The room we were fortunate to have had a splendid panoramic view of the city. It was reasonably spacious with a corridor/living space welcoming you in, and a separate room with a lot of natural light.

The moment I checked into the hotel, a cold shower was necessary. To my surprise, the water flowing from the shower was brown. I am guessing that this was a direct result of a pipe issue as after a couple minutes the water resumed to flow with its natural hue. Not a pleasant first impression nevertheless.

The staff was really nice. We came a bit earlier then required checked in and could already enter the room. Room was clean. Cleaning is doing every day. Check out is early but if you need to leave your luggage, you can do it in the hotel. The location is good, not far away from the railway station as well as from the center.

In the bathroom no hangers for big towels. It was uncomfortable after shower go through the bathroom to reach the only one hanger. Also the sockets are hidden. To charge a phone we need to move a bed table or bigger table.

Hotel is in a fantastic location and easy to find. The staff speak English fluently and were so so helpful it was just brilliant - just what I love as a solo traveller. I had a problem with my first room (there was no hot water) and they looked into it and arranged me another room, no problem at all. Bed was super comfortable, fanastic views to the National Museum and easy access to the Metro. Some fantastic restaurants and bars within walking distance too. A "no frills" hotel but absolutely perfect for a city break to Prague. Thank you!!!

Location is very good for short time staying. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the window is quite impressive in terms of the architecture. The street is quite central and busy. Friendly and helpful team at the reception. The subway and public transport stops are within 1 min distance and the main attractions are also within the walking distance. If I come to Prague again, I will choose this simple hotel for 1-2 nights staying. Also they arranged early check in for additional payment of 20 euros (we arrived at 8 a.m.)

The only unpleasant surprise was that the breakfast is not served during this period because of reconstruction works. But there are some cafes and grocery store on the ground floor so the problem was solved.

We arrived a couple of hours before the check-in time, so we kept the luggage with the hotel, freshened up, then went out and arrived at the check-in time. Same for when we were leaving, we kept the luggage there and later came to collect the luggage. The staff was friendly, and polite. The room was clean, and much better than what I expected. The location was great as well. It's by the city center, so naturally it's loud if you open the windows, but it didn't disturb us. Room service was apt, bathroom was clean, the entire hotel was well kept. We were told that if we wanted breakfast, we would have to tell one day before and it would be made for us in the morning, however, we didn't use this service. Overall, it's very good value for money.

Location is great, we stayed on the top floor, so we got a beautiful view of night Prague. There was a hairdryer, a closet, sitting area and a little tv. Comfy beds. Perfect for a short stay. We checked out at 5 in the morning and has separate keycards, that was great.

Old windows let wind and city noises pass through, we were quite cold. The poorly lit interior of the hotel (not the room,but corridors and reception) made us feel uneasy, we didnt see any security cameras as well.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Towels, shower gel and shampoo were provided. Location was decent- good public transport available and 25 minute walk to main square.

The lift in the hotel was very small and slow. The hotel is on the top of a big hill which isn’t ideal with luggage. The rooms were very hot in the summer despite the use of a big fan.

The location was close to a lot of things which made walking very easy to the different places that we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly with answering our questions.

The bed was not very comfy with only a small mattress. During our stay, the elevator had gone out and walking up to the 7th floor was not ideal. The elevator was also small only fitting two people.

The hotel location is pretty good, about 250 meters from the famous square and the national museum, round the hotel are a lot of cafes, bars and mini markets. The room was so clean and big enough for two persons , if a little fridge is available will be perfect.

The bed was uncomfortable , hard and not soft, the internet was super slow as it is not existing.

The room was really big and very clean with a nice view on the street. Room-service cleaned up the room and changed the towels every day. The water was always hot. The hotel is located very close to public transportation.

A minibar in the room would have been really appreciated.
