Room was very nice. I love the fact that the room had a fridge, sink, dishwasher, plates, eating utensils, and much more. I could go on and on! The staff was very friendly and made your stay worth while! Amazing experience! 10/10

Breakfast wasn’t as good as the Holiday Inn Express

Food we ordered for dinner was cold had to send it back. They only had one wait person. And perhaps only one cook. The wait was crazy long. The wall mount bath soap dispenser was totally empty. The attention to detail in the cleaning was lacking. Things like the top edge of the tile baseboards had not been cleaned or the corners of the floors.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants and Railroad park. Overall great hotel. Would stay again.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. They ran out of most breakfast items very early. Many people at breakfast and very little food left, was told they only put out a certain amount every morning but was not enough for all guests.

The location was great. The housekeeping staff were super nice and great. The young lady at the front desk wasn't that welcoming but all in all it was a good stay.

I booked 2 rooms that were 4 floors apart. When I asked if the second room could move in the empty room next time my room, I was told it was already given away. The guests that were in the empty room didn't check in until about 6hrs later. I just wish my family could've been accommodated. But it wasn't that bad

The location was perfect - a half mile from our concert venue. It was very clean & the breakfast was satisfactory.

The soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall in the shower, & there was no shampoo in the shower either. The staff was very nice when we told them though. We were only staying for one night, so we didn’t need it replaced.

Amanda in reception and Veronica in housekeeping so helpful in getting us early check in after my sister had eye surgery. Room and all facilities very clean.

Restaurant service was very slow. There was no coffee available in the restaurant or lobby the evening that we stayed there.

Breakfast was very limited. You had the choice of waffle, cereal, muffin, bagel, possibly oatmeal, yogurt, fruit. Some hotels you have a good hot breakfast but not at Home 2 suites.

I was put in an adjoining room where they were so loud, music was very loud, and I had my family. It was like a party going on. Next time I will choose to be on the 5th floor where it is much more quieter.

From the time my family and I were there, we were greeted and the staff was absolutely kind and amazing! I was there for Graduate ceremony. The spirit of the staff of the graduates there was stellar!! The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and me. Excellent location for the Birmingham downtown experience.

We were able to check in early. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location was great as well. Add a hot tub and we'll move in.

The price could have been a little better for the location. While it's close to the baseball field, it's not near the other hotels in the same price range downtown. We drove to most of our destinations while there.

Getting to the property, which is in a downtown location filled with traffic from an event going on, and not knowing our way around made it difficult. Parking was tricky as well.
