The hotel is in an amazing location, a walk away from most of the sights. The rooms where very clean and warm, that was very good since we went in December and the temperatures where below 0.

We did had a little incident with the minibar: we usually don’t check the mini bar when we first arrive at (any) hotel room as we believe that whoever prepares the room also checks the minibar. But in this case,on the second day, one of the staff members came to the room to refill the minibar as we “had used it”. After a bit of chitchat we told them that we didn’t used it, moreover specially because we don’t drink alcohol and the missing beverage as a beer. Long story short, always check the minibar, because we were lucky to be in the room when they went to refill it, otherwise we could have been charged for something we did not used.

You cannot find more central location in old town. We walked everywhere. The room was nice, clean, airy, and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. All in all I am highly commend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great. A huge variety and selection that was constantly replenished as well as two well-functioning coffee machines that make everything from hot chocolate to macchiato. There is no elevator, so staff take your luggage upstairs. The location is unbeatable. Only a stone throw away from Karl's Bridge and a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and Café Slavia.

The hotel could do with an eco-friendly cleaning option that allows you to choose "only swap towels" or "only empty trash" for people who stay longer. We used a translation app to communicate with the ladies who serviced our floor, and they were so nice to accommodate our request. Our bathroom had no shelf to put the toiletry bag, but that wasn't a big deal as there was one right outside the bathroom.

The room was lovely and clean, It was very quaint. However the walls are extremely thin, or we had exceptionally noisy neighbours. The bedding left a lot to be desired. 2 thin single quilts on a king size bed. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great choice. It did become quite busy as they offered an all you could eat buffet to the public for 300K (£10) a bargain to be fair.

One or two or the bar staff were offish. It may have been a culture thing. I asked to purchase a glass of pinot grigio, to be told I had to buy the bottle, which I did. However when next I asked they had no stock. Its possibly me being too fussy, however I did not like the wine that was on their menu.

We mostly liked very attentive and welcoming personnel at the reception desk as well as at the restaurant. The bed and mattress were perfect. The size of the room was big. The room itself and the bathroom were modern, comfortable, light, big and well equipped. There were all the necessary details and features. The location of the hotel is near all the main places of interest. The breakfast was tasty.

I would recommend the staff to place more signs outside the hotel,.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were incredible. I wish we had an opportunity to ask for a room that had elevator access since my age made it difficult to get upstairs each time - but the exercise was good for me. We are planning to return to Prague within the next 2 years and I will only stay here. The location is perfect and their dinners were very reasonably priced and delicious. You can walk anywhere from this location easily and the room had a mini fridge which allowed us to keep items cool for future use. We really liked that you could open the windows and the little window by the toilet which clearly was original, was so cute and useful. They even offered large umbrellas if it was raining and you don't have one.

Only thing I would suggest and it is not that I didn't like it but that the bathtub, which was used as a shower for us is slippery. We just left a towel inside and that solved the problem but it would be a really good idea to add some sort of stickers or something to avoid the slippery aspect when getting into the shower/bathtub.

Check in was quick & easy, desk staff was really helpful as we arrived prior to check in time we left our suitcase and went for a quick walk to get our bearings. Room was stunning, cleaned daily. Bathroom had a lovely big shower, under floor heating, towels changed daily. Breakfast was super good, everything you would want they provided, hot cooked, continental yoghurt fruit and pastries, all were refilled when getting low. Also it was my birthday while we were there and the hotel had placed a bottle of champagne and cakes in our room.

Having to come home after such a lovely few days.

I like that the hotel is central, in the middle of everything in the old town, very close to the bridge and public transportation. It was a clean and fancy hotel.

That the breakfast was almost the same every day, the options were limited. If you are a smoker there is no place to smoke in the whole hotel, no balcony or special place for it, you have to go out of the hotel on the main street between the crowd. I didn't like that we had to pass the hotel restaurant every time we went to our room. And somehow in the night time it was very very hot from the heater, we couldn't set it up so the room was burning.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Right in the old town center where all the gorgeous buildings are and steps away from Charles Bridge. It has spotless housekeeping service and you don’t have to ask personnel to make up your room not complain that it hasn’t been done, which is an increasing fashion in European hotels. It has all the amenities hotels used to have like slippers, ear plugs, shoehorn and L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Staff is eager to help at all times and they always offer to carry your luggage for you. They even had the courtesy to receive my suitcase which had been delayed by the airline and bring it to my room and to print out or train tickets. If we come to Prague again, I’d love to stay at this hotel one more time.

I’d love a gym or workout room

The hotel is located in the old town and its feels like you've travelled back centuries but everything is still modern. I loved the bathroom with L`occitane cosmetics and the bath! The breakfast was good, the choice was sufficient and the barman who made fresh coffee was super, really good coffee!

Extra bed was made up of different parts of sofa, with a hole in the middle, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a speaker on the outside wall of our room, which sounded into our room as there was no wall between and started playing music at 6am. Fortunately, at our request, it was not put on in morning during our last day
