Apartment building located few meters from Charles Bridge. You can take tram from Malostranska Metro station to Malostranske Namesti then a few mintues walk or just take a walk - it takes around 10-15 minutes (even if you drag your suitcase). Around 3 days before arrival AI Alfred will send you message at booking.com to fill in your personal data for check-in and this is sufficient. A day before your arrival you will receive personal entry code that is valid to enter the building and the same code is for the door to the apartament. The code didn't work for the first time, so I had to call and it was fixed at once. Your room will be available from 14.30 local time, but you will be also provded with the code to baggage storage room, where you can leave youe bags ( it is on th 2nd floor). My room was rooo no.302 on the 3rd foor.Note: there is not elevator in the building so you will have to climb up to you room ( I have no proble with that). Room was quite spacious, very clean, big queen bed, flat tv, WIFI working very fast ( wifi code in in the room). Air condition (summer time) worked superb. There is a small kitchenette, for me quite well equipped. There is portable cooker, fridge, cattle so for one two persons it is ok. There are only Czech channels on tv, so if you came to Prague to watch tv ( I hope not !!!).Instead take a walk to Kampa gardens where you can have a beer... The location wins - you want be disappointed - I can highly recommend this place. Thats all folks - have a lovely stay in Prague !!!

Location is superb. Extremely clean, warm and comfy apartment. One separate bedroom that was a good double and then a double bed in a general lounge area. This configuration suited us fine. Spacious. Great shower room. Really good communication. At the back of the property so no street noise. Definitely stay here again x

Was aware in advance no proper kitchen facilities so it was fine. Did have fridge and kettle. This apartment would be fantastic if had oven and hob.... more of a kitchen even in lounge/bedroom area.

the location was incredible, 30 seconds walk from charles bridge which is the main attraction bridge to the other side of the city and 15 mins from the castle. the bed was very comfy and very large, the general apartment was spacious and great for two people. very convenient way of accessing the property and room as no need for keys just a passcode.

only small small complaint if any is it can be loud at night if you’re facing the main street, however the nose quieted down a lot by about 11pm and it was not at all a major issue. honestly no real complaints at all!

This Apartment has everything you need, including cooking facilities. Bathroom is modern and clean and has soap dispensers. There is a Good size fridge. The bed is super comfortable. Good height bar table and stools-open the windows for alfresco drinks and enjoy the street vibe. Washing machine is located on the same floor if needed. Great location right at Charles Bridge, and walking distance to most attractions. Supermarket across the road has everything you need including beer! There is a TRDLO Czech specialty donut type cone filled with yumminess place across the road and also a candy shop nearby. There is a good rate money exchange at number 6 on the same street. Lastly Porks restaurant (highly recommend the ribs and pork knuckle) is about 10 metres away.

The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, super convenient for exploring Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was incredibly prompt and helpful. Our hairdryer wasn’t working, and they replaced it with a new one the next day. When we found the cooker wasn’t working, they fixed it within 10 minutes! Everything went beyond our expectations – highly recommend!

Hands down to the best accomodation we had during our trip. Starting from the perfect location which is a few steps from the Charles Bridge (literally a FEW steps) you can even see part of the tower from the room, you can walk to the Prague castle from there, there's a grocery store right in front of the hotel, and many restaurants and shops around. The tram station is like a 2 minutes walk from there too. The room seemed really clean and it included all the amenities we required during our stay. I really appreciated the coffee. The room size was waaay bigger than your average European accomodations

Everything was perfect, except the hairdryer, we couldn't get it to work. But just a minor inconvenience compared to all the good things about this accomodation. Also there's no elevator, not a problem for us but people with difficulties for stairs may have to consider this.

Super location, about 50m from Charles Bridge. Close to public transport. It has a supermarket across the road and a couple of bars and shops, and about a 10 minute walk to old town. Kate who handled all our queries were very responsive and helpful. Although it is next to a very busy street, it is quiet at nights and you don't hear any noise.

There was nothing that we didn't like, however a suggestion would be to add some bedside tables or a dresser in the second bedroom so that the person who stays there also have room to put their clothes and belongings. A toaster for breakfast would also be helpful. Also note that this specific unit do not have a microwave, which wasn't a big deal for us but might be for others.

Just left from a 4 day stay and it's been fantastic! Excellent communication prior to arrival, with queries responded to quickly. The apartment block itself is in an excellent location, easy to find, as close to being on Charles bridge as possible in a hub of bars, restaurants and landmarks. We did have to go to a seperate location to pay for the room but this wasnt a problem as it is a 5 minute walk directly across the Charles bridge. The city tax has been mentioned a few times but this is only a couple of pounds and for the location and quality we were more than happy to pay! Especially having been other places and had to pay more! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. It was lovely having a hairdryer and iron without having to ask! We had a room on the first floor at the front of the building. The view over the street and bridge was lovely and we very rarely heard any street noise. Already looking to rebook for summer!

We really loved the location. It is literally in the city center, next to the Charles Bridge. It’s close to everything and has easy access to public transport. Cannot recommend it more. Also the place was clean and nice. Very comfortable and complete. We also liked that they offer a luggage room even after check out.

It’s a bit inconvenient to go and have to pay somewhere else that is not exactly near the apartment. Not sure if we didn’t do things correctly, but that’s what we had to do. We had to take an uber to the place we needed to pay. Also, the communication was somewhat unclear, as the automatic messaging interfered with the actual messages. Though after payment, everything was perfectly smooth.

It was our first stay. I wasn't sure at first how it works....but it all went smoothly. Got the code for the main door and the room on time. The communication back and forth beforehand was excellent too, quick answers. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great too, huge shower, all very clean. The bed was comfy and big enough. Loved it. The room even had a small ironing board....and a fully equipped kitchen and Coffeemaker. Perfect!

It was very warm in the room. Opening the windows wasn't an option though, due to being on the main street leading to charles bridge. But there was a full functioning air condition - it worked, but it was loud.
