Since 2014, I am frequently visiting Tolip Alexandria Royal Hotel. This stay was my first after 2019, where I found guest rooms renovations, new staff (friendly and helpful), and more positive things than the past. Cleanness as always expected, room is comfort. Breakfast has a Varity of choices, all fresh, fantastic front and side views of Mediterranean. I will keep visiting this superior hotel as long as it is at affordable prices :)

1) Breakfast area for smokers should be located in open air and not just outside the dinning area. You will smell smokes once you exit or enter the dinning area 2) Parking for residence should be at lower price or even at no cost, you may charge only non resident visitors'. If policy is to earn from parking, it should not exceed $10 per day or equivalents in EGP.

The receptionist was trying to help resolving the issue of the cost which was written in a misleading way during the booking process..Although the price was fixed, but she apologised for the mistake and offered a room with better view. Also the janitorial team were polite and helpful. Mr. Mohammad Hosny and Mr. Ali Mohammad Hasan. They also allowed for a late checkout. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing with variety of dishes that satisfies all nationalities.

There is no daily newspaper delivered to the room. When I asked one from the b.f. restaurant, they said it can only be read in the restaurant!. This was inconvenient to me because I like reading newspapers.

• Great centralized location: The Tulip Hotel’s location in Alexandria is fantastic, as it’s close to every attraction in the city. • Clean rooms: The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. • Amazing staff: The staff at the hotel were exceptional. In particular, Alaa at the reception went above and beyond to facilitate our check-in and check-out. Mohamed Ramadan and Heba did an excellent job of ensuring that all our needs in the room were met.

Late check-out issue: Despite opting for a late check-out, I encountered a problem. One of the staff members at the reception tried to overcharge me for the late check-out, despite my prior discussion with other front desk staff. Her attitude was rude and intolerable.

The suite were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, The suite décor was a delightful blend of modern elegance and coastal vibes, Everything had its place, Breathtaking Sea View, The hotel’s breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. From continental classics to local specialties, there was something for everyone. Fresh fruits, warm pastries, and aromatic coffee. parking was available with good price.

nothing, even when i had a parking problem, it was solved immediately by the vale and for free.

First of all the staff were very professional and very cooperative, secondly the service is really 5 stars in every thing. I really recommend Tolip Alexandria.
