When my Airbnb turn out to be shabby and dirty I booked this hotel for the same night. The price was very good and there was no other professional chain hotel in Prague for such interesting price and high standard. I stayed there 8 nights and I felt great and homey. Design of the hotel is very nice, a lot of wood and gentle point lights. It was super quiet (it's next to noisy street but I heard nothing from it, windows are airtight). Beds are comfy, linen was soft and fresh. Pillow was small for me and I asked for additional which was delivered without problem. Everyday cleaning was advantage. Hotel is in new building and it's nicely decorated with flowers outside. Calm and safe neighbourhood - modern offices and apartment blocks around. Quiet all week and weekends. Billa and Penny around the corner.

I dislike the air-conditioning / heating system. Unfortunately it's the same as in my office. If you raise temperature it will blow with cold air to "heat" so in the end temperature feels.... Even more cold.

There are many things we liked about this hotel. The design / interior. I bet it is because the hotel itself is quite new, but a modern but simple design, based on raw materials: wood, steel, concrete… really much of our taste. Staff: The reception can perfectly get out of troubles. Although the system did not work, while waiting we were offered a free cold drink, which was super nice. Although the suggested room was not yet ready, we were given another one. Which was not a problem, as they were able to create a connection more like a friend not on a customer level. They speak an excellent English so easy to communicate. Additionally the cleaning service does a wonderful job and gives a lot of privacy. Location: Pretty near to the subway station. It looks like a business area. Penny Markt is very close to get some groceries. Also half way to the airport. Highly recommend. Highly possible to visit them once more time.

Our stay was as planned. No dislikes.

The hotel is very new and modern. The room was very beautiful, nice design and very comfortable beds! The room had this very cozy feeling to it. The front desk agents were great, too! The 8 points are basically for the front desk agents and room design.

Upon arrival the kiosks for check in were not working. There was a lot of dust on the wall, the room is way smaller than on the pictures. It's not suitable for 2 people for sure. Also the bathroom had no door, only a rolling door that either closes the toilet or the shower so not much for privacy if you're there with someone else. There's no phone in the room, no closet space where you could store your clothes or a safe. The TV's cast option was not working at all, we tried with everything that the TV offered but the QR code gave us an error.

Everything was exactly as in photos and everything was clean. The best part were people that are working there! Very kind, polite and helpful, all the best to them!!! :) It's a more than great price for value Because of the metro you can be in the city in no time You have a thick curtain which can make your room feel like it's dark outside if you want to sleep in late

The metro station is 10 minutes away and you have to go uphill without shade :(

Extremely clean and spotless rooms. Very new building with pleasant interiors. Friendly staff and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the metro which will take you straight to the city center.

Apart from everything being nice, it is very interesting that the people working at the reception are running around serving breakfast in the morning and warming up bread while checking people in. The management definitely needs to address this issue and hire more staff. Also, there is no bathroom door in the rooms which is a huge minus for me.

Very modern compared to some dated hotels I have stayed in Europe.and quiet location. It is accessible by the main road which is a huge plus for someone with a big suitcase like me.

A bit further out and bit walk to the closest train station. Breakfast is way overpriced ($340 CZK or 13.6 euro) given the small selection of food provided…basically just some small croissants and sandwich meats. There was no scramble eggs. Would have much better breakfast in the town.

Hotel is quite new and located on a new district. Hotel is located outside of city center, but the subway station is not far. There's some restaurants and a supermarket close to the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. I would have appreciated more vegan options.

The room was very small and the bathroom was kind of weird. There was a sliding door that could close only either the shower or the toilet. Shower was quite bad and water pressure low.

Particularly the reception staff were excellent, very specifically Mr Nikita and Mr Victor and other staff was very cooperative and helpful. My deepest gratitude to Nikita and Victor as well as whole management of the hotel for their lovely hospitality during our visit in Prague, and finally we did our stay extend for more one day before depart to Italy.

Bed is too much soft, would good if the mattress was strong and hard.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The location is a little bit far from metro station but we enjoyed the walk from the metro station to the hotel.

I forgot my shampoo and conditioner bottles in the hotel. Although I contacted the hotel and asked them to check on the same day I left the hotel, they said they didn’t find my stuffs. I’m sure that I forgot them in the hotel. Anyway the bottles do not cost much but still.

The hotel is new and very beautifully designed. The room was small, but had everything you need and it was very clean. The staff were very kind, they answered all our questions and let us leave our bags at the hotel for the whole day after we checked out. It’s located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood and near the metro station. Highly recommend for a short getaway in Prague!
