Service was very good. All the members of the staff are kind and willing to help. Helena gave me a great first impression with all important information and tips for my days in Prague. Breakfast is typical and good. Bed is very comfortable and the pillows huge 👏🏼 you can walk to most main parts of the city and the public transport is right outside the hotel.

Shower is good, but the area of it could be more spacious.

Upon our arrival the receptionist upgraded our room for free to a much bigger room with a jacuzzi and a kitchenette which was great because my daughter was very happy about the jacuzzi. Also the location was great and very convenient for us. It was near the main train station and the I.P. Pavlova metro station. Another convenient aspect is that from the hotel there is a direct tram (tram 22) to the Prague Castle and to Mala Strana, and to the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge.

Everything was really good, location, cleanliness, facilities. I enjoyed the two night that I stayed there

The only thing I did not enjoyed was the breakfast. I have to say that it is really good and complete if you are not vegan or have some intolerance. There were not alternative milks or vegan products. I have to admit that I did not mention in advance or while I was there to the staff. maybe they would have prepare something. But I would recommend them to include this permanently because everything was really nice and with a vegan option would has been perfect :)

The staffs are amazing all of them, they were all helpful and communicates well . The room is always warm that also made me enjoyed my stay

No tea in the room or tea kettle to make hot water yourself 😬. Also the breakfast should be looked into by adding waffles 🧇 pancakes 🥞

I liked the facility, it's cleanliness and cute nature. The front staff that received us was very polite and generally nice. She welcomed us warmly and it marked the beginning of our enjoyment in Prague.

The breakfast was nice, but they served only pork as protein throughout our stay. I'll advise that you should have at least one alternative such as lamb, cow or chicken for those that don't eat pork.

The room is relatively quiet even though it is in a busy neighborhood, but the walls between the rooms are either not that soundproof or we had loud neighbors. Nevertheless we slept well, the mattresses were nice and firm. The breakfast was really good, and the garage right below the hotel is a big advantage - the lift and the maneuvering space is limited, only recommended for smaller cars. We were even allowed to leave the car there after checking out for some additional hours, without extra fees. Everybody was really friendly and helpful on my next trip to Prague with a car I will definitely consider this hotel!

The shower curtain was looking like that it should have been thrown away months ago, and there were no power sockets or reading lights near the bed.

The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly. I arrived very early and she was very nice. She saw that there is a room available and she let me checked in early ( around 10 or 11am). She also helped me with finding the nearest laundromat. The night reception was also nice and helpful, I had some papers that needs to be printed and she was very nice to print it for me. My room is very clean and the bathroom too. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Train Station. It very conveniently located to a couple of stores, mini grocery, restaurants and fast food restaurants. Easy to walk to the famous sites of Prague.

The beds were big and so comfortable! The room had a view on the busy centre, but it was not loud, and it felt very cosy. The bathroom had a bubble bath and a shower, and the whole room was warm, clean, and so comfortable. We would like to visit again. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel was so cosy. Very, very clean. I can't emphasise enough. The private garage is worth the money since its underground, and I recommend it for anyone staying!

Room was smaller than it appeared on the photos. Also, at 10:58 (2 minutes before checkout time), our key cards to the room stopped working - this felt like forceful eviction, and we weren't warned about this system during check-in :)

Hotel located in a central area which allows to reach all the main attractions by walking, super friendly and nice staff both at reception and at the breakfast hall. My room was quite spacious to be a single and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom with big shower and AC with adjustable settings working perfectly in my room.

Very thin walls, I could hear people going up and down the corridors, and the people walking above me on the upper floor. The other reviews are right about the breakfast, don’t expect too much: not many sweet options as there are only pre-packed jams, nutella and some squares of cake (pieces randomly put on a tray with no infos, description, name, ecc also some were very stale as they probably mix whatever piece is left from the days before in a new tray each day). Low quality looking and tasting cheese and ham, ants running around the cup with pre-packed honey. If not having breakfast included can get you a cheaper price on the room fare, I’d advise you take that and go have breakfast in one of the many beautiful bars around Prague.
