Fantastic selection for breakfast -- actually included scrambled eggs and bacon (or sausage, depends on the day) which marks the first such offering I've seen since The Current Events started. The room was tidy and the bathroom was well-designed. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The public bathroom near the entrance is strangely upscale and well-kept?

Really minor stuff, but if you must know: exiting the property to return to the highway is kind of a pain in the butt as the street the property is connected to is divided by a median. Our AC's normal operation was loud, but ultimately not intrusively so. The elevator closest the lobby is painfully slow-- I ended up taking the stairs exclusively after the first ride. Bear in mind that these are not things that should horribly impact most travelers.

The breakfast was good.

They charge too much for the accidentals when you check in. I think $50 when you check is is quit high, and still haven't received the $50 back into my bank account after a week, any other hotel I have stayed at, the accidentals fee would have been back into my account already. I'm very disappointed. The staff is also always watching on your back like a hawk. Weather your in line at breakfast, or you're just walking down the hall

Location off the main road was excellent. Easy to get to. The main desk staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was clean, and very enjoyable.

The location of the elevator was confusing behind the fire door. The interior could use an update with the rugs.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean.

No one serviced our room each day. We even left a tip on the bed for the housekeeping staff. Only one day someone came in to make the bed and give us new towels and that was after we caught a housekeeper in the hall to ask for it. Not one day did we hang a sign on the door to say no thank you.

well located, not too bad for the price

i did not like the way the breakfast was served, no orange, no banana, I saw a guy bringing out the sausages little by little sometimes he brought 5 or 4 pieces of them outside, that made me forgot I was in the United state where food is never been an issue. Don’t let your customers run away because of breakfast , and I know when we don’t use them we throw them away. and the water in the shower room run so slow I couldn’t even take a shower.

very friendly staff, great value only problem was heat in the room didn’t work but in all honesty, I had an emergency and had to leave a couple of hours after arriving. i have no doubt that if I had the time to deal with it, I would have either been given another room or it would have been fixed. They did not have the opportunity to rectify this as I never told them due to dealing with the emergency and having to leave so quickly !

Finding out that both washing machines were out of order when our uniforms for work need to be washed for the week. Lost some money there. Looking for a better long term rate.

I loved that I got cookies upon arrival, very yummy! The staff were freindly and the Hotel was very clean. There was a breakfast bufffett option in the morning and also a smaller restaraunt that you could order from in the back, and also get Starbucks and other beverages. I had a buffalo chicken wrap that was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel. it is a little out of the way, but it is worth it! Parking was 20.00, but otherwise, totally would stay here again!

My air conditioner made a little louder noise than normal, but the engineer was called and he came right away.
