Room- Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Gorgeous view and location quiet but close to everything you need. Pretty private beach. Hotel is chill and relaxing, not too busy and clean. Most staff are lovely people :)

hotel breakfast, expensive and rubbish. 2 rude staff, night manager and one cleaner that would perv at me then came into my room to try take pictures of me. General manager was unwelcoming too. THE HILL to walk D: the shower leak bad wifi

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is gorgeous and clean. Rooms are spacious and clean, great view, quiet Menu food is DELICIOUS! THE CHIPS!!! Hotel is so relaxed, and in perfect location! Far from noise, but close enough to shops!

No free WiFi in rooms. The breakfast was good in parts, no milk for cereals, not a good choice of fruit & was always the same (needs banana and watermelon). Chips were cold and taste like cardboard. Boiled egg, over boiled! But good enough selection for 17 days of variety!

The view was amazing, the private beach was great too, not crowded and easy to access👍🏾 The breakfast was the best💕 Good varieties of food both continental and Egyptian. The chef even makes omlettes and pancakes on demand💕. We love everything apart from the shower and water pressure which didn't function well.

The shower did not have pressure so taking a shower was near impossible. The water was gone for almost a day so no running water and it was brown when it did. The staff said they'd fix it but nothing was done until the next day.

Nice hotel with pool & newer facilities. The suite is good size and ours had a sea view. Bkfst is good with variety of fruits, pastries and hot items. Easy access to town by Uber. Walking distance to beach. Free bottle of water on arrival and there is coffee & tea in the apt.

Wi Fi in the suite didn’t work. Lobby Wi Fi worked well. Kitchen could’ve been cleaned better. Bathroom shower drain was not working well so water wasn’t draining well. Distance between lobby and suite.

Place itself is great, clean and spacious, only minus is extremely firm mattress (but we've been in 4 hotels in last 10 days in Egypt and they all have firm mattresses), beach is nice but 500m walk from apartment, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights so didn't have time to explore the city

There are no signs for reception on site, Uber drivers got lost on arrival and when we were leaving too. Breakfast was average but pizza, burger and pasta was below average. Maybe we get use to western style food but at least pizza should taste like pizza no matter where in the world you go. Half of the staff had terrible English, except from manager on arrival. That's why was hard to order exactly what you want.

The staff were friendly, spoke several languages and easy to find if you needed anything. The room was spacious and had air-con which was needed for the summer weather. The view from the balcony was stunning, being able to view the red sea. Breakfast was decent - variety of local and basic European food. The local area had some restaurants and shops next to it. The trip to the beach was made convenient with a minibus provided by the hotel. Security was at the beach and it was a private beach. Prices were reasonable for the services. I liked that the hotel was not in the center of town - it was quieter. I was not woken up by honking of the horns or any other noises from the street.

The water was dirty when first coming out of the shower - expected in Egypt. Wifi in room cost - Wifi in the lobby was okay, slow but free. In places the paint was flaky - needs a bit of renovation in places.

View is awesome. The sofa is old and I was itchy after siting on it. Staff are good however I had a bill of $42.00 that I was not aware what is that for. I left a message and no one responded to me. I booked for 5 days, July 20 -25th. I was expecting to go out on the 26th, however I was told I'm supposed to be out by the 25th at noon. So I booked for another 2 nights.

Front desk is very nice gentleman but seems to ignore me and only talk to my husband who happened to be an Egyptian.

The stuff is so polite, helpful, and kind! Especially the reception guys - Mahmoud, Fatih, and others. Amazing sea view! Overall, very good experience. Especially counting the value for money in. I recommend ❤️

There is a ~7 mins walk uphill/downhill from ramp (main road, where also the beach is) to the reception. There is a car available to move the guests up and down, but available during the day only. All rooms seems to have a shower leaking problem. The water gets out the cabin making all the bathroom floor wet. The water pressure seems to be varying all the time, very inconsistent. The same with hot and cold water - probably related.

The room misses the following - clothes iron - no hair dryer - no proper ventilation in the toilet - drinking water , tea and sugar only for one day - shuttle bus to the airport should be included in the booking fees - food isn't that great -Internet is very week

Perfect location for a hotel. Calm, quiet days and excellent view also walking close to the main shopping areas. Towels and sheets were clean. But rooms were very dusty. There were many types of food at breakfast. They're delicious all. Hotel has private special beach with a guard. All staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Islam and Khalid who are at the reception were really helpful! To be short, great experience!

Wifi was limited and only avaliable at the reception.
