We thought that the Flora Apartment hotel was genuinely exceptional. From the initial really helpful communication (which continued right through our 3 day stay - just checking (but not intrusively) we had everything we needed) through to the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, all the little extras like coffee pods (and not the miserly 2 or 3 you often get), the ease of safe parking etc etc. it was also very conveniently located for the city centre (4 stops on the train) although it only took 40 minutes to walk but was also in a lovely location near the beach. With lots of good restaurants close at hand. We would hesitate to recommend Flora to anyone. And it was also (in our English opinion) exceptional value. Thank you to the whole Flora team for making our stay SO enjoyable

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is just perfect, tucked away in a charming residential area that’s both peaceful and safe. The amenities were fantastic, with free luggage storage after checkout (so handy!) and cute common area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything is clearly marked, making it super easy to find your way around. The staff are absolutely wonderful Always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. Plus, it’s just a few stations from both the airport and city center! There’s also a supermarket nearby and the cutest cafés right around the corner. Definitely a gem of a stay!

If you prefer more privacy and would rather avoid the ground floor, it might be worth paying a little extra for a room on a higher level. That said, the rooms do have curtains, and the area is very safe and quiet.

The accommodation was 4 metro stations away from the center (walking distance of maybe 7 min). We had a Lidl (great for late night shopping such as water or late snack) next to the metro station as well, plus a hot dog station open til late :) the bed was super comfy. The water pressure perfect :) we had coffee and tea at our disposal. I'll definitely return to this location when planning my next trip to Copenhagen cas the neighborhood was quite and safe. The beach is also near by and we had a great time taking a walk during the afternoon.

It was great that the airport was really close, only a few stops by subway and a little walk from the metro station. Reaching the city center was also fast by public transport and if you want to have a walk to the next attraction, Christiania is also managable by foot. The flat itself was clean, nice and modern, looks just as pictures show. Despite its size, the spaces in the apartment were decently used and was well equiped. Entry was easy, no hidden keys , ridles to find entrance, just a code and you can enter straight from the streetfront, without worrying about loosing the key, or locking yourself out, no unnecessary personal check in process with passport, ID card etc, I loved that! Host was very kind and caring as well.

Switches for lamps were uncomfortably installed and there were only a few outlets. A splitter could have come handy. Not a big issue though

Our stay at the apartment was simply wonderful! Spacious, modern, and very cozy, it provided us with comfort and relaxation after busy days in Copenhagen. The location is excellent — a quiet residential area, close to the city center and not far from the airport. There are metro stations and grocery stores within walking distance, which was very convenient. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail: comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish decor. The staff was responsive and always ready to help. We definitely recommend this place and would gladly return!

Even though it is a self check-in hotel and you never actually meet anybody, the staff was super nice and helpful and reached out to us several times making sure everything is fine. The kitchen is well-equipped, including actually sharp knives (which, in my experience, is often a pain in apartments). Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and the apartment offers whatever you might need from coffee to vacuum cleaner. It is also a calm neighborhood. Would definitely revisit!

Only small things, really. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking and I would've loved a teapot or large cups. It is a bit outside of the city, which you just gotta be aware of. The location is still great due to its proximity to the metro which takes you both to the center and the airport within 10 minutes.

+ Well-equipped kitchen (a set of sharp knives and a well-maintained non-stick pan were a big plus) + Convenient location, close to the metro station (getting to the airport or the city center was fast and easy) + Nice and calm neighborhood - the hotel is situated in a new residential area with a lot of grocery stores. There are also coffee shops and restaurants around. The beach is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. + Although small, the room was very comfortable. A big window made it very bright and pleasant. + The hotel staff was very professional and helpful.

A great new apartment complex with extraordinary service and clean and comfortable amenities. Very convenient location and a a nice area. The staff is extra friendly and on top of everything at any time. We booked last minute because of the problem with another booking and they even managed to provide us with a crib and a baby chair at 10 pm at night. When we complained about some noise they were very nice in offering a much bigger space for our family without an extra cost. I am very grateful for this spot and for all the supporting staff. Thank you so much in trying so hard to make our stay super comfortable.One of the best experiences we had. We were very comfortable with my family and a baby. There is laundry,all the necessary equipment,and everything is new and works excellent.

I recently stayed at a charming apartment hotel in Copenhagen for four nights, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Location: The location was ideal, conveniently situated just a short walk from the metro station. This made our transportation around the city extremely easy and cost-effective, as we barely had to rely on taxis or Ubers. The apartment is on the yellow line, which was particularly convenient since it takes you straight to the city center and also connects directly to the airport. This was a huge plus for us, as it saved both time and money on our travels. The Room: Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing us with restful nights after long days of exploring the city. The cleanliness of the space was impressive, contributing to a very pleasant stay. Neighborhood: The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and full of charm. Even when we returned late at night, we always felt secure. As a young couple, this sense of safety and comfort was very important to us, and we were grateful to have chosen such a well-situated and welcoming area. Kitchen: The kitchen was another highlight of our stay. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, making it easy to feel at home even during a short stay. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks, the kitchen facilities ensure you can cook comfortably, which was a big advantage for us. I would highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen, whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family. It offers an ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and safety, making it a perfect choice for a stay in this beautiful city.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. I only missed body lotion and toothpaste and I was perfectly able to buy it because there is a Lidl store right next to the Øresund Metro Station.

I liked that the hotel was brand new, clean, and conveniently located, with easy access to the city center by metro. The hotel thought of all the small details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was very clean, and the stay was very pleasant.

The check-in procedure took too long due to a non-working code provided by the hotel for access to the parking lot. We waited for more than 40 minutes until the issue was resolved. I would like the check-in process to be simpler and for there to be a way to contact the hotel via WhatsApp or Telegram, as it's not always convenient to call a Danish number, which can take an additional rouming costs
