The room was okay and clean. The breakfast was great, hugh variety. The location is fine, quiet and can be reached easily. With a tram one is in the town centre in a couple of minutes or it is a good 40 minute walk. The tram station is within a 5 minute walk.

Very small bathroom. Limited parking for an additional fee available.

The room was clean, the workers were kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours for free after check-out. In addition, we were happy to see the complimentary water, beer and a packet of crackers in the room. Baby bed was given free on our request. The hotel was also very close to public transportation. There were some supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) around.

The room was a little small for a family of four but it is trivial. Moreover, there wasn't any liquid soap in the toilet. Besides, as there are lots of Turkish tourists in the city, some Turkish TV channels should have been included in the TV. Last but not the least, since the bed for two people actually was a combination of two beds for one person, it always slided, thus it was uncomfortable.

The room was perfect for our family of 3 pax. All amenities and more including welcome beverages and snacks in the room gratis. The room cleanliness was excellent with clean towels and bed linen each day. The staff super friendly and very helpful and informative on all local areas and places to go. Did not do breakfast cause there are so many cafes restaurants and supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Location perfect 3.5 km from downtown easy Uber and taxi rides. Perfect hotel for Munich central stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Noisy construction site across the road. Book a garden room side if you can.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at during your time in Münich. The area is great. You are in walking distance of the U-Bahn which brings you right to the city centre. If you do like walking (2.5 km) you can also walk to the city center. In the area there are several restaurant, bakeries etc. The hotel itself has everything you need. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A great decision if you decide to stay here.

There are just a few parking spots available. We were lucky we arrived early. But if you arrive late during peak season, you might not be able to park behind the hotel (which is paid, but gated). There are enough parking spaces in the streets around the hotel though.

Very good location! Close to all public transportation- very quick ride to city center, but far enough away for relaxed feeling. The breakfast was awesome!!

Our room was on ground floor with windows right up against sidewalk. With no A/C windows had to be open. We got to hear lots of late night conversations. Especially for these rooms, A/C would be great. Room was a bit tight for a family of 4, because it was pretty much what I expected. We didn’t want to spend too much ch time in a hotel room anyway- wanted to be out exploring.

The friendliness of the staff was very refreshing, everyone in the lobby was extremely kind during check in and check out. Regarding the room, we were a couple and a friend, and the beds were prepared as so without feeling cramped, we even had a small balcony with a table to sit by. The location was pretty good as well, very easy to take the subway from the central station.

During our stay, the building in front had some scaffolding with a plastic sheet to avoid dust, since it was a windy day it was a little loud. Particularly it helped me sleep, but my wife and friend dind´t appreciate it.

The rooms are well equiped and comfy. They provide everything you need for a city trip. Also the park service guy was very good and friendly, he parked our van with any problem in the small parking in the basement. The breakfast is excellent! You get everything you want/need, from good choice of bread and cake to savory things (eggs, meat, cheese). The fresh orange juice was really nice! The location is great, you can reach the U-Bahn in walking distance, also there a lot of restaurants close by.

The breakfast can get busy and if you're unlucky you have to wait for a free table. They have a lot of tropical fruits and strawberries on the buffet, but in winter they are out of season, they could also serve some apple or pears which are local and seasonal.

Friendly staff, very fast check in and check out. Room was small but neat, compimentary refreshment was very nice. Aircondition was in the room even though I didn't specifically request a room with one. Very close to the central bus/train station.

The soundproofing of the rooms wasn't the best. I was woken up several times by other guests coming and going, sometimes not even on the same floor. Something about the building just carries noise far away from source.

The location is amazing, a 30 min walk to either Olympic stadium or downtown Munich. Also, they offer parking (for a fee), but that is a rarety in this part of town, so it is appreciated. Rooms are standard hotel rooms, nicely furnished, although a bit on the smaller side. It is nice they put a coffee machine in the room, as well as it was nice having a balcony.

Our room wasn’t ready at the time of check in and we had to wait in the lobby for it to be cleaned, for around 30 min after the check in time set by the hotel.
