From the second my wife n I checked in, throughout our stay to the 2nd we both checked out was fantastic, nufink was to much trouble on various requests I asked for, for example: the hire of dressing gowns, purchasing drinks after 11pm nufink was too much trouble, wat I believe who may of been the hotel manager of which was male genuinely cudnt of been more accommodating.

The complete stay, was lucky enough to stay in ur kings suite which was amazing, heated bathroom floor, separate shower n bath which was really nice to av, I cud go on n on.😁😁 definitely will b staying again n very soon, absolutely loved it

The location is quite, away from traffic and easy to access, although did walk from Shepperton train station which is about 1.5miles so took 40 mins just for reference as it’s not in the centre. Hotel is clean, modern, good food, slightly light on dinner menu but breakfast really tasty and lots of choice including vegetarian options. The room was spacious, underfloor heating a bonus and the beds comfortable. The gym is small, see below but the pool is very nice, cold water so not heated and both steam room and sauna are small but work well.

The advertised fitness room, is very small, cramped and machines to close together with only 1 very small location for free weights and 1x smithing machine so would have liked more choice for machines and workout space.

The rooms were immaculate, had lots of good amenities such as a hair dryer, free safe and plenty of USB plug sockets as well as normal sockets. Lovely comfortable bed and a beautiful pool.

On both evenings we decided to stay at the hotel for food, which was quite pricey for what you got. Also, on both nights we had issues with timings. First night there was a communication error with a member of bar staff about where we should sit to receive the food, and the second night we waited 45 minutes for our starters, yet others whom had ordered well after us received there's well before us. For the price of the food and drink I'd assume the service and food would be perfect and faultless.

There is no complaints whatsoever from us . But unfortunately we couldn’t stay over night as my granddaughter was taken ill and had no option but to leave we booked in about 5.30 pm and checked out about 8pm the staff were amazing as they saw how ill my granddaughter was and only being 3 years of age , I use the holiday inn at shepperton as everything there is 5 star to me and my family I regularly go there as a lot of my family live in Surrey and London which is ideal to travel , The staff did say that I could get reimbursed as for the circumstances which I would be very grateful Always enjoy and look forward to staying at the holiday inn , my next visit will now be after Xmas

I thought the hotel was lovely inside with a modern feel and very well set out. The breakfast was nice and layout was really good. Bar area was very chilled, a good calm area to even check some work emails. There was indoor children's play section with a nice variety of toys, drawing etc The rooms were good size for a family of 4 (2 small children) clean and well set out, shower was great and bathroom clean. Location was good for the train - Shepperton station into the city which took 50 minutes, really easy access. For what we wanted it was great and suited us perfectly. We would probably stay if we visited the capital again and would recommend to others who are wanting an nice reasonably priced hotel to stay in.

Close to Heathrow where I was dropping my pet off to fly abroad. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I ordered dinner room service which was great.

The carpets in the hallway are somewhat tired the bathroom had cracks and paint peeling - nneds TLC but it didnt affect my stay. The reception staff member forgot to mention that I had to register my vehicle on the system so now I wait with bated breath to see if Parking Eye give me a penalty notice via the car hire company. The reception staff have tried to rectify the matter - only time will tell if that was succesful or not

Asked for possible early check-in, the check-in staff accommodated me as I was an IHG member. Pleasant surprise. Clean room, comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and perfect way to start the day.

Not a didn't like- rather a suggestion. I had a banging headache and approached the reception desk requesting painkillers as I didn't have any. I politely explained this and asked for some and the answer was a straight no. Might I suggest this specific member of staff say- I don't have any sorry, but I'll see what I can do... just a thought.

This is our favourite hotel when we travel to Surrey. The staff are pleasant, facilities clean and food great. Christmas decorations absolutely gorgeous and plenty of parking.

The no cash policy, our bed was incredible hard so this time around sleeping was tough, a party was on however the music ran till about 2:30am which wasn't great if you have to get up early the next day. At breakfast unfortunately the waitress was on us the second we put our knives and forks down, whether we were finished or not our plates were whipped away 😕

Very clean and welcoming. Quiet area. Great location, only 10 minutes drive from hotel to Walton on Thames train station (£3 all day off peak parking) and a 30 mins train journey to London Waterloo (£28 return for our family of 4). Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. Plenty of space in the restaurant and a light and airy dining area. The children had an evening meal which is as you would expect. Nothing fancy but good portion size and good service. The pool was a great bonus. Not huge but nice for the kids to use after a day sightseeing. We would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

As a family of 4 we had a king sized bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not at all comfortable and the sheets didn't fit properly and the duvet was very small for 2 people.

Room was lovely - bed very big and comfortable. Bathroom was great too. Location was good and the air conditioning was bliss in such hot weather.

The breakfast was not the best. Cereal out in uncovered bowls with people coughing over it put me right off. Fruit was very boring with little choice. No mushrooms or tomatoes in the hot breakfast trays. Juices were all watered down and horrible. Even though we came down an hour before breakfast finished, there were no crumpets, croissants or pancakes! How does that happen. Also only white bread left which I can’t stand. Wouldn’t have breakfast here again.
