It’s a really cute spot. There are two peloton bikes in the gym which is awesome. Parking is on the street and there’s always room for parking. It’s close to everything, so you can walk or have a car.

The walk from parking to the hotel is pretty gross. There’s lots of dog poop around so make sure to look before stepping. This doesn’t even have anything to do with the property, but it was so unpleasant that it was worth mentioning.

Property is in RiNo district which has a couple of places within walking distance, but is also just a short drive from most of the places we wanted to be. Hotel has a trendy, industrial-business look and feel to it. The restaurant on the roof was great for grabbing quick bites to eat and the staff was pleasant.

On site parking is non existent for this hotel. There's a garage about a block and a half away that the staff recommended *not* parking at. Parking is available on the street but it's limited. Multiple times we'd have to circle the area for 20-25 min in hopes of something opening up.

The location had several cafés and breakfast places, as well as taprooms around. A few restaurants too. We appreciated the size of the room, and the modern facilities. The cafe downstairs had the best coffee in the city. There was also a restaurant/taproom upstairs, which had good food (tacos, small plates etc), and great draught beer.

There's still quite a bit of construction in the area which makes walking around feel uncomfortable and at times even a little unsafe with all the scaffolding and machines around. The AC wasn't as effective or fast to cool down as is usual in the States. Any change seemed to take an hour or two. No proper breakfast options within the block or two. The downstairs cafe had some great bagels, but not enough options for several mornings. The same goes for the cafe across the street, serving only breakfast burritos.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was big and the handicap bars are great.

Having to pay for parking was frustrating. We understand that hotels in the city usually require guests to pay for parking, but since the area is so underdeveloped and there is a lot of construction still it would have been a nice perk. The area is very underdeveloped and the website does not accurately describe that the area is still devoid of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops. The beds are too soft.

Great open lobby with cafe and rooftop taco bar. Awesome walkability to various food and convenience options.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great. The bar on the roof was nice for a quick meal or happy hour beer or two and the cafe did have some tasty options with quality coffee. It's about a 10 minute walk to the 38th & Blake RTD station or 1.5 miles to the start of LoDo, not to mention all the bars around RiNo. Can't ask for much more considering the price difference between RiNo and Downtown!

Lovely new modern hotel, good location. The staff made our stay that much better. They always greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. The cafe in the lobby was wonderful too, again the staff there were super friendly and the morning menu is delicious, highly recommend ordering the 'Boulder GF english muffin.'

I'm not a fan of a bed being setup in the middle of a room. I like the traditional bed against a wall with standard end tables on either end.

Nice and clean room, good beds and Nice staff. Worked well with the snacks available for purchase in the lobby. We had some trouble with the reservation, but this was handled quickly by the staff.

The reservation had not gone through from Booking.com to the hotel, which turned out to be OK as the room we had booked for 2 adults and 2 children was apparently not suitable for 4 people, although this was the suggestion by Booking.com.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and very helpful.

I didn’t eat at breakfast at the hotel but it was a small coffee cafe that offered breakfast inside the hotel. The parking is what I did not like. We had to park two blocks over from the hotel on the side of the street. The street wasn’t a busy street. They did give us the option to park in a parking garage but it cost more.

Location was great! Close to airport, highways, restaurants and nightlife.

Room set. Room I reserved online looked nothing like the room I was in. Room was still nice just expected a different set up. The bed was extremely close to the wall. Hard to get in and out of bed and move around. AC is motion sensor or something. At night it gets warm no matter the setting.
