The location was perfect everything was in walking distance. The front desk staff was great and very friendly I walked out of my room forgot my mask once I walked out of the elevator I realized I left my mask, I hollowed out omg I left my mask before I could jump back in the elevator the staff said I got you no worries here is a mask for you. That is what a call quick service. Omg the beds were so comfortable we took a whole day just laying in the beds laughing and talking as though we were out to lunch it was just that relaxing. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in downtown, reasonably spacious and modern rooms and amenities, very clean. The hotel bar/restaurant served us even though we came in like 10 minutes before closing.

Parking is weird, there is no onsite parking. You can do so by yourself but was too difficult to find so we ended up using the valet (it was raining so really didn't want to have to walk back in the rain from the local public parking). We stayed here during Covid and it was actually easier parking than as you could just park next to the building in a empty lot. I guess that lot is gone now.

Hotel is beautiful from the architecture to the decor inside. Comfortable. Clean. Staff very nice.

They have a wood fired pizza place in the rooftop bar that wasnt even open on a Sat. night because of staffing issues. Second, I paid extra for a room with a city view. The room consisted of 2 windows, 1 of which you couldn't even see out of. (See pic) and Valet only for parking.

The Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Speaking from my own experience, overall it was a great place to stay.

Disappointed they did not provide individual toiletries, e.g face and body soaps, hand cream, shampoo & conditioner. We had to request toilet paper, drinking glasses, ice bucket and ice, and coffee pods with creamers. All of these items should have been automatically provided, like other upscale hotels.

Breakfast was rather interesting. Staff was not knowing where lights were and not set up for service when we arrived. Late to get it together other wise food was good. Suggest staff comes in 20 minutes sooner and know what their job is.

You also need to put a sign out front that is more than E kept going around block until just stopped next door and asked where you were.

The ambiance in the hotel is very nice, the colors and decor were quite inviting (love the decor). The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The beds and pillows were super comfy.

Our bathroom toilet paper holder kept falling off .... bathrooms could have been a bit tidier upon check in. It would be beneficial for mirror in the bathroom area to have a light fixture above the mirror, this will add more light during daily grooming.

Lighting, roomy, bed very good, restaurant great

No vent in bathroom area, so it stayed quite cold, no rack in sink area to put hand towel

A beautiful and super comfortable place to stay!

The roof top bar is beautiful but the service and food was severely underwhelming. Very high prices for food thrown together and undercooked. The bar didn’t work like a bar, to order you have to stand in line and only order at one kiosk. There used to be waitresses and multiple bartenders. Just really sad to have such an awesome location be so disappointing.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. The only odd thing was the door, to the area with the toilet, didn’t go all the way to the ceiling, so it was open to the room. There was not any privacy in that respect. The Yard restaurant had good food and drinks!

We were not impressed with Moonshine, the rooftop bar. The drinks were gross and half the outdoor sweating was unavailable because the propane was out in the outdoor heaters.

We loved the decor in the room, as well as the lobby. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our short stay. We ended up driving to a restaurant, so we didn't walk around the immediate area.

There was some construction so it was a bit hard to valet park, but it wasn't a big deal. The staff had our car there quickly.
