The value and proximity to everything. The staff were nice and they tried their best to accommodate. The housekeeping were amazing and super accommodating !

The rooms could use a little upgrade. sheets had stains on them. some areas of the room could’ve used better cleaning. The staff or the lack of was a major concern. only 1 person at night at a property of this size is not acceptable. it’s a 4 star hotel, with no bell staff. we had to push the cart from our room all the way to the parking lot. The front desk lady brought up the cart which isn’t really her job. You can tell the staff were overworked .

It was the perfect location, & close by to everything we wanted to be around.

I thought it was a bit expensive for the physical appearance of the actual room, not the hotel.

Location was great. Plenty of parking as well. Staff was friendly. Had a crib made available for my 7-month old.

Missing inside sun shade(?) on one half of the window. Faucet and handle were loose. Maybe it was the humidity, but the room never seemed to cool down and you could hear the condensation dripping down the ventilation. The door was also hard to open and close as it was sticking/rubbing (again, maybe the humidity) to the point that my son and wife had trouble opening it.

The property was very clean and visually pleasing upon entering. The parking was simple and close by, we did not have to struggle for that at all. There was not one thing that I could pick out and say they need to improve, it was in my eyes a very nice and quiet location to end the night! (Also I forgot to ask for the gentleman at the front desks name. We had a little mishap with the reservation. I had email confirmations and codes to prove I had pre- purchased a kind suite. When we got there he was unable to find the reservation; the poor man was by himself and could not get anyone on the phone to help, it was a little late so I applaud him for keeping his calm and figuring that out for us. The kindest and most professional customer servicing I’ve received in a while. So thank you to the kind gentleman for a smooth night.)

Front desk reception was nice. Staff were nice and efficient. Room was clean with a nice city view. However there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overnight parking fee was overpriced in my opinion. There was no microwave oven in the room. Coffee supplies were not replenished.

The location of the hotel was convenient for the places I needed to visit this trip.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking per night. It’s San Diego MOST people will be driving because it’s more convenient to get around. Plus I didn’t know about it until I got to the hotel. Room service was hard to get so I ended up just not bothering to order breakfast.

Bed was very uncomfortable, AC doesn’t cool down the whole room (got very hot at night even with AC at coldest temperature on HIGH). Bathroom was very clean but other surfaces in the main part of the room looked a little dirty/dusty. Hotel staff noisy in the hallways in the around 9am when we were trying to sleep in after a late night out.

The staff is great, the room is spacious. There was a refrigerator and new microwave in my room. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi is open late. I booked top floor and was very pleased.

My card was charged prior to arrival. The A/C in my room never got cold, despite me lowering it to 65° which is the lowest it would go. Their was someone's else hair along the bathroom sink and on the tray where the soap is placed.

The location made it very easy for entertainment and dining. Downtown San Diego a few minutes away.

Being charged for parking. It should be included in your stay and not be an added charge. I also left for the day and came to a room that wasn’t touched up. i called the front desk and was told because of COVID they don’t enter the room. once the housekeeping brought me towels they said they never heard of such a thing and were apologetic for missing our room.
