The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and accessible Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices to select from A lovely stay, you do need a car as it is 50 mins away from the city centre by bus but very close to Paultons Park, a short drive away.

Nothing to complain about except our sofa bed couldn't close all the way and we forgot to tell the staff members as we left it open throughout our stay. Ordering food to the place was only available after 5pm from Restaurants and Takeaways, as we eat only Halal Food.

Relatively good facilities. Accessible room had lower sink good for wheelchair user, and the grab rails and shower stool were also in good places. Hallways relatively easy to get around, and accessible room on ground floor was helpful. Breakfast was fairly standard and reasonable for the room price. It was also helpful that we were able to borrow crockery to use in the room for food we had bought elsewhere. Also adequate space to move around the restaurant/breakfast area with a wheelchair which is always helpful and appreciated, tables are not too close together and staff were ready and available to offer assistance moving chairs to give more space to pull up to a table.

Very few power sockets in the room, strongly recommend bringing your own extension. If you're using public transport to get here, please be aware there is no pedestrian footpath on the last road to get to the hotel. Tap height does make it difficult to fill the kettle in the room, so you may wish to use a clean cup to fill it. Also the flush button on the toilet is stiff and hard to use, if you have limited hand/arm strength or similar issues you may struggle to flush the toilet. I found it best to just press multiple times in quick succession so I didn't have to try and push it fully in. A lever operated flush would be a better accessible option.

Check-in easy, staff very helpful. Room clean and comfy, and nice and quiet despite lots of young kids in the same hotel. Veggie breakfast was the only downside really - the veggie sausages were horrible, so the cooked breakfast was just eggs and baked beans. Some mushrooms or edible sausages would've been great! :-) Also the 'Vegan Stack' burger at dinner the night before was just a plain veggie burger in a bap with tomatoes and onion. Not exactly 'stacked'.

The disabled room we requested had all the amenities and was spacious. We requested for an extra blanket and it was delivered without fuss, the staff are all trained and looked after us well. We were appointed a quite corner which was our preference and intercommunicating rooms as we were travelling with children.

The breakfast was ok but could be improved, for example no fried eggs were on offer, the juice was just a watery drink with lots of sugar and no taste.

Great location for Southampton docks & shopping centre. Lovely breakfast & friendly staff. Clean well equipped bedroom.

Restaurant expensive and limited menu, only part of it is dog friendly so if taking your dog be aware of this. We had to sit away from the main restaurant which only had very high up bar stools. Shame because it’s advertised as a dog friendly hotel where they can stay in your room but not other areas. Customers should be made aware of this on the booking details before they choose to book here.

The employees are the BEST!!! Nice nice people. Happy and work well together. Breakfast was the same thing everyday for a week. Dinner food was good. Our room was quiet. View of fence with plastic bags under our window. No place to put our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. I would only stay at this place because the employees were exceptionally nice and helpfull.

the staff were excellent. We were 2 elderly people plus our handicapped granddaughter and had not visited Uk for over 10 years so needed some guidance which was given by all the staff with humor. Eg Uber, where to go and what to see. A hearty breakfast and comfortable beds Rooms well serviced. Management was impressive at all times and supported by all the staff.

Great selection, all looked and tasted good. There was only scrambled eggs though. Not a problem for us, but perhaps not everyone’s cup of tea.

The people using the entrance foyer outside for smoking and leaving their cigarette rubbish all over the place. They also smelt out the lifts, but that’s not the hotels fault. The choice of other meals available were somewhat like pub food and had a limited menu, but it was edible, and we appreciated the convenience. There is a pub nearby for those who preferred it. The drinks were very expensive. It was £36 for two halves of lager and two fish and chips.

As a budget hotel it was way better than we expected. We requested a ground floor room, which we were given, a nice large comfortable room with everything you needed. The breakfast was good, fruit, croissants and a hot option, excellent value. The staff were very pleasant. The hotel was clean, modern and quiet. The immediate surrounding area isn't exactly picturesque but for a short stay it suited us and would definitely stay again.

Nothing really but there was a permanent streak/like brown stain in the sink which was otherwise clean.

As you enter you are met by friendly staff who soon have you checked in. As for the room it is large very clean with a large double bed that is very comfortable. The hotel is near the M271 motorway and I had a room that overlooked, but you can't hear the traffic. The bathroom and shower are large with all you need for a one night stay. Unlike most hotels there is plenty of coffee and tea to make a brew. The breakfast is buffet style and well laid out with plenty of choice. The dining area is large with plenty of tables and staff on hand to clear away empty plates. Local facilities are not far away. Overall an enjoyable stay, one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in even when I ran a travel agency.

Nothing really, but if your not expecting it the carpark fills up quick with trades people and vans. Maybe vans should be parked at the rear of the hotel.
