The location just being over the bridge meant it was quiet but only a 15 min work from the main square in the old town. The hotel is newly refurbished with room 2 having an excellent bathroom, comfy beds, great amenities and the Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and all the way up to 10:30. .

We sadly had a hot water issue in the room on the first night, which was too late to rectify, the staff however were great, and when rectified couldnt apolise more. It didnt let the rest of the 3 night stay down. Other than an issue with a boiler that was out of their control at the time, there were no issues.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing - in the middle of Mala Strana, at the foot of the castle hill, and adjacent to the Czech Senate building. Despite the central location, the vicinity of the hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed a good night's sleep for the whole duration of our stay, which included the weekend. Convenient street parking right by the hotel may be booked for a reasonable price. The historic building is quaint (but beware, as advertised there is no elevator, and upper stories are reached by steep, narrow stairs, which did not bother us, but would probably be a problem for larger people) and well maintained. The room was very clean and clearly some effort went into its design. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was large. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Our room was slightly weird - I seem to remember I had booked a double room but we got one with two bedrooms and two double beds. It was large, sure, but we could only really use half of it. I would have preferred soap without the cheap irritant Sodium Laureth Sulfate - I ended up using the soap I brought with me.

Everything. I would especially point out the big TV and the wonderful breakfast (all the exquisite kinds of tea, bakery, hot and cold food!). The staff was very polite and classy. The hotel was clean, calm and uniquely stylish.

Very nice and cosy hotel just in heart of Mala Strana. Beautiful historical building delicately renovated with modern and stylish interior. Perfect location, breathtaking surroundings, ten minutes walk to bridges and city centre. Parking place available just in front of the hotel (need reservation), friendly and helpful staff.

Free drink on arrival, being able to borrow umbrella, walked to the room, great service. Breakfast was lovely, room was amazing! Loved it.

Everything was fabulous

Breakfast was so delicious in the cave. Many offerings to help us start our day, from protein to fresh fruit, coffee to pastry. All excellent. Our room was comfortable, AC was helpful when it was above 80F. Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice, perfect for our family of 4. The staff was kind and helped us with cash conversion, tourist information, booking drivers to airport and train station. I miss being at Hotel Waldstein and hope to return soon.

I can't think of anything. All cobblestone streets hurt my feet in Prague but C'est la vie!

Everything was ok

The best thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very helpful in meeting our requests. Our double room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting all the main tourist sites whether by tram, taxi or walking - we did a lot of walking. If we had known how cheap the mini-bar was we would have used it more!

There was a temporary power failure following a lightning storm. We were not greatly inconvenienced. More bottles of drinking water would have been appreciated (though there was a sign saying that the tap water was potable).

Great, beautiful location, we walked everywhere. Nice staff greeted us with a glass of Prosecco upon arrival. We stayed in a room that was separate from breakfast area and main hotel. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

The room was a bit weird for 4 people, maybe we were upgraded, I don't know. There is a big double bed when you walk in, then there's another big double bed in the next room and it looks exactly the same. I feel if this room was an upgrade, there should be a sofa instead. Shower tiles had some hair when we arrived.. Price too high for the overall feel

Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of choices. Loved the buffet style which allowed us to enjoy an excellent breakfast but still leave for activities. Front desk was very responsive. Mattresses very comfortable and loved the separate bedding for the blankets so spouse and I didn't fight over covers. Great location close to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.

Even with the radiators set to the off position it was rather warm in the bedrooms of our suite for sleep. (We like very cool rooms). It would have been nice to have a lighter blanket instead of the quilt. We opened windows, but because of the wind couldn't keep them open for very long.
