The location was fantastic; just a short stroll from the nearest Tram Stop, the famous Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square home to the Astronomical Clock. The accommodation was lovely, the large 2 bedroom apartment with roof terrace was perfect for what we wanted with maid service & fresh towels everyday. The breakfast area was really nice, especially the outside courtyard eating area and there was plenty of choice for breakfast, very enjoyable.

The only criticism was that there was no lift to the top floor which was difficult when one of our party has bulging discs in her back; therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Unbeatable location being close to most walkable tourist spots. The breakfast was varied slightly each day and all yummy. The mazonette had a filly equipped kitchen and washing machine and a private rooftop terrace. Large space and the AC equipped was good.

Floor was dirty when we checked in (your feet would go black if you walked barefoot), washing machine didnt drain but was fixed later by owner, some drunko/ loud parties could be heard even with windows closed on some nights, so you could not open the windows, dragging luggage up the stairs ( yes I knew about the property having no stairs but doesn’t mean I enjoy lifting heavy things up), stove in kitchen was very slow in heating pans.

The hotel is pretty cool. It is pretty small, interesting vintage decor in the hotel room, which is really nice. Also it smells really very pleasant, so I am sure it is clean. The most amazing thing about this hotel is the LOCATION. You can't get a better location for that price, you are literally few steps away from the Old town square and the busiest and most beautiful part of this amazing city. Nothing wrong with the breakfast eather - in fact, it was quite enjoyable. The staff was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice hotel with a great location and for a reasonable price. We will be definitely staying there every time we visit Prague.

The only thing we didn't like was - you can hear each step in the hotel pretty loud. Probably because of old wooden flooring. But after the hotel settles down (after 22h) it is nice and quiet.

I loved everything about this place. The room was airy, spacious and super clean. The beds and pillows were so comfy. My 2 boys stayed in the loft area and loved it. I also loved the skylights which gave us natural light. The bathroom was extra spacious and very clean as well. I also loved that there were a lot of small amenities in the rooms like tissue paper and small garbage cans which just made it more homey. Oh and the breakfast was really amazing- probably one of the best I’ve had:) the staff were kind and helpful.

One small thing- the shower drained very slowly. But the water was strong and warm/hot so it was good.

Great location and great breakfasts before lots of sightseeing. I stayed for a week to explore Prague for the first time. I felt safe during the day and arriving late at night, and the building has a secure entry.The location was perfect as I walked everywhere (except to Kutna Hora). My room was spacious and cleaned daily. A wide variety of choices was offered during breakfast and fueled me up for the morning. Everyone working was friendly, though it was difficult to communicate as they spoke little English and I know very little Czech. I truly appreciate the gentleman at the desk calling a taxi for me to get to my next pick up spot on my last morning there. I would happily stay there again

My room was a bit dark as it had only one window; no air conditioning but a fan was provided and used every night. Expect stairs, no elevator. I didn't mind the stairs, except when I had to bring down my rather large suitcase.

The location was ideal. In the busy old town but very peaceful inside. Lovely big, clean bathroom and great facilities. Fabulous staff, helpful and friendly, they even noticed it was my birthday from my passport and wished me a happy birthday. It was easy to check in after hours, and the staff answered my messages promptly and courtiesly. Breakfast was adequate and the dining room was homely with the option to sit outside. I liked the experience and would highly recommend staying here..

It is an amazing place to explore Prague. You step out on the door - and you are close to anywhere. We were 8 person group (between 21-54 years old). The 2 bedrooms apartman was perfect: 2 bathroom, big dining place&living room, cute terrace.It may be more comfortable only for 6 person, but for 8 was okey too. We love it!!! The equipment not "high-designed", but full comfortable, clear, practical. I really appreciated it. The breakfest were rich and really taste. Everyone was kind and flexible. They could help us to park the car near the hotel. It was plus fee and it was really comfortable (theparking in Prague city is an impossible mission).

The location was great so close to the tourist attractions. Breakfast was good liked the option of breakfast included ( no looking for restaurants for breakfast). Older building but had all toiletries well thought of very clean .We enjoyed our stay

The air freshners were automated and very strong . Some of us had allergies so affected some of our party members. Having an external bathroom took some getting used to but we had a private bath . Reception was only opened till 7 pm and we had only 1 set of keys . It would of been nice if it was open till 9 pm to let in some of our group . No air-conditioning.just a fan .We were lucky the weather was cooler.

Location was excellent, rooms were very spartan. That's ok, because it was an excellent price for the location. Staff were friendly, very kind and responsive. Breakfast was included in price and it was good. Best part though was expresso/cappuccino machine!! Staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

No A/C but there was a fan in each room (I didn't figure out how to use ours until we were checking out, my fault). Parking was 20 euros a day which was steep but to be expected in the heart of old town Prague,

The staff was very friendly and courteous, breakfast was good and varied. Everything was spotlessly clean and spacious, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc. Terrace was a nice place to relax. One bedroom and full bathroom with shower upstairs; bedroom, toilet room and separate bathtub room with washing machine, kitchen, living room and separate desk area downstairs, plenty of storage areas, ironing board and big clothes drying rack. Great location within easy walk from all the major sites. Highly recommend!

Raised threshold on main floor needs to be reduced and/or well marked, it is a tripper.
