Room very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast amazing, large selection and the waffle station an absolute favourite with the teenager! Had the bar food one evening and this was also really tasty. Brill location for the S-Bahn, you can see the hotel from the station, and despite our room facing the tracks we never heard one noise from the train line.

Very cold in room upon checking in as the windows had been left open and -1c outside! Was assisted by friendly reception staff who can control heating centrally from their end, after they put it on very high it sorted the issue within a couple of hours. Also offered a separate heater but did not require in the end.

Location is great for solo travelers. Train station is in 5 minutes walk and pretty comfortable if one has to reach airport midnight. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was a bit small and crowded during breakfast time.

Communication. Looks like people in chat and email have no connection with people in reception at all. My money has been frozen on my card during check-in. After checkout and returning I noticed that I have again been charged the same amount. My bank said that one transaction has frozen money, and the other one has charged and I should contact property. I emailed property and got reply that money is being released during checkout process, but it has been 20+ days my money is still pending. I've asked by email to check again and get sure that money is released, but never got answer since then. Now I have to wait a month till visa system automatically releases my money.

Location was good but (see next question). I was able to get a good price through a third party during Oktoberfest to stay at a hotel brand I know and trust. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I liked that there was plenty of space on the main floor for eating breakfast and thought the food was pretty good for hotel breakfast food. A nice variety of food choices.

The location was in a busy area and very hard to see the entrance. Once I found the entrance it was hard to find the hotel because it’s behind an office building and signs (if any) were very hard to find. Also the half wall in the shower is very small making it hard to shower without getting water all over the place. While I get the idea of the half wall, doors would be a better choice because of how small the space is there.

Overall good value for the money. Close proximity to the train station or if you prefer to walk then 20 minutes from the Central train station. The room was decent size, well equipped, and the staff were friendly.

2 out of 3 coffee machines were broken in the dinning area which made huge ques in the morning for the coffee. People were waiting in the line for more than 10 minutes just to get the coffee.

Good location for taking public transportation, through bus or trains 10-15 minutes from city center! Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the central stations, the rails were barely noticeable. The breakfast was always ideal for starting the day, good variation of foods and very flexible hours, being from 6 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A variety of good restaurants and some bars were in very comfortable walking range of the hotel.

Although the windows could be opened fully, they need to be unlocked by staff, otherwise, they can only be partly opened. The room could have been a bit cooler during the night, but this boils down to personal preference.

Very well run hotel. Modern, bright facility. Very nice international staff,,friendly and helpful. Room was spacious super clean. Facility has elevator. Yeah, no sluggish luggage up the stairs. Happens in Europe quite often. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. There was something for everyone. Great location, tram 19 brings you to hauptbahnhof and downtown.

A bit of a damper was the bed. Smaller and extremely firm I actually asked for a mattress topper because I was so uncomfortable. The staff told me that they hear this quite often. Unfortunately for my hips and shoulder none were available. All the rooms featured the same mattress. Bummer that they haven't addressed that issue. We're still on the road and actually booked a different hotel line because of that issue

Nice room, good buffet breakfast, good location, private parking in garage (but you need to pay for it). Close to train and tram station, but it is still quite. Tram station is only 1 minute walk and grocery store is also just 1 minute walk. Dowtown is 5-10 minutes by tram.

Room temperature was a little cold for us and we were not able to adjust. No guest quide booklet in the room. No fridge, no minibar in the room.

Convenient location being close to both the train and tram stations, perfect as a base for travelling around. The room was spacious, amenities provided in the room. The included breakfast was also quite nice with options of hot food too. Plenty of space to sit down and work on the ground floor as well. The staff were polite and helpful. A very comfortable stay overall.

At first we did not have the Do Not Disturb badge available in the room, and the lock from inside did not work. So the housekeeper kept barging in almost every hour on our second day (after the first night stay) when we stayed inside to work. It was kind of them to eagerly offer the cleaning service but also disruptive. So after that we had to request for a Do Not Disturb sign from the front desk. Minor points about the bathroom. The glass partition only covers half of the shower space, so it could get wet easily. And the flush of the toilet was quite strong that it would splash onto the lid...

The best for us was the staff that always support us with our needs, the breakfast is good. I didn’t miss nothing, and the staff was always recharging the food. For our need as family was great as our soon like to use public transport we purchase the day use ticket and use the train and subway to go to main of the city, to visit places like Bayer Munich stadium we opt to use the car but BMW museu we did by public transport that is really good and easy. Ask to staffs how to go to train station, had a short way. ;)

Our room didn’t have a fridge that with children make diference. The parking entrance and exit is complicated if you have a big car.

Nice location that connects the hotel with both Tram and S-bahn(train). The rooms have pretty much everything a traveler needs. The breakfast was nice and it also provided various types of coffees.

Since I went there by car, I didn't like that the hotel couldn't guarantee a parking place. So every time we were coming back we had the anxiety of whether we will find a parking place or not even though we were willing to pay for it. Fortunately we found a place every time.
