I can't even put into words how to rate this hotel. The feelings I have from this visit will stay with me for the rest of my life. I didn't feel like I was just staying in a hotel; I felt like I was living in the middle of a family. I went on trips with them, and they were the best trips I've ever had. Esraa is the best guide you could wish for :-). I had the honor of having long and insightful conversations with Mahmoud, which left a deep impact on me. The room was beautiful, clean, with a gorgeous view. The breakfast was truly fantastic, and the view during breakfast is worth every penny. This place is a gem not only in Egypt but also in the world. This year, I visited over 20 hotels in 8 different countries, but nothing will probably ever compare to this one, and when I return, it will be because of them :-)

We liked everything about our stay. The hotel location is amazing, we could not get enough of the mesmerizing pyramids view. The staff were out of this world. Super welcoming, kind and generous. We cannot stress this enough. Mahmoud the owner is amazing person. Isso our lovely guide was a gem and made our stay extra special. I totally understand other people reviews about the family bond you build with the staff at this hotel. Hob, Mahmoud’s small pup at the hotel is the cutest thing. My 10 year old daughter fell in love with it and wanted to cut our sight seeing activities short everyday so she can go back to the hotel to play with Hob. Highly recommended hotel for the amazing staff and location by the pyramids. We would return to the same place at a heartbeat next time we visit Cairo

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, nice breakfast too! My favorite part was drinking my morning coffee / tea and just looking at the pyramids. :)

The bathroom smelled terribly. Due to technical issues (as they said) I did not get the room I asked for, instead of having a balcony my room’s window was facing an ongoing construction work in another hotel at the other side of the road. They said since I booked it with a discount they cannot compensate me in any ways. I still strongly disagree with this approach but I stayed, at 10 pm I was not in the mood to hunt for a new hotel. All in all I did not regret it, in spite of the above inconveniences, because as mentioned the staff was nice and I was out mostly.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to visit the pyramids. It’s a family-friendly hotel, and the welcome was warm and inviting. The breakfast was excellent and varied each day. A bonus: you can enjoy your meal while admiring the stunning view of the pyramids. There are plenty of restaurants around the area to choose from, and there’s always someone available to assist you when needed. A special thank you to Lala (I hope I spelled his name right!) who welcomed us late at night with a big smile and was always there to help us navigate during our stay. Keep up the great work 👏🏾!

This hotel is an absolute gem! So happy we chose to stay here. The rooms have a very luxurious feel, especially the bathrooms. The rain shower is amazing! It's in an excellent location with a great view of the pyramids. The terrace especially offers great views. The lovely staff go over and above to make your stay memorable. They also have the cutest little dog I have ever seen! Breakfast was outstanding, a veritable feast fit for a king with a wide variety of options. All of these great elements at an incredibly reasonable price. Highly, highly recommended stay in Giza!

To be honest, I don't write reviews very often. However this hotel exceeded my expectation. First, the owner Mamo is one of the nicest and most honest people I met in whole Egypt. He's smiling, willing to help and he eeven provided free room upgrade for our mothers to have better stay. As well he booked for us camel ride around pyramides for the regulated goverment price, which is almost impossible to get when you book on spot with local people (as always in Egypt). There's private roof terrace with wonderful pyramides view (where you can bring your own food or drinks), as well nice view from the balconies. Breakfast are delicious and really huge, one of the best falafel I had. They are served as a portion per person. Rooms are fairly new, bathrooms are really nice (we even had shower which showed actual temperature on the digital display). There's fridge in each room, 24h reception and drinking bottled water is provided within the room. Steal for the price!

There's no elevator which was a bit exhausting for our mothers, but on other hand it's just 2nd floor so it's pretty manageable.

I chose the room with a balcony and a view of the pyramids. I loved it because you have an excellent view from the rooftop and some of it from your room (check the location, as it's the second line from the pyramids, and inquire about your room). The room was spacious with two comfortable beds and a large bathroom. It smelled good, a clean scent if you know what I mean! I really liked it. The rooftop offers tasty and safe food, along with good Egyptian music. Everyone was kind, especially the manager, Esraa, who was really professional. She explained everything clearly and was always in a good mood to help. She provides excellent customer service and explained about tours without any pressure.

The location of the place is literally just next to the entrance of Sphinx. Suggest you to get a ticket in the morning before having a breakfast to save queuing time. The owner is one of the best host that I have ever come across. His English is excellent and very helpful to organise hiring a driver for a day trip. He gave us a very good tip and suggestion to plan our trip. He is very kind to spend a great deal of time to show us the hotel and facilities even though we arrived 2 in the morning! Fair play. A well run and friendly family business

Improvement on the wifi and shower pressure.

The hotel is almost 50 mt from the main entrance of Giza Plateau. It is located on the second floor of a building. It is a clean place, has a terrace where you can see the whole beauty of the pyramids. We chose a room without view but I guess rooms facing Pyramids are worth staying. The owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful person. We’ve witnessed him taking care of his guests personally. He helped us find a driver to visit the Pyramids (We had a limited time in our visit), and a taxi to airport. We loved being there and recommend this place without hesitation

The view to the pyramids was amazing. The staff was extremely welcoming, we felt like home from the second we arrived. Yousuf was there 24/7 helping with the luggages, cleaning the rooms, serving the breakfast (decent and delicious), superb service. Esraa the manager is giving us tips where to go, and how to organise our day. She is also a tour guide and came with us one day. Absolutely loved our time here, we even extended our stay.
