The hotel is very well located, so we walked to all the points of interest. We were able to park the car right in front of the hotel, even if we paid a fee for it.

1. The air conditioning system is controlled from the reception. This means that if you want to turn off the air in the room, you have to call the reception to do it and if you want it to be restarted, you have to call the reception again. The problem is that starting and restarting is done only for the entire floor. So, I was in the situation where I called to turn it off, and the air was turned off all over the 4th floor where we were staying and someone else from the same floor called to turn it on, and the air was turned on again, including in my room. Only the air intensity could be adjusted from the room. 2. The extra bed was a folding one, not a normal one.

I have stayed at the Tivoli before, liked my choice and happy to stay again. If you want to stay in Prague 2, as opposed to Prague 1, it is a really good choice, very close to the I.P. Pavlova metro station. Very comfortable hotel with a good room. Very helpful receptionist who directed me to a shop to replace something I had damaged. Some good restaurants nearby, cheaper than Prague 1. Good links to main station and main bus station. You get an atmospheric view of Prague streetscapes just be walking out of the door. A good choice and would stay again.

I was pleased with my whole stay, so non applicable

The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was very smooth. The hotel room exceeded my expectations, it was up to -6 degrees C outside but our room was so warm we forgot how cold it was outside. The bed was massive and the room was also so big, we were so comfortable, it had been so long since I got a good nights sleep. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was really clean and even had a bidet which is very important to me. The shower was so comfortable and as part of the service we were given fresh towels daily which was so convenient and made life easier for us. The location was very central and every touristic spot we wanted to go to was a maximum of 25 minutes away from the hotel, there were many transport links we used to travel only a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. If it wasn't so cold we would've walked everywhere as everything was nearby.

The only thing I would've wished we had was a kettle as it was super cold outside and making a hot cup of tea would've been the best way to start and end the day. I did ask reception for hot water and they were more than happy to give me glasses of hot water.

Loved the bathroom you can make a spa day in your bathroom, its quite good. Comfy bed but i hated my tv, it only had 3 channels and they were quite boring so bad service in only that thing. Big window with good curtains, good clean service, the girls are good girls 👀👍 but they clean the room aprox 2pm. Good recepcionists, some of them speak spanish :)! They didny give me any soap when l had only a small piece available :/. Big and clean towels, 👀👍! The key room is not a card, is a key.

Cleaning service at 2pm, 3 channels only available on the tv. Didnt give me any soap even having s very small piece available...

It was my first time visiting Prague and because of the Europa conference league final prices for accommodating were sky high. Hotel Tivoli was very good value for money. Great staff, big rooms, very clean. Nice walking distance to the centre and close to a metro stop. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit

As stated on other reviews the rooms get very hot, and the beds are quite hard. I’d read the reviews before I came so knew what to expect. Luckily there’s a fridge in the room so I recommend stocking up on water

Staff went above and beyond to anticipate my needs as a guest staying 4 nights and placed me in 507 which was back of the house facing a courtyard with no street noise. They also confirmed WiFi would not be a problem since the router was on the top floor. I could not have been more pleased plus the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since moving to Europe three months ago. Prime location with plenty of nearby places to eat, walkable to main attractions and the central train station with airport express bus.

I couldn't have asked for anything more unless booking through their website where breakfast is included whereas it's not with booking.com.

The location is ideal, not exactly in the city center but very close to. There are bus/tram/metro stations about 2 min walk from the hotel. The room is very clean and tidy but also quite comfortable.

The parquet floor in my room creaks every time I walked on it. The personnel seemed a bit cold sometimes (for instance the lady in charge of the breakfast talked to me in Czech without saying hello whatsoever)

it was a really nicely designed hotel, big bed with clean linen and very stylishly decorated in this vintage style, the location was pretty convenient although the area does get busy with all sorts of people at night. the bathroom and the floor in the room were badly cleaned but the bed sheets and towels were very fresh and clean. the room got tidied every day however the floors could have been cleaned a bit more. the heating worked excellently, it was always very nice and warm in the room, it was quiet and the bed was very very comfortable. overall great stay. if staff were a bit more friendly and interested in the guests, it would have been perfect.

the staff were not very friendly. one person at the reception was helpful and friendly and the other one did not say neither hello nor goodbye was just plainly rude.

I have already reviewed this hotel as I stayed twice during my trip to the Czech Republic. I was very impressed with my stay and if you want to be in Prague 2, this hotel is a great choice. I would commend the receptionist who was very helpful regarding finding a shop to replace something I had damaged. A very nice hotel in a great location.

I was very happy with my stay, so this is not applicable.

The location was great, just a 2 minutes walk to the tram and metro station... 10 minutes slow stroll to Vaclav Square. Check in and check out was quick and easy... The room was clean and spacious fir the 3 of us, same with the bathroom, although i would say it was unnecessarily big...

The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, but no worse than most similar hotels... Also the room was very hot (we stayed in June during a particularly nice weather) and we had to leave the windows open overnight, which meant a lot of noise as hotel located on quite a busy road.
