Great value for money, good breakfast included, perfect location for my needs, hot shower, comfortable bed

The room smelled a bit by cigarette smoke, the rug could be cleaner. The staff is not very guest-centric. I witnessed a situation where a young couple asked for the double room they ordered only to hear from the staff that they give precedence to married couples and they have to understand that. Staff at the breakfast will keep refilling things, otoh they will kick you out at 10am sharp. The location is great, but bring your ear studs if you are sensitive to the traffic under the window, it overlooks a busy road.

The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything worked out fine for me.

I had a room on the ground floor facing the street, but I've just closed the curtain and it wasn't too noisy. The decoration is a bit old-fashioned but still nice. I needed to leave my luggage after check-out for a few hours including a computer. I was disappointed that the luggage storage room was simply an open room with no control at all at the door, so I didn't leave my bag there in the end, but to be fair this is the case for most hotels.

Unfortunately there was no iron and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Whilst we were happy to experience the traditional breakfast. There was no toaster and as I can't have milk eggs and dairy it was difficult. I'd of been happy with toast or hot porridge. And the sausages were traditional chicken sausage. Plus the daily breakfast varied. Some days cous cous and some days pasta, with cheese boiled eggs and cold meats

The people and the accommodation were great! The breakfast had lots of options, The room and bathroom are impecable very complete and comfortable. Very recommendable ! There's minimarkets open around and if you are an avid walker, you can still travel across the city in half an hour.

Everything was fine, the breakfast area could get crowded in the last moments. This is an absolute minor thing because we never wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to find a table. probably would be better if we arrived earlier !

My friends and I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel offers great value for money, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the essential amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Berto at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His warm welcome truly made our stay even better.

Nice cosy hotel near city centre, moderate sized carpeted rooms with good heating and clean appropriate sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with multiple options including eggs, bread, tea, coffee, juices, fruits and cereals. They have a luggage room for storage of valuables. 10,15 min walk to major attractions

Addition of an electric kettle with tea/ coffee in rooms will be a huge plus. Breakfast place is a bit congested

Breakfast was OK. The room was clean and the bed was rather comfortable. Towels were changed regularly. The hotel is located in one of the central streets close to the metro station, but as the room faces the inner yard, the noise from the street is inaudible. In general, everything was normal.

There are some things which could be improved. First, the room is located on the 5th floor, maybe, this is the reason why the WI-FI is so bad. Also, the sound isolation inside the hotel is not enough, so, it was almost impossible to sleep at night because of noisy neighbours.

This is a comfortable hotel at excellent location in Prague, close to many amenities. It is easily accessible by public transport. The room was large with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. They served excellent breakfast.

Some of staff did not speak English and some of them were not friendly. However, overall I had grat experience and the personnel was mostly very cooperative and willing to help.

The location is very good, close to the metro station and 15 min by walk to the city center. My room was awesome, comfortable bed, nice view. Every day my room was cleaned with new towels, paper toilet. The hair dryer was actually working. Breakfast was satisfying, a lot of options to choose, sweet and salty

There is not fridge nor boiler in the room

The location was perfect and the staff communication was good. Nice size room and good facilities for the price. Good selection of breakfast and certainly did the trick. I would fully recommend here, walking distance from all the main attractions and easy to get to from the Airport.

The pillows were awfully uncomfortable. Checkout time was extremely early too, I went to have my breakfast at 8.00am on the day of my checkout and when I returned to my room at 8.35am to go toilet the door was locked, good job I was already packed.
