The location was very helpful.. The pool was great to use, though the water needed to be a bit warmer as well as the showers. The beddings were warm and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent. The price was affordable. Check in and out were easy. I was able to easily get to Copenhagen by Metro and also out by trains and bus two hours into the country to visit friends and still get back by 9pm. The Netto grocery across the street was very convenient, and I could get many things to eat or drink if I didn't want to eat in restaurants all of the time. Copenhagen is amazing and even better than I remember when I visited 40 years ago. People in the Metro, restaurants, and shops were very joyful, friendly, and kind. I loved swimming by the beach nearby.

Hospitality in the hotel business means everything! One front desk young woman was training so I won't remark about her but the other front desk people were mostly unfriendly and didn't seem to care or to want to help when I had questions about getting around to different places. Only one young man in the early evening acted truly kind and friendly. For someone traveling from far away, this is important. The hotel description should tell about the nearby beach for swimming. I wished that there was a safe in the room to lock up valuables. Note that this review app only allows access to a few photos in my gallery, so there are better photos that I can't share here.

A very nice hotel located only two underground stops from the airport. Very close to the seaside and not far from the city centre by tube (line 2). Situated next to Netto supermarket. Clean room, good breakfast, quiet at night if you get a room not facing the station.

Very comfortable hotel 2 metro stops from the airport. I stayed only 1 night as I was in betweeb flights but this was a great option. Big room, comfy bed, coffee and tea provided.

The gym is open only 7-21 which for the airport hotel is very limiting. Crosstrainer and bike out of order.

Taking into account the reviews I read before booking this hotel, I had almost no expectations, but for us it proved to be a perfect stay. A big plus is that the hotel is located just around the corner from the Femoren metro station on M2 line, just 5 minutes by metro from the airport and 15 minutes away from the city centre, Kongens Nytorv, which makes it a perfect choice for visiting Copenhagen. The area is extremely peaceful, clean, quiet at night and there is a Netto opened every day on the other side of the street. The hotel room was big, plenty of light was getting inside, squeaky clean and it was warm inside, despite the weather outside. The bathroom was big as well, there was hot water at any time of the day and night, the water pressure was a bit lower than the normal (there might be something related to the eco friendly policies of Denmark I guess?!) but still good enough to take long showers. We really appreciated that there were great amounts of shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and body lotion, as well as a kettle for boiling water, tea, instant coffee and sugar, cups, a clothes iron and an iron table. Also in the hotel and in the room it was so quiet when we arrived that we thought at first that everyone inside was whispering and so should we. The mattress was a but soft but really comfortable, this hotel was a perfect place to recharge after long days of visiting. If you are thirsty at night, you can also buy juice or water from the hotel receptions at an average price and there is also a restaurant serving dinner that we didn’t try, but we saw people eating and it looked good. The same with the breakfast, we didn’t try it but it smelled and looked good. The staff was nice and polite, the man who checked us in was really friendly and helpful and the check in went unbelievably smooth.

Fantastic localization (only 2 metro stops from CPH Airport) - metro station Femøen. Near Netto. Room was silent with all needs facilities (include electric kettle, coffee and tea). Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Hotel is now renovation (few floors) but is not noisy. Comfy bed. Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly and kind crew on reception and breakfast buffet. Delicious breakfast (sweet/salty snacks, herring, fresh vegetables, fresh squeeze juices). It was berfect time spend in Copenhagen - I'll be back in future! Tusind tak :-)

Small shower area - which causes almost the entire bathroom to be splashed.

Rooms were very comfortable, large & very clean. We were staying on the 5th floor so it was also a room with a view. The bathroom provided everything we would need, shampoo, conditioner (very rare thing), hand cream, hair dryer. For our surprise also bathroom was quite different from photos, it was newer & prettier. It had also underfloor heating which was very very nice. Daily Cleaning of the room it was offered too. The breakfast was excellent with many many choices for all tastes. The hotel was literally right next to the metro station but you can rent a bicycle & in 15 minutes you can be at the city centre. Also right next to the hotel there is a super market which was extra convenient.

The carpet in the room had permanent stains but the cleaning of the room in general was excellent & quite obvious so it was not a negative thing to us actually.

Location - 2 metro stops (3 minutes) from Airport and the Metro entrance just outside the door. Same metro would take 10 minutes to the city

Seeing as it is primarily an airport hotel, some sort of food and beverages should be available also in the nighttime; if arriving at 23-ish, ordering takeaway isn’t thee first thing you want to think about. So some light nighttime menu should be an area of improvement! Sandwiches or salads at least- can easily be stored by the hotel in the reception so that is one thing I can’t see why not.

They gave us cutlery when in need and the sauna was free. It was super close to the metro which goes directly to the city center in 10 min.

- 3 minutes from the metro stop, so after a long day you just get out of the metro and get in the hotel - Very close to the airport (just two stops) and six stops from the center of Copenhagen (about 10 minutes) - Clean room with everyday room service - The bathroom had heating floor which was amazing - Breakfast was good - Nice view to the sea from our room on the 6th floor - Staff was very polite and eager to help

- A mini bar at the room would be welcome, especially during summer time. - No bed-side tables, even-though there is enough space for that. - No praline spread and fried eggs in the breakfast (just scrambled eggs)

Very conveniently located near metro, bikes, airport, and Neto (grocery store). Mario was very friendly & helpful and deserves a 100% raise. Chili Grill Kebab is one metro stop away. It’s absolutely delicious, cashier is very friendly, and the cooks absolutely never stop working because they’re so busy; local customers constantly lined up to order.

There was this one guy who was NOT Mario, the anti-Mario, who was literally the opposite of Mario. He was rude and treated us like idiot foreigners, condescendingly. Thankfully, we only interacted with him once, briefly.
