Everything was great, the staff was exceptionally friendly and always very helpful, even printing me a metro schedule to help me get back to the airport. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom was particularly nice, everything was very clean and new. Breakfast was great, I particularly appreciated that the hot dishes and types of pastries changed daily, so a multi-day stay didn't get boring in terms of breakfast choices. Lastly, the location is amazing, with two metro lines and multiple tram lines at the end of the block, every part of Prague is within reach with great ease. There are also two large supermarkets within a block of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The choice of very dark wallpaper for the rooms makes the space a bit dark, even with the lights on and/or curtains open. This is a personal opinion, and in now way affected the enjoyment of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety. The breakfast room was clean and we looked forward to our breakfast every day. The location of the hotel is great being right next to the metro station and a walkable distance from the Old Town. Our room had an area for our suitcases, an updated bathroom with a nice shower and a large comfortable bed. We appreciated the decor and the elevator. We would stay here again.

I had a great experience at Hotel Mucha! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always displaying kindness and professionalism. The room was not only clean but also spacious, featuring a convenient wardrobe. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of bread, cheeses, coffee, tea, and more. The location is great: just a brief 5-minute walk to both Metro and Tram Stations, providing easy access to explore all of Prague.

The room's sound isolation was lacking. Unfortunately, I could hear noises from neighboring rooms as well as disturbances from outside, including police, ambulance, and tram sounds. This detracted from the overall comfort of the stay and affected the quality of rest. Improving soundproofing measures in the rooms could significantly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Excellent location - close to transport, bars, restaurants and local supermarket. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Would have liked to have seen a more modern TV but, other than that, highly recommended for a Prague stay!

The hotel is excellent sited for a city tour. ( Near the Florenc Bus Terminal, metro and tram stations. ) The staff was very kindly and helpful! The room was great! ( Large, clean, tidied.) Thanks for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. The included breakfast was a highlight, with a mix of fresh continental options (fruit, cheeses, and pastries) alongside hot dishes that changed daily – a great start to our mornings! The location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and a 25-minute stroll to the city center (Astronomical Clock). There were also supermarkets, shops, and cafes conveniently located on the same road as the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a comfy bed, soft pillows, a safe, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the city – such a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day exploring. Overall, this hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay in Prague. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was massive, and decorated absolutely beautifully in a Mucha/Art Deco style. All the staff were really lovely, super helpful as someone had injured themselves and the staff were helping with first aid/locating pharmacy for other guests. The Aircon was an absolute godsend during an excessive heat warning! So very glad we had booked Hotel Mucha. There was a tram stop just outside and also close to the metro so easily accessible via public transport or about a 15-20 minute walk into old town.

The coffee at breakfast was pretty bad, however we're not really breakfast people so it didn't matter too much.

The reception staff were unfailingly helpful with two specific requests. When I needed to weigh my luggage, within the hour they provided a handheld digital scale so that I could ensure my cabin bag wasn't overweight. Also, when I left my phone charger and cable in my room, they offered to immediately post both to Germany at a fixed rate that I was more than happy with. Breakfast was absolutely magnificent with an enormous range of everything in a lovely room with character.

Location of the hotel is great, it is a walking distance from main square and is a step away from metro, bus and tram stops that would take you anywhere in the city. Despite such central location it is conveniently away from all the noise and tourist buzz, making it very comfortable to relax at. Special note on the amazing staff at the hotel itself and reception in particular. Extremely friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mum, and we had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station very close to the main bus station, and around 15-20’ walk from the main attractions making it easy to get around the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We felt very well taken care of during our visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague!
