I love the cleanliness and the quietness. the front desk Bob and Anish was great. my only issue was the cleaning crew knocking on the door continuously an hour before check out and about to open the door, regardless of the door tag. The room was very big and clean I just wish the queen beds was a little bigger, but it was like sleeping on the clouds. other than that it was a great experience for what we was going through at the moment.

The place itself..I was a bit aggravated that when I arrived on a Wed after 2.5 hours of driving they did not have a room available..really? It's a Wednesday at 2pm...then they gave a room without a balcony that we had asked for in advance, so more waiting. Finally got to a room Very well set up...smelled and looked clean.

The wait upon arrival...the attitude of the credit card I was using...then the knock at the door at 11am when check out is at 12!

Lovely room with comfy seating and bed. Little balcony was a nice touch. Breakfast was limited in range, but of decent quality. Plentiful free parking.

Everything was fine until we witnessed what we believe to be the manager castigating staff members in front of customers. It was nothing short of bullying. The staff didn't deserve this public humiliation.

Everything was exceptional, but if you could find a way to install a microwave in each room the stay would be excellent

We traveled with our dog and it was awesome to have a door that went directly outside from the room for walking him without having to go through the hallway. Getting to and from our outting locations was a short drive with minimal traffic. Would stay there again.

The door to go outside in our room was extremely hard to slide open and close and the lock on the door going outside was very difficult to latch.

The room was a patio room so we could back the cars in and unload. Nice to be able to just walk out and have coffee. The front desk staff was amazing as always.. Room was clean although I wipe down the headboard, remote, door handles etc...

No microwave, the running of children above me, not enough TOWELS!! also left me phone charger, called an hour later and it couldn't be found. That irritated me. TV has a blue or yellow line that goes down the middle of the TV. ANNOYING.

The first thing was the service. It was very fast and we stayed in the very comfortable room. When we arrived, the air conditioning and TV were on. This gave a nice touch of welcome and coziness The hotel had an excellent idea of ​​having soap shampoo built into the wall of the bathtub. I loved this idea. The entire hotel was extremely clean. My room was very clean and we stayed on the 4th floor which means we didn't hear other people walking around in the middle of the night upstairs. Because when you go on vacation, it means you want to rest and be quiet for a good night's sleep! The hotel had a beautiful garden with some furniture that you can use to sit and chat with your friends, just have breakfast or just have a delicious coffee there. The hotel has a Starbucks, but we didn't use it. Finally, all the whole hotel smelled good. This is important because we stayed in some hotels that had a bad smell because some people smoked cigarettes in the hallway unfortunately.

The downside was that the room did not have a microwave. The fireplace in the same area of ​​the garden was not working and unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of summer vacation and even after the president of the United States declared that the pandemic was over.

A small way from downtown Boston but not far from the rail station in an uber. Located in a nice area with groceries/Subway etc within walking distance. Extremely clean, had a balcony and the bed was ridiculously comfy! Adequate bar area which also provided food and the staff were extremely helpful and polite - offering assistance whenever I asked. If you don't mind paying higher uber fees to Boston or taking public transport, this hotel is a real bargain. Very modern and clean and after my original hotel letting me down on arrival, the Sonesta staff and the hotel itself proved a fantastic alternative and turned my first night from a disaster in to a pleasure. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a wonderful stay - particularly the front desk staff and the cool barman from Haiti!

Fair distance from downtown Boston (where my initial hotel was) but the staff and hotel more than made up for this.
