the hustle of the road when the windows were shut.

Everything was great! Clean room, good bed, good view, good breakfast. Location was nice, you may walk little bit for highlights from the city but it's fine. Nice staff.

Wifi connection was not good at all unfortunately.

Good location, and staff were so helpful. Upon check in the receptionist allowed us to use the preauthorisation charge and pay the balance which we appreciated and then suggested good attractions to see and circled them on a city map and explained how to use the trams nearby.

If I had to choose one issue it would be that the air conditioner was a bit old and not very powerful, which we would have liked as it was 30+ degrees at the time of our stay, however the room was still in great condition so it did not hugely impact our otherwise perfect stay

The hotel is located in a very comfortable place. There are lots of food shops nearly. There's also an excellent location from the public transport perspective. It's quite close (7 mins of walking) to the I.P.Pavlova tram station and the corresponding metro station as well. The hotel team is very smily and polite. It's very clean inside. There's a everyday cleaning, even if you haven't asked. One more good thing about the hotel is breakfast. It's perfect. A lot of tasty things are there. Separate thanks for cleaned tangerines, this is a kind of a dianty! Little tip: if you are coming tonight (close to 12 a.m. of after), there is no need to order a taxi. Just wait for a bus 910 from the Terminal 1 station and it will carry you almost to the hotel.

The wifi speed could have been quicker

The central location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities are clean, the personnel is helpful. The breakfast is tasty, with a wide choice of great sweet pastries. The layout of the room and furnishing are unusual, so do look at the photos befere you book a room. The bathroom is spacious though. There was no workdesk in the room, so I would recommend the hotel for leisure.

The beds are basic at best and windows to the Legerova street (one of the noisiest in Prague) were also just basic. Not a big problem when your intention is to tour the Prague.
