I travel with my elderly Mother. The front desk always makes sure that we have a first floor room. But this time, I booked too late and all the first floor was booked. The GM Lisa had the security guard and maintenance man help me get my Mother to the second floor. They literally carried my Mother with her walker up to the second floor. My Mother said she felt like Cleopatra, a queen being carried. No other 2 star to 5 star place has ever done that! Now that is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND! Stevan Petrovic

We initially had concerns about the hotel's safety due to the presence of homeless individuals in the area. However, our apprehensions were alleviated when we noticed police officers patrolling the vicinity around the hotel during the nighttime, which provided us with a sense of security. Another important observation is that the hotel's lobby should ideally be open for guests, rather than being limited to a window for document exchange.

Not being able to access the lobby. No shampoo in the hotel. A hairdryer and Iron are not provided. Lack of amenities, like coffee machine and microwave.

We really enjoy the downtown area of Phoenix. This hotel is just a short walk from the baseball stadium and several other entertainment venues. The hotel is small not to Grand but they are working on upgrades and adding additional amenities around the area. The management is excellent and extremely pleasant. We really just enjoy coming and staying when we can.

I was lucky to get a room with a microwave and fridge. The fridge was extra cold. The microwave worked too but I had to move it into the bathroom area to plug it in. Two plugs. TV, microwave and fridge. I was OK with it though.

I have gotten worse rooms here in the past but this one was good. Clean. They need to upgrade the plugs. Too bad the restaurant on site has closed. That was a drawing card.

Possibilities to have everything we want, advices too; the possibility to go to the Footprint Center in 15mn (walks and bus) and to stay chilling the feet in the jacuzzi... A nice weet prints tips if you go to trail in the large Phoenix area !

Except Mac Do, the area restaurants had closed, so sorry for them. But there is a nice little Mexican in front of, just cross the 7th S. Beware, it's closed at 6 PM.

That the room was clean, and spacious.

That the front desk clerks are SLOOOW!!! Add that to the fact that it was 108°, and that we had to stand out side, it was cruel, it really was. Why?!? Looking at your lobby shows yet again, you don't really care or understand your travelers. Your lobby is long and narrow, with NO CHAIRS! I think that's kind of rude folks!

I liked the room but you need a fridge. The size of it was amazing and bed was comfy.

You need a fridge and it was a little sketchy but this was expected. The price was good for the quality inside wasn’t gross. very clean. outside was ghetto but that was not the motels fault. obviously you had no control of this.

It was in a good location close to fast food restaurants and downtown was easily accessible.

You’d occasionally have noisy neighbors and some airplane/traffic noise, but that’s to be expected when you’re so close to the interstate and airport. Got used to it after the first night.

There always one lady who works that I love she amazing and the main lady who runs the property is amazing they don't get payed enough to deal with everything that they have to deal with truly amazing people . Except for one older lady who is rude and a security guard who was not so friendly

Do to circumstances beyond my control I need a motel twice a month. I have been to this place a lot last 4 months. This last weekend I was given an extremely nice room. I am very grateful to Lisa for given me it. A few of the rooms have been poor to just ok for me. I still come back due to the kindness of the staff. Thank you everyone.
