The hotel was great, the facilities, cleanliness, beach, but more importantly the staff, starting from the front desk specifically Abdel Hak who was very professional, friendly and very accommodating. Traveling with two kids can be very stressful however this trip and stay was different to the level that my older son who's 9 years old cried the last day because of the amount of love and care he received by the most incredible executive chef " Chef Nageh Mohammed" . Our trip would not have been the same without Nageh, a great menu, food quality and him being present interacting with the guest with his amazing sense of humor. - The beverage menu was poor - transportation to/from Aqua park needs special attention and more organized - Minibar items should be included as it's an all inclusive property

1-Staff is super friendly and helpful (Hasan in the reception, Fady, Mahmoud and Abdullah in the restaurant and the Super Jolina in the kids club) 2-Place is very clean 3- Animation team are very active and has an amazing scheduled activities and shows 4- variety of food is good 5- if you have kids, the kids club is wonderful. My kids loved it and they got entertained most of the day.

Family room is far from the pool and the beach, which is understandable so the kids can sleep but it was very close to the neighbor Jaz hotel which had late nights entertainment.

The hotel is exceptional, offering a full range of amenities, spacious rooms, and a prime beachfront location. The staff, particularly at the reception and beach restaurant, are notably courteous.

The hotel can be considered somewhat pricey, possibly because of its prime beachfront location. They do provide complimentary tickets to the Makadi Aquapark, which could be an alternative to help lower costs. While the main restaurant offers good quality food, I had higher expectations in terms of taste and overall quality.

It was a wonderful stay, everything was perfect, starting from reception with mr mamdouh who facilitated everything and allowed us an early check in, rooms are spacious and very comfortable, all places are very clean, food was amazing and delicious , restaurant staff fady, ahmed, mohammed and ibram were very polite and helpful, pool was good and beach was exceptional , we enjoyed the weather there, thanks a lot guys, we wish to come again and again and we recommend jaz makadina to everyone🤩

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was also perfect, right by the beach. I was impressed by how well-maintained and clean everything was, from the hotel grounds to the swimming pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. Everything was fantastic and I can't wait to go back!

Everything was simply amazing!

It's one of the best places i have ever been before , 5 stars with all the details, i regret i stayed only 2 nights, enjoyable resort the best for honeymoon or family vacation, nice sandy beach, access to the aquapark , clean pool best food quality, and the best of the best the coffee, i advice anyone to have couple of nights in this place .

The price is higher than most of the resorts, I'm not saying it does not deserve it, but still, it's not cheap.

We had a very pleasant arrival and we were greeted warmly. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Due to the bracelet we received at the beginning, which indicates that we are of legal age, we never had to show our ID at the bar. The beach was very nice and clean. We especially liked the evening entertainment. Thanks to the great commitment of the dancer Moose, we were able to end various evenings in a fun way.

Food taste and selection A great hit relaxing beach and amazing sandy beach for swimming Pool is chilling and snacks are tasty all day long Rooms are spacious suitable for a family like ours (parents and 2 children) Unlimited access to the aquapark that made our stay amazing. Hotel Staff are soooo friendly and welcoming and trying to make everything possible

The staffs attitude and cooperation is very remarkable, the waiters at all resturants and at the beach, the cleaners, the animation team is amazing, they make the whole day full of fun. Every staff there is for your comfort. The design of the hotel and location of beach is few steps from pool and resturants, the beach is sandy, clean, safe and clear...the number of beach umbrellas are very enough to accommodate every guest, privacy is maintained, service at the pool and beach is excellent with animation team as well on the beach, night time is full of fun and entertainment with very professional animation team. Precautions for CPVID are taken with comfort of guests. The attitude of all staffs including front desk is very accommodating and helpful. I went with my grown up children and the impression is amazing among all.
