it was very clean and the people working at this Hilton were absolutely great and very friendly. they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I had been a Diamond member for years and now, since I retired I am down to basics but they treated me the same way as if I was a Diamond member. That says a lot about their level of customer service. Excellent. please keep it up.

I loved everything about the property. Even the jalapeños tasted great.

my man and I loved the visit. only think I had an issue with is that the drawer for the curtains for the balcony is broken and the bathroom mirror was dirty and they don't give you very much options for you to watch anything. but other than that. we will be visiting again soon.

Everything, the friendly and helpful staff, the large clean room with comfortable bed and linen. The shuttle service to Tampa airport. I couldn't switch off my A/C, maintenance showed up within minutes and fixed the problem immediately.

The prices are a bit high compared to where I live which is Dubai (considered expensive usualy). Room service even with small restricted menu would be nice.

I enjoyed the size of my room the television was beautiful the overall room was nice other than a few things.

I didn’t like when I got there the first day my air conditioner was not working properly. I reported it and they fixed it on the second day I was there. Also my toilet was having problems flushing my tub was backing up when I took a shower. I reported it twice but I checked out on Sunday and they never came to fixed it. I did complain to the manager on duty about it.

Location, shuttle, room size, comfort of bed, most of front desk staff were very accommodating, and bartender was excellent. The elder man who drove the shuttle was very kind even if his English was poor

No microwave in room or on floor, spanish lady at front desk was not accommodating when I inquired about the shuttle- discouraged me from using and didnt share that a shuttle would take me to airport at 4a. I paid 35 for a taxi while others were able to take shuttle.. I wished that the dining menu included more

Chosen due to proximity to airport. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a bonus. Bar service was friendly although hours were limited.

The furniture in the bar/restaurant wasn't great. It's either lower seats at higher tables or higher seats at lower tables - both making it awkward to eat.

Wonderful beds and pillows. Quite environment. Amazing shower. Friendly staff. Well lit rooms with plenty of plugs for devices and phones to eliminate the need for the charge wall plug in.

The price for breakfast wasn't worth it. The eggs and sausage where what i'd expect from a drive through or hospital. The fruit was great. The coffee smelled life cigarette ashes, though. I couldn't drink it even with creamer added. Maybe a different brand?

Its close to the Airport and they offer shuttle service from and to the airport which was great. I was able to check in early. The front desk was very helpful. The lobby area was nice and clean. My room was clean. The pool area was nice and I love the lounge chairs. I had a delicious lemon drop martini from the bar.

The pool was great. the check in was lovely and helpful. we were stranded in tampa and you had rooms available that were clean. The store in the lobby was a huge help when we left in middle of the night. thank you for having a safe smoking area for one of our party. That is extremely thoughtful.

the only thing I didn’t like was being around other people because I travelled with my family and I checked in at 9 or 10ish at night and already had got a noise complaint from someone so the whole stay I felt like I needed to constantly tell my little ones to stay quiet.
