I love the location, and my room was pretty basic but essentially clean. It was a lovely, quiet and safe area, although it was near the train railways. Honestly, it didn’t bother me at all as it wasn’t that much noisy, so I slept comfortably and snoozed well. I enjoyed my stay; the manager who checked my reservation at that time was very approachable and appeared friendly.

The room was not too big but very comfortable and clean with a nice view, so very satisfied with that. The location was close enough to city center (still walking distance). The breakfast buffet was excellent especially considering the price.

The bathroom in our room had transparent walls with blurry glass which was a bit strange and I didn't really see the point with that. The nearby train station caused some small background noise at night time (our room was to that side on 8th floor) but otherwise everything was okay and no issues.

Very helpful staff, small but clean rooms, and easy check-in. 10 minutes walk from the train station. The bed was comfy enough for me, I slept like a baby. The breakfast is a little expensive, but has a variety of good options. Was perfect for the solo traveller I am.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which starts at the 15 min walk mark. (Most attractions are much further). That said I did walk every day and it is manageable. The bike rental from the hotel is a little pricey. I recommend the much bigger bike systems in the city, that lets you drop the bike also anywhere. The shower is very small, and the temperature is totally unpredictable! It really goes from cold to burning hot in a flash. They need to fix this.

The room is decently spacious, with plenty of light. The bathroom was also big enough for me, and it is connected to the sleeping room with non-transparent glass - there is no wall between sleeping space and shower space, which looks quite interesting and makes the impression that the room is actually bigger than it is. The bed is comfortable and big. The location is not far away from the main railway station, as well as from the nice walking path just next to the water. The staff is helpful, and I liked the option of a luggage locker where you can safely store your luggage until midnight on a day you check out (this costs an additional 20 DKK).

Nothing major, these are just some of my personal thoughts and preferences: - the hotel seems very big and the spaces are kind of empty (I guess that's the concept), the entrance and the hall are huge - personally I didn't see a reason for that - the room doesn't have facilities for coffee/tea - the hot water sometimes goes wild, giving you splashes of superhot in the middle of showering - once when you check out, there is no bathroom that you can use (or I couldn't find it), and you can't use the elevator anymore (so you have to go by stairs to get your suitcase from the locker which is in the basement)

The hotel is in a very good location to get to the CCH Congress Centre Hamburg (15-20 min walk) and to the harbour (also a 15-ish min walk). Although the hotel is quite simple and dated, it is very clean, quiet, and comfortable - it has everything you need for a good stay. The rooms are also quite spacious. They had croissants and tea available for everyone in the morning.

The reception is only open a few hours a day. This also means you cannot leave luggage there as there would be nobody there to let you back in later in the day.

Breakfast is brilliant for a hotel like this, half price for kids below 11. Staff in breakfast restaurant and reception helpful and friendly. Parking in the hotel always available, same price as everywhere else. Bikes for rent available at the hotel. Plenty of restaurants in walkable distance. Public transport options as well.

This is a budget hotel, so the rooms aren't exactly spacious, but I feel some rethinking of design and furniture choices could make them feel bigger. For example large swivel chair takes up a lot of space, especially when family room is essentially two double rooms with a connecting door.

Quality food and good coffee selection at breakfast (making it a great breakfast, despite the modest variety). Comfy bed. Staff was very friendly. The first room I've checked into had a strange noise produced by bathroom ventilation, but the hotel promptly accommodated my request to change the room, so this initial problem didn't spoil my stay in any way.

Glass table in the room was unsuitable for working with a computer mouse and wasn't good even for reading (because it's so cold). Reading lights at the bed were not bright enough (to my taste). Overall, the room and bathroom (and shower cabin!) are very small - even tiny! - but, to be fair, this can be guessed from the room/hotel description, so overall not a reason to downgrade too much.

The staff were amazing! The lounge area is also really nice if you arrive early and have to wait for the check-in time. They also have lockers that cost DKK20 to use. The location of the hotel is impeccable. So central and you rarely have to travel more than 30 mins with public transport to get where you need to go.

The blow dryer in the bathroom only worked for about a minute at a time, so that made blow drying my hair impossible. They also only give single bed blankets which are only big enough for 1 person so each person needs their own blanket. This was pretty terrible since we were in Copenhagen to get married so being able to cuddle was quite important and that's basically impossible to do with the tiny blankets they provide.

The value for the money. Location not so far from the city center. Also, my initial trip was supposed to be on july but the flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Hence, went in October. Unfortunately lost the money from the hotel of the first booking as I didn't book with free cancellation option. Explained this situation to the hotel receptionists and kindly requested for free breakfast and bicycle to compensate a little my loss. They understood the situation and very kindly offered me these services. Once again, I'm truly grateful for this kindness. Thank you.

Nothing.

We liked the location, we went back and forth to Malmo during our stay and It was just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Train Station, which was great. We liked the snack bar at reception for late night munchies :) The baggage storage facilities was also very handy and any staff we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to the train station means you can hear trains at intervals through the day night, I personally didn't mind this and found it relaxing to listen to.

The room was a little small, which we expected but if you aren't prepared for it, it might be disappointing.
