This is non-negotiably the best hotel in Prague for business trips, couples and tourism. It is my 3rd time here, and I can always find everything I need with the Viaduct suites. We usually book family room for me and my friends, and it is the best cost-saving option with all the luxurious service and design you can get in Prague. Breakfasts in the room are simply mind-blowing. And the staff is always super nice and helpful. Can't wait to get here again!

Nice big room, very comfortable bed, great shower. We really enjoyed staying here. We had to check in late but staff was very prompt in their communication (they sent self check in instructions but in the end someone was still there to greet us when we arrived). The tablet in the room with direct communication to reception was very convenient. It was our anniversary and we arrived in the room to find a bottle of Czech wine (very good one), a fruit plate and a nice card written by hand. For breakfast, we had the shakahuka which was delicious and also the yogurt with chia and fruits was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend!

If you’re doing late check-in, be aware that you need to pre-order your breakfast by 9pm the night before. They did send these instructions to me on the day of our arrival, however we were traveling and I missed. They were able to still order it for us, it just arrived a bit later than we would’ve liked. Also, reception only opens at 9am, so no communication is possible before that.

We loved our stay at the Viaduct Suites, starting with the amazing parking place in the middle of the busy city to the highly professional and friendly staff and the beautiful suite itself. We had a family room with terrace, which was well-equipped, had lots of space and very comfortable beds. We also liked the privacy of the pre-ordered breakfast being brought to our room every morning - was a nice change to the usual shared breakfast rooms. There is a wellness area, but we didn't have time to try it unfortunately.

Loved it. Beautifully designed family room with 2 x bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom. Very clean. I wasn’t sure what to expect from breakfast, as it’s ordered online the night before and then delivered to your room, but it turned out to be terrific and our kids loved it. Location is a bit further out, but you can walk to the main tourist areas in 25 minutes, or catch a tram, or go by Uber in 10 minutes. We were also quite happy to be away from the craziness of those main tourist areas. There’s a supermarket a two minute walk away.

Room might be a little dark for some, but we had no issue with it and enjoyed it.

Our stay at the Viaduct Hotel in Prague exceeded all expectations! The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s unique design blended perfectly with the city’s charm. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is ideal—within walking distance to many of Prague’s main attractions. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a larger mirror in the room, especially for checking outfits before heading out. It’s a minor detail, but it would add to the overall convenience. Other than that, everything was flawless, from the comfy bed to the excellent breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!

Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated apartments. The hotel is quite close to the old town (maybe 15min by feet), but in a very quiet and not so touristic corner. We also liked the private wellness area. The concept of serving the breakfast in the suites is also nice. Furthermore, the staff was very kind and always tried to fulfil all our wishes.

Unfortunately the breakfast itself was not as good as expected. The bread was very dry and they don’t serve freshly squeezed juices (only smoothies for an additional charge). Further, you can only order filter coffee. There are no other coffee variations on the breakfast menu. The mattress of the bed is also quite hard, but that’s a matter of taste. The duvet is extremely comfy though. If they upgrade their breakfast menu a bit, the hotel would be a 10/10.

New hotel in older building, beds comfortable, spacious, air conditioning, large well appointed bathroom with heated floors. Lovely breakfast served in room daily. Staffed location. The location is perfect to catch metro, tram or bus in length of a block! Safe area and Billa grocery located right at metro stop. Great way to stock little fridge in room. Highly recommend this property! Best we've stayed in. Location is also quiet. We had the family suite- Two bedrooms, so great if traveling with family.

Always got locked out of time I wanted for breakfast. Need to place order first thing on morning.

Our family of 4 stayed in one of the two story apartments on the top floor. It seemed newly renovated and was modern, beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. It was very spacious and fit us well, which is not always the norm with European hotels. We enjoyed the balcony with a view of the castle. The extra bathroom for our daughters was a bonus. We LOVED getting to order yummy breakfast each evening for the following morning, liked the convenience of selecting the time we wanted breakfast delivered and felt so spoiled having it delivered to our breakfast nook in our room each day. We also took advantage of the free espresso station in the lobby with the chocolates and cookies. My husband enjoyed the free local beers that were provided in our refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the safe parking spot for our car in the private enclosed courtyard.

There was truly nothing that could have been better about the hotel itself. I’d say the only tiny drawback, was that we were a ways from all the main attractions, but we were still walking distance from essentially everything and there is a metro station close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is very new, and looks like a lot of love and thought has been put into decorating it - it's not often that you see interiors so beautiful in hotels/apartments. The building itself is located away from the busy city center (albeit still withing walking distance) on a dead-end street, so it is very quiet - open windows at night is not a problem. Very comfy beds. Very friendly staff :)

While the concept of breakfast in the room is nice, our food was already almost completely cold on arrival. Since the parking area is quite big, I think it would have been nice to have some tables there to have breakfast outside, especially in the warm months. The parking entrance gate is _very_ narrow! If you have a bigger car, you might need someone to spot you while you drive in and out. None of these are deal breakers though - still 10/10.

The breakfast was great, and more than needed. The idea that we could order from a long list of options each day was satifying, The smoothies were tasty, and so were the pancakes. The location was close to a metro station, so it was accessible to other areas of the city. The staff was very friendly and they were very nice to our little daughter :)

There was nothing negative to mention about our trip. If anything, and this is really a preference of our child, who prefers complete darkness in her room in order to sleep, it would be that the airco unit has a contantly flashing light that could not be turned off. Hardly anything to complain about!
