The lobby is just beautiful and the staff member at the desk was immediately welcoming. I love the option of having housekeeping during our stay. I opted out, but I think it's great that it is offered post-pandemic. When we were leaving our room the next morning, housekeeping staff was in the hall and was so friendly. She immediately asked if I was on her room cleaning list. The room was very spacious, clean, and so quiet at night. Ten days prior, I had paid $100 more for a room in Portland, ME (different hotel chain) that was not nearly as spacious or clean as this one.

My one and only complaint was that there was no water pressure in the shower.

The proximity to the city and the beach is great (less than a half hour for both). Lots of shops and eateries nearby, as well. This place was clean. The staff is great. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager during check-in and she was funny, polite, professional. Of course, my children loved the cookies that were complimentary (and warm). Would have extended my stay but it was booked out for the holiday weekend and a wedding.

it was clean, neat and roomy. The mattress was excellent. The location is good for easy on/off Route 3. The staff was outstanding. From check in to departure, the staff took care of us splendidly.

Although there was a a Dunkin’s within walking distance (yeah!), there is no supermarket nearby. Not a deal breaker for us, but we needed to find one on our last trip. we have family in the area and would definitely stay there again.

The DoubleTree Hotel was a nice place to stay during my Holiday in America to visit family. The Design of the Hotel building is very gorgeous and I would have loved to visit this place during the summer due to its swimming pool and gym facilities. The beds were very comfortable and services provided were impressive. The hotel reception even offered me a complimentary cookie 🍪

Although the WiFi was brilliant, I remember trying to use the internet to get in touch with my family and catch a ride however on my check-out day, the Internet was down which was a bit inconvenient. I also tried to use the computers at the reception however they did not work

Very clean. Very nice restaurant and bar and kudos to Tony the bartender. He was such a joy to talk with and his drinks were delicious. A little disappointed that they have such a beautiful pool area, but completely closed.

Quiet, clean, comfy And I like that the bar and the food was inside so no need to travel or door dash. Bar tender was attentive not crowded will be back in my travels and also recommend the steak tips. Very good

I loved that the staff was checking on us via text messages to make sure we didn’t need anything or just to check in and make sure we were doing well.

Cheese doodle under the bed- bathroom was clean but the recaulking looks like something a home owner would do.

the staff is wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean.

the air conditioning did not remove humidity and my room always felt damp. It was cool, though. There aren't accessible stairwells. I don't like using elevators and there wasn't an option.
