Amazing view out of the window, 3 minutes from Karlov Bridge, not bad breakfast (but?! without water??), included small but good mini-bar.

At first glance, you are captivated by the beauty of the surrounding city and the pleasant atmosphere inside the room. Much later, you begin to notice that the room has "seen better days": the chain lock on the door falls off along with the screw, the windowsill is barely secured, and the window fittings are broken or damaged. This is not the high standard the hotel seems to aim for and position itself as offering. It would be good to suggest conducting an audit of all the rooms and assessing whether the owners themselves are satisfied with the current "worn-out" living conditions provided to guests.

Nestled in the picturesque Malá Strana district, the hotel is just steps away from the iconic Charles Bridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Prague’s historic beauty. The rooms were beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, rustic charm. I loved the thoughtful touches like plush bedding and a well-stocked minibar. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the views of the surrounding cobblestone streets added to the experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their local recommendations for dining and sightseeing were spot-on. Breakfast was a highlight—a wonderful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local specialties served in a lovely, intimate setting. It was the perfect way to start the day before venturing out. Excellent! Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Prague. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Room was a small apartment with a kitchenette. Beds super comfy, loved the enormous pillows! Excellent buffet breakfast which you help yourself to and take back to your apartment. All really well planned. Very clean. Located just 2 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge in a bustling area with shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance from all the main monuments. However, very quiet at night so no trouble sleeping. Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Only a minor detail but there weren't many accessible sockets to plug in chargers etc, so we found ourselves having to crawl under the bed to plug in the phone charger overnight! Also, not a problem for us, but the stairs to the bedroom were pretty steep, so perhaps not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. This may have just been our apartment though, not all of them. Other than that, the place is perfect!

The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections of hot and cold foods, juices, vegetables, proteins, teas, and coffees. One morning, waffles were available. The view from the loft sleeping area of the the St. Nicholas Tower was amazing to see each night and in the morning. Right outside the door was the tram station.

We had a lofted room which had so much character and charm, but it was quite dark at night even with all the available lighting in the room. It would also be more convenient to have a few more hooks to hang bags or coats. The bed was quite small and we are considered petite people.

We had a train journey from Germany to Prague, arriving around 3pm, just in time for check-in. The receptionist greeted us warmly, was incredibly polite, and provided a thorough explanation of all the amenities which was very nice. The hotel's location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city center, offering a stunning view of the surrounding buildings that was particularly enchanting during sunset and relaxing at night to have some drinks and watch people walk by. A lovely welcome basket awaited us in our room, filled with wine, beer, and an plenty of chocolates – a delightful touch that we truly appreciated & loved! The highlight of our stay was the loft bed, which added a unique element to our experience. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, featuring a variety of delicious American breakfast options, a spread that was set in the hallway and you take your food to the room. We savored our breakfast while admiring the picturesque view from our room. Despite our initial concerns about potential noise disturbances at night, we were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere after 10:30pm. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we have already decided that this will be our preferred accommodation for future visits to Prague. The convenience of having a tram station right in front of the hotel, along with the famous chimney cake shop with a Starbucks right next to it and a McDonald about 50 meters away made our stay even more worth it. Additionally, the short walk to Charles Bridge added to the overall appeal of the location. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge and are grateful for the exceptional hospitality and service provided. Loved every bit, nothing to dislike.

Our family of 4 stayed in the Junior Suite which had a separate bedroom and 2 single beds in the loft area above a sitting and dining area and kitchenette with fridge, oven and stove top. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out, and ample room for storage of luggage and clothes. The breakfast (we opted to include it) is provided in the communal hallway outside the rooms and you eat in your own rooms. The crockery etc. in your room is then cleaned daily. The variety in the provided breakfast was amazing, including hot and cold options, and gluten free bread and cereal was supplied on request. We even cooked in our room one evening - the kitchenette is very well set up. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The hotel location is perfectly situated for visiting the Old Town (walk down the hill and over the Charles Bridge) and the Lesser Town/Prague Castle. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area as well as Christmas markets in December. The views out over the streets below from this room were amazing. Be sure to climb the St Nicholas Bell Tower in the adjacent building - it is well worth the effort!

Be aware that due to the historical nature of the building and the steep roof, the loft area has low beams to consider if you have tall guests.

It was a perfect stay for the whole family. We stayed in a cozy loft with outstanding street views. The welcome package left in the room for hotel guests was a very nice gesture. The children loved having their breakfast in front of the window as the trams passed up and down. The hotel is within walking distance to touristic locations and you can use the tram stop right in front of it for distant places. I would also like to thank the hotel staff. They did everything to make us comfortable and answer our questions about the city. Definitely a place to stay again.

The location is excellent. You're right where you need to be to explore the city. Breakfast is unique and very satisfying. The character and charm of the building itself gives you a real Prague feel. The receptionist on arrival was knowledgeable and very informative.

There was an issue with the hot water in the property. Whilst this didn't affect our trip, it wasn't ideal showering in the cold. Very minor issue compared to the positives of this hotel.

The rooms are a bit tired and need an update. I had an issue with the toilet, water kept running from the cistern. The upstairs area where the bed is had an aircon unit installed through a window...surely helpful but not very nicely looking, not what I would expect from a property advertised as 4 star. Also no actual dining area for breakfast, you can take food from the corridor and eat it in your room.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at your establishment, and we wanted to express our gratitude for the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and they even surprised us with a complimentary hamper bag, which added a personal touch to our experience.
