A beautiful ancient building, with some painting on exposed beams and plasterwork preserved and displayed. The key attraction is the fantastic location at the west end of the Charles Bridge, 10 minutes walk to Prague Castle and 10 mins walk to the Old Town Square. The rooms are light and airy, some overlooking the Bridge itself. The hotel also has a prime spot for a restaurant/lunch outside right next to the Bridge. The breakfasts had everything anyone could want from European breakfasts, cold meats and cheeses, hot meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, juice, pancakes, croissants, and 6 types of local bread/rolls. The charming receptionist couldn't have been more helpful; storing luggage before/after check in/check out and even providing a euro plug adapter as I'd forgotten mine.

The location was perfect next to the Charles Bridge. The room was very clean and big, beds super comfortable. Breakfast was good, with different options.

The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring the city as it is right at the start of the Charles bridge and at the entrance for the Mala Strana & Kampa area's. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I really like that they gave us small umbrella's as it rain on some of the days we were there, it was nice that we didn't need to buy them and this was a nice thing. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of food and options. The room where we stayed was a little small and could use a refresh (new carpet etc.). In general the rooms were comfortable and had everything that you might need (small fridge, safe, aircon unit). The main thing of this hotel was the location, you could walk everywhere, it was close to things like the castle and charles bridge and teh staff were really nice.

Everything was fine, just as I said the rooms and maybe the stairs could do with a refresh and a new carpet.

You cannot stay any closer to the Charles Bridge than this hotel. The views were absolutely amazing and one of the highlights on our trip. The owner is a gem of interesting historical information about his hotel. And also extremely helpful. He really made our visit. There is so much ambiance here. The dining room has that absolutely special Old World Atmosphere to it. It was a very unique and special hotel-And we would absolutely stay here again!! We felt lucky for our special time there.

great position, lovely view of the Charles Bridge reception staff were friendly and helpful. clean room and bathroom 24hr reception and luggage storage. free coffee day and night from a small machine was a nice touch. great value for money for the location but I would advise to walk away from this part of the city and a bit further down the river for food, very much catered to tourists and not the best food I’ve eaten

the restaurant server was quite rude, the menu on the outside of the hotel wasn’t the same as the one given at table, when questioned he just said ‘no’ and tapped the menu a bit aggressively and wasn’t particularly polite not friendly. The room was a bit dated, headboard a bit shabby and not much floor space for suitcases etc. breakfast was a bit limited but was included in the price and had a mixture of bread, central, yoghurt, cheese and meat.

The building itself dates back to the 16th century, and its interior reflects the historical character of Prague. It has a very old vibe. ButThe location is amazing.The Charles Bridge is just a short stroll away. We just walked to different places. Breakfast was good as well. In addition, tea and coffee are available all they at lobby. It doesn't not have an elevator and its pets friendly. The staff are very nice and friendly. They gave us our room sooner than 2 pm and held our luggage for us.

Our room was really small on the first floor and the windows were half blocked.

Charming, romantic hotel with interesting history. Very large comfortable bed, pleasant staff, spotlessly clean, though good breakfast. View from the room overlooking the River and Charles Bridge. We have got the room upgraded because of my husbands birthday. I always wanted to stay in this hotel but didn't think we can ever afford it. Considering it's location the price is very affordable and we can't wait to return in this cosy fairy tale hotel

There is free coffee facilities on the 1st floor landing but would prefer to have kettle in our room as I like to have a cup of coffee after waking up. Was a little bit worried about the guests sleeping in the rooms just beside the coffee station as the machine is quiet noisy when grounding and preparing fresh coffee

Location is exceptionally good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean room and a modern bathroom with good shower. Breakfast (continental buffet style) was plentiful with many options. Easy to get to the hotel using public transport. Did not try the restaurant so can't comment on it.

Nothing. Great stay. Loved the painted ceiling in my room and the legend of the House of the 3 Ostriches was interesting (this is what the hotel name means).

There are few places in the world, where the luxury! - the suite, with a jacuzzi is affordable, and when the traveler steps out, they are in the most beautiful part of the historic old town! This is what Hotel U 3 Pstrosu offers: truly the perfect hote, what meets all needs! I can't imagine a better hotel in Prague! I always choose this hotel, if there is an empty room in your hotel. Unfortunately, other people also like it a lot, so You have to book well in advance.

Everything in this hotel is perfect!

We loved the location, the accessible parking and the staff was very welcoming. It is an older, charming hotel located right at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The breakfast had a nice variety. They were very good at informing us of what to expect and the hotel was right next to some lovely restaurants.

The Wifi did not reach up to our room, so we had to go down to a second floor common area to get onto the Wifi without it dropping off.
