We arrived at the hotel easily and on arrival we were welcomed by a lovely lady who was very helpful and gave us tips on our visit to Peppa Pig World. The hotel is basic but was exactly what we needed; a warm, comfortable stay close to peppa Pig World. The room was warm, clean and the beds were great. It was 9 minutes away from Peppa Pig world and was right next door to costa and McDonald’s. Amazing value for money!

The beds were comfortable. We had booked 2 rooms and were offered adjoining rooms which was very nice. The services restaurants were only a short walk away. Additionally we left a charger plugged in to one of the rooms and the cleaner handed it in to reception to be picked up on our return from holiday.

The weather being wet and wanting to charge my PHEV car I drove to the services next door. Unfortunately, in order to return to the hotel parking space I should have exited the services on the M27 and driven many miles up to the next junction and back again. Instead I had to drive the wrong way on the one way road for about 50 yards to get back to the Days Inn car park.

Amazingly welcoming and friendly staff ,from the moment i checked in nothing was too much trouble ,The hotel id perfectly located for travelling into southampton and the Cheapest ,its nestled on the m27 in Rownhams services ,Its quiet and the rooms dont pick up much motorway noise ,The Rooms are large ,the beds are super comfortable with very recent matresses ,everything is 100 percent clean ,no marks ,stains or anything like that ,i paid £55 for a night this is the best value Hotel with FREE parking in Southamton ,this is probably the 10th time ive stayed over the last 2 decades and ive never had any issues which is unusual ,highly recomended this is a hidden gem

The lady on reception was so lovely ide had an horrendous experience at a guest home earlier so to come here was like heaven ! Receptionist lady as I say at 1am in the morning was there for me so empathic which is so rare these days! She was so wonderful! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Wonderful room clean comfortable and had class! Thank you Days Inn Rownhams ! The previous guest homes reviews left me speechless as they are not being truthful! This is so wrong & so misleading! They had springs coming out the mattress it was noisy to get on & off it too! Filthy smelly omg just awful! So to find the Days Inn was like Heaven! I can recommend this hotel the best I've stayed at for the cost! The room was warm comfortable lovely sheets on the bed running water sink and shower just very good!

It was perfect

The lady on reception Debbie was lovely. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Debbie we had a great time on the cruise on the royal Carribbean. There was me Sharon my partner Tony and my Daddy. Lol. If you ever get a chance you must go on a cruise. It's fantastic. We all a lot fatter now though with all the food lol. Lovely to meet you Debs and thanks for being so lovely. Xx

Price was a bit expensive for two rooms for only one night as we weren't there for very long. X

As far as services hotels go, this one was excellent value for money! And is dog friendly which was fab. Met at reception by an extremely friendly staff member. Upgraded our room to a larger one as we had the dog with us which was really kind. Beds were really comfy. Facilities were basic but as youd expect for the money you pay.

Room was very warm! Heating was off but had to sleep with the window open which for me as a light sleeper next to a motorway wasnt great. With windows shut you heard nothing which was a bonus just couldnt cool the room down!

Fantastic little hotel, really comfortable beds, no noise, we were situated at the back over looking woods. Only downside for us from the people we were visiting it was on the opposite side so we had to do a full loop but not a major problem. Staff seemed friendly, room was really warm and cosy, seemed clean too. We had 2 children with us and liked that they had their own beds in another room. Cant fault it and would stay again!

Rooms exceptionally clean , comfortable beds , quiet , central for everything needed staff were friendly and engaging while being efficient , I commented on this while there , to Manager Phil and also told him I thought the receptionist Debbie was an asset to the hotel , I thought she was just welcoming me with a smile but soon found out she's always smiling , Some of the bigger hotels could take some Lessons from the team at this hotel

I informed the hotel beforehand that I would be arriving around midnight, due to flight delays it was after 2am, not an issue as staff were on hand at the desk to open main door. The room allocated to us was a double bed, I booked two singles beds as travelling with my daughter, went back to desk and was re-assigned another room with single beds.

Found the en suite tight and the toilet was too close to wall on left hand side, I had the door open and then discovered the toilet paper was on the back of the door, which was difficult to close as my legs sitting on toilet were in the way.

It was ideal for my mother and I , as we were having some building work done on our house. It wasn't too far from home. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful. The rooms were very nice and warm which was a blessing as we were currently having central heating installed at home. So to sleep in a warm room was amazing, even though I didn't sleep very well.

The bed and the pillows were a bit hard for me. But the sheets were clean and smelled clean and I was grateful I had a nice warm room to relax and sleep in.
