The room was a very nice size and appeared to be clean. The min refrigerator was broken and leaked water all over the floor. I called the attendant and she rushed upstairs with extra towels for leak. The refrigerator could not be repaired then, and I bought several things that I wanted refrigerated. I was given the option to change rooms, but there was one room left and it was downstairs, and I preferred to stay on the 3rd floor. I also could not get refund from hotel, because I had not booked with them, I booked with booking.com. This was the only issue I had with my stay. The breakfast was great! I also appreciated the fact how nice and prompt, the receptionist was about the situation! The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easy. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for our trip. The price was reasonable. The water was hot and did not run out!

The air conditioner took a while to figure out and was somewhat noisy. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. I suggest adding a full length mirror to the wall in the main room. The breakfast was unappetizing. Ice machines were broken and not available.

Very poor lighting in the room...need a light above the sink mirror so one can see their face sufficiently to shave or add make-up. Sorry, but although a good room in general, out of hundreds of rooms during my lifetime, have never had a room where one's face was literally, 'in the dark', with no way to see it unless someone holds up a flashlight! Breakfast was awesome (though the waffle maker was a bit tricky). It was a pretty busy morning, and we still had a place to seat our little family of 4. Slightly cramped breakfast area, but definitely reasonable (I would rather have too much in a small space, vs not enough in a large space).

The wait to check in can be pretty long. Thankfully we were 2nd in line, but the group behind us took quite a while to get each checked in, and there is not always staff at the desk. I understand they are busy and multi-task, so I would not consider this a complaint, just would like to see 'service' happen a bit faster.

Relatively new, comfortable room (king), clean, good shower,good breakfast and friendly staff.

We were informed by the desk clerk after we were checked in that the elevator was out of service (our room was on the2nd floor) and had been since Dec 25th, 2022. It would have been courteous to let us know before arrival so we would have had options.

Room was somewhat aged but clean...no bugs! Hallway carpeting had a strong smell of cleaning solvent or freshener. Mattress was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast on Sunday morning was good, not great. Overall, for the money was expecting more.

Toilet seat was loose on one side so it moved alot. Bedroom carpeting needed replaced. Only 3 floors but the single elevator was slow.

There were ice buckets in the room, and signs for ice machines around the hotel, but there were no ice machines on the property. We had to stop at Publix for ice before leaving town.
