The room was super comfortable and spacious in a quiet location. Enjoyed that there was a separate room with a door. The hotel is small with only 20 suites, which made it feel more personal. Loved the idea of ordering your breakfast the evening before and it delivered to your room at your selected time, where you got to enjoy at your own dining table (it really was a nice touch). We didnt have much time to check out any of the spa features, but they did look fantastic. It was about a mile+ from Old Town Square, but we chose to not be in city center. One person in our group walked there daily and two of us took an Uber (super reasonable) and we walked it back in the eveing. The area surrounding the hotel can seem a bit uneasy in the evening (being close to bus station on one end and under a bridge the other end), but we walked every evening and had no issues.

This is non-negotiably the best hotel in Prague for business trips, couples and tourism. It is my 3rd time here, and I can always find everything I need with the Viaduct suites. We usually book family room for me and my friends, and it is the best cost-saving option with all the luxurious service and design you can get in Prague. Breakfasts in the room are simply mind-blowing. And the staff is always super nice and helpful. Can't wait to get here again!

Absolutely lovely suites in a quiet part of Prague. Really comfortable, clean and everything we needed. Cost only €3-5 for a taxi to the old town which you can reach in 10 minutes. Nice addition of breakfast delivered to the room.

Fire alarm at 2am on our first night and absolutely no direction from staff as to where the muster point was or when it was safe to go back in, a majority of people didn’t clear their rooms. Would hate to think what would have happened if it were a real fire. Breakfast was lovely to have delivered but didn’t really enjoy the food. Coffee was luke warm on one day too.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip — once in a Family Suite upon arrival, and again in a Deluxe Suite with two levels on our return. Both rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and a shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight. There were 13 options to choose from, and since there were four of us, we could pick 4 different choices each morning — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, just a few stops from the city center. If you prefer to walk, it’s only about 15 minutes — very manageable and pleasant. During our second stay, there was a commercial shoot happening outside the hotel, which made it difficult to park and unload our luggage. The hotel management was very understanding and offered us a complimentary private sauna and steam room session (normally €42/hour) as an apology for the inconvenience. A very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Overall, both stays were excellent — comfortable rooms, good food, great location, and outstanding hospitality. We’d happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Nice big room, very comfortable bed, great shower. We really enjoyed staying here. We had to check in late but staff was very prompt in their communication (they sent self check in instructions but in the end someone was still there to greet us when we arrived). The tablet in the room with direct communication to reception was very convenient. It was our anniversary and we arrived in the room to find a bottle of Czech wine (very good one), a fruit plate and a nice card written by hand. For breakfast, we had the shakahuka which was delicious and also the yogurt with chia and fruits was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend!

If you’re doing late check-in, be aware that you need to pre-order your breakfast by 9pm the night before. They did send these instructions to me on the day of our arrival, however we were traveling and I missed. They were able to still order it for us, it just arrived a bit later than we would’ve liked. Also, reception only opens at 9am, so no communication is possible before that.

Loved it. Beautifully designed family room with 2 x bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom. Very clean. I wasn’t sure what to expect from breakfast, as it’s ordered online the night before and then delivered to your room, but it turned out to be terrific and our kids loved it. Location is a bit further out, but you can walk to the main tourist areas in 25 minutes, or catch a tram, or go by Uber in 10 minutes. We were also quite happy to be away from the craziness of those main tourist areas. There’s a supermarket a two minute walk away.

Room might be a little dark for some, but we had no issue with it and enjoyed it.

Location — the property is a 5-minute walk to the Florenc metro station, offering good connection to the airport, and with tram and bus lines close by. Breakfast — lots of options for breakfast and it gets delivered to your room! We also appreciate the complementary Uneticke pivo beer we got in the room.

Dark paint — we stayed at the deluxe suite with balcony. The paint in the suite was too dark especially in the bedroom. The lights helped to brighten the room but still were not enough. The living room was okay because there were windows and the balcony.

We loved our stay at the Viaduct Suites, starting with the amazing parking place in the middle of the busy city to the highly professional and friendly staff and the beautiful suite itself. We had a family room with terrace, which was well-equipped, had lots of space and very comfortable beds. We also liked the privacy of the pre-ordered breakfast being brought to our room every morning - was a nice change to the usual shared breakfast rooms. There is a wellness area, but we didn't have time to try it unfortunately.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom had a large bathtub. Breakfast is served in the room at the time chosen by us. (you must order before 9 p.m.). The selection was good, the portions were large, but the quality was okay, but it would never compare to a freshly served meal. Very convenient location, around the corner from the metro line B and C, Florenc stop. Internet very good.

The only thing I can pay attention to is the freshness of the meals. I know it's hard with catering, but it can always be better due to the high price of the stay.

Our stay at the Viaduct Hotel in Prague exceeded all expectations! The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s unique design blended perfectly with the city’s charm. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is ideal—within walking distance to many of Prague’s main attractions. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a larger mirror in the room, especially for checking outfits before heading out. It’s a minor detail, but it would add to the overall convenience. Other than that, everything was flawless, from the comfy bed to the excellent breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return!
